That is mean if u want any grilled meat you can fry on butter or just raw oils to use???
Dear Suzy! I am beyond happy because I have found you. Your approach to eating (I hardly can call it a diet, but anyway) helped me to battle with my eating disorder: I was compulsively overeating and overdrinking everything I could since my teenage years.
And now, such a miracle, only within two week I lost my first kilos without any problems! The most important part of it I have no desire to get back to my old eating habits.
Trust me, your apporach helped me so much to get over all problems with eating in just two weeks.
I wish you success and never-ending self-development! Thank you once again <3
You inspired me. Recently I bought your book and going to take the challange:)

bs. nords eats lots of raw butter, yogurt and drink raw milk.
When they said low saturated fat they told me that this is just another liberal bullshit plan to make people feel guilty about eating red meat.
This is great! I am pretty good at losing weight, but keeping it off is so hard! I don’t know how much to eat to maintain my weight. I hope this tool will work for me.
Wearing pelts? This is a very good diet to follow. The diet really promotes lower fat dairy, like skyr, and extreme whole grains (not just ground up whole grains), particularly ones that are not modern wheat varieties. I think that this is very important to note. (The Viking Diet | Better Health Through Nordic Foodways https://youtu.be/lAik4QNMKug)
