Very level headed approach. This is how to eat. This all or nothing mentality people have is very dangerous, like you’re either Paleo or Vegan. How about this approach? Seems to make sense to both sides of the spectrum.
Fish oil?? Doc, is that an error? Been long disproven to be healthful…and actually found to be harmful.
