on attend vos vidéos en arabe comme en anglais. j ai acheté votre livre at j ai beaucoup lu sur votre régime j’ai vu aussi vos vidéos et vos recettes je suis membre ds votre grp Facebook et aujourd’hui j’ai décidé de commencer votre régime. je vais plus me peser pr ne pas stresser mais je sais que je dois perdre plus de 20 kilos seulement j’ai 3 questions ici au sud d’Algérie c est defficile de trouvé des laitages sans gras on a juste des probuits partiellement écrémés donc que dois je faire? et combien d eoufs par jour? en passant a la phase 2 croisière est ce que je dois prendre 30gm de maïsina +les 2 c à s de son d’ avoinechaque jour? et duran le ramadan qu’est ce qu’on doi faire comment on peut appliquer votre programme? est ce qu on peut trouver vos produits en Algérie? je sais j ai poser plein de questions priere de me répondre svp docteur

I used Dukan last year, in about 2 months i lost 15 kg. I was 29 and sticked to the dukan diet very strict.
Dukan diet cured my severe anemia, but I was on my period for almost a month. It messed up my hormonal balance.

I don’t think this diet would be affective. I lost some weight already (still in process) just by eating EVERYTHING i want, every 4 hours, including sweets. BUT i count calories, i control portions and i eat everything i want, i feel satisfied and never have cravings.
Sorry to break it to him, but hunters and gathers ate the fat, the whole animal from snout to tail. Besides, you can’t copy something that preexisted long before you were born.

Paleo is not a copy, both of these ideas and practices came out at around the same time shortly after the Atkin’s diet.
