What an inspirational words of wisdom. I used to say that I’m busy..doing this and that, but it just keeping going hectic. However, when I learned to pause and mindful everyday, everything eased up. Now I I do yoga and meditation in the morning right upon waking up. Of course, I have many things to do, but I wake up earlier…2 hours before my day starts. And, during nighttime, I go to bed earlier, so I can wake up earlier to do yoga and meditation first thing in the morning. And, it’s fun and I’m enjoying doing it.
