The girl that did Nutrisystem does not seem like she was educated on the program. She should have lost more. She talked about adding in a salad because Nutrisystem didn’t provide enough veggies. As apart of the program you need to buy your own veggies and the non starchy ones are unlimited! Also she needs to add in powerfuels and smart carbs based on her weight which she needs to buy at the grocery store. If she is going to continue she really needs to call and talk to a Nutrisystem counsler she should have lost more than 2 pounds if she was doing the program correctly.
I lost 25 lbs on Nutrisystem in 6 weeks. This woman goofed somewhere. You have to exercise too, folks.

Exercise and diet is the only way to lose and maintain weight loss. You have to do both almost religiously. Anyone who tells you anything else is selling you bs. Almost all the diets work if you stick with them. Find one you like and stick with it and exercise. No magic just hard consistent work

I don’t think this comparison was made right. One lady was a lot heavier ithan the other lady and we know that heavier people loose a lot more weight when they start a diet. This lady should of lost at least 10 pounds iif she would followed the program correctly.
