I got into pottery a while ago and to incease physicxal activity, I got myself a kick wheel. That´ll pay off, it´s about 2 hours physical activity per day. It´s not a marathon, but it´s an improvement. I just try to make my everyday life more active. As Steven said at 47:00 “The best exercise for you is the one you´ll do”. I trird a lot of things but I never liked sports. But working on the kick wheel, I could do that all day because it´s fun.
