If you’re gonna have cows milk or cream ever, defs just go the full fat. But for alternatives, I recommend unsweetened almond milk. The taste is not quite as wholesome as cows milk but, it’s one you can adjust to and it’s so much healthier for you and they come with b12 fortified options.

Yes normal low-ish blood sugar levels are good for weight loss.
But not too low because then your ears start ringing, you start shaking and sweating, and lastly your vision blurs, turns grey, then black and finally bam you collapse on the floor. It’s not fun to be sick and pass out due to low blood sugar levels.

I took a cold and flu pills because I had body aches and a bit of a cold they dropped my blood sugar dramatically and it was a nightmare I thought I’d pass out but I did I recommend calling a relative to get you some food and make sure you eat it even if you feel sick after the hypoglycemia attack its stressful but most people will have it someday.
Edit: just because you have a hypoglycemia attack randomly it doesn’t mean you have diabetes…

This is so true. When I was working out and reading the labels I noticed the sugar levels were high on a lot of protein bars I would purchase ( I can’t remember the names at this moment),the one thing I couldn’t give up was energy drinks due to work. I don’t have diabetes but for some reason my mmol drops very low if I eat badly, I’m better off not eating than eating shitty shit. I had been doing long hrs at work and as a result I ended up settling for what ever food I could get hold of. So today on my way home from work I started feeling a bit ill thought nothing of it though only another 40 minutes to get home then just sleep it off, but I kept feeling worse and worse it felt like the blood was drained from my face and my breathing was getting shallow, then my vision started going fuzzy I had to pull over as soon as I could it was probably the worst it’s ever been today I really started thinking this might be it I’m done for. Luckily I had a bag of sugar in the van I kept eating it and getting sugars back up but they kept dropping and this went on for over and hour I was absolutely shitting it but I kept eating away at this bag of sugar thankfully it stopped dropping after an hr but I didn’t get back behind the wheel until I knew for sure it wasn’t going to happen again not only that I feel pretty drowsy and dopey every time this happens so I just waited until I felt somewhat normal drove McDonald’s got a coffee to wake myself up a bit then went home and looked for YouTube videos on the matter. Just the other day I was waiting for my milk to get warm in the microwave, and whilst I was waiting I started reading what was on the box of instant cocoa, ’cause I was bored. You know, the ingredients, the calories, how they recommend you prepare it, etc. And then my eyes settle on the sugar content and My. Jaw. Drops. 82 grams. 82 freaking grams out of 100 grams of cocoa is sugar. I mean it’s not like I was putting 100 grams of it in my cup, but simply the idea that 82% of each spoon I put in my milk is pure sugar threw me off. I could’ve just as well put pure sugar. Jeez. Needless to say, I drank that milk without cocoa.
My one and only objection to the overall great list list is kale. Although it might contain plenty of vitamin-c and antioxidants, it also contains plenty of oxalates that can form complexes/crystals with the calcium in your organs (primarily the kidneys), causing kidney-stone in the long run if consumed too often and too much.
At least, I wouldn’t eat it more than twice a week (max), and then in very moderate amounts.

Is everyone really this stupid? Losing fat has nothing to do with carbs. If you are in a caloric surplus you store fat. If you are in a caloric deficit you burn fat. It’s that simple.
I have lived with hypoglycemia for decades. The things I have found that help are: avoiding sweets especially in the evening, eating healthy balanced meals on a regular schedule, not skipping meals, keeping snacks handy, preferably something that has a carbohydrate, a protein and a little sugar. What doesn’t work: eating fruit, drinking juice, eating candy, drinking soda. Some things with concentrated sugar like candy or soda will raise sugar levels but only to drop again soon after. Something with a combination of carb., protein and a little sugar works best for sustained increased sugar level. One snack I keep handy is peanut butter crackers or cheese and crackers.

Watermelon is not. More than 10g of carbs for a 2/3 cup serving, that’s a lot of carbs for including it in a no sugar list.
Bad advice and misleading title! There are carbs in many of these. Watermelon without carbs??? You are doing a disservice to people needing help. Shame on you.

I was introduced to Paleo a little over two years ago, and although it is called a “diet” I feel like it is more of a lifestyle, I for one will not be going back. I feel so much better and when I started I was 235 pounds I am now 164:-) I went down four dress sizes and I have way more energy. Although strict Paleo people do not eat dairy, I still do because I am not intolerant to it. I think that as long as you eat healthy whole foods, not processed junk and grains you will feel so much better, I know my son and I do. My son btw lost more weight than me:-) Take care everybody!

I thought this was NO carbs and NO sugar. Every ounce of cheese has 1 carb. One cup of watermelon has 12 carbs. One cup of Cauliflower has 5 carbs. One cup of blackberries has 14 carbs and 7 sugars. One cup of Kale has 6 carbs and 2 sugars. One teaspoon of Xylitol has 2 carbs (is this even a food?) Two TBSP of mint leaves has 1 carb. One Tsp. of Tumeric has 1 carb. (All measures are in grams)
Best foods to eat, organic kale, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower. Mushrooms are good too.

Also pretty sure watermelon has fructose in it which is the worst kind of carb. It can only be processed by the liver and causes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. ☹️☹️☹️

I came back from work on day felling anxious so I checked my blood sugar. It was 77 I thought it was okay but my uncle told me that was bad and that I needed to right away. This just made me feel worse cuz I was already anxious and that just made me panic and made me feel far worse. Beef has compounds that can lead to stroke. I go easy on that and stick with grass fed.
Perhaps you could explain why mincing meat would alter the effect.
Eggs have 0.65 carbs per one large egg so eating 4 eggs per day would equal 2.6 carbs.
They forgot hemp seeds! Very nutritious, high in omega oil. Extremely good for you. Hemp seeds taste a lot like peanuts!

Sometimes ive grabbed handfulls of sugar out the sugar bown and with my, now shaking hand, and stuffed said sugar, clumsily into my mouth (and just about everywhere else).

called green tea a food is a bit of a stretch… “no sugars or carbs” but mentions berries, yes they contain LESS than other fruits but there is still quite a lot of carbs there

Our household has seen almost immediate and measurable results regarding inflammation and allergies that pretty much disappeared when going low carb. Low carb for a year and not turning away anytime soon.

Something that is scary to me is that I constantly have low blood sugar. Even after I eat. Even to long after eating as well. Maybe like an hour or two later. It’s constant. I try my best to eat. I eat as much as I can. I’m always hungry. My body just happens not to make enough glucose enough most times. I don’t know what’s going on with me. Yes sometimes it is due to not eating for a few hours but I also think it’s due to either caffeine or stress. Or maybe even both. I’m 86 or so pounds, and 4’11. I’ve talked to my doctor about this many times and he always says that it’s all good. That there’s no reason to be concerned but it shouldn’t be once or twice nearly everyday happening. Especially when I am eating enough.
kale is 6-7 carbs per cup chopped. Eggs have one halt+ carb per egg. pecans 4 carbs per 1/4 cup. “Good cheese is zero as is chicken although I dont know why he only said white meat. All the meats and fish are good. Watermelon is NOT low carb, 10+ carbs in one cup and who only eats one cup? One cup cauliflower cooked is 7 carbs. Blackberries are 10+ per cup. overall the selection is ok but should never be promoted as no carb..
