He is more than human during that 1 hour and 59 minutes, and probably continues so even after that run. What an achievement!
Ran a 10k the other day. Forgot to put on any body glide.
Instant pain.
Most runners collapse at the end Kipchoge is ready to run another marathon….
Now I’m wandering how the f**k I ran a marathon when I was in 1st grade but again I had to stick with my dad back then ;-;

Imagine someone just jumping over the fence and tackling him just before he gets over the line
Respect not only to Eliud, but to the pacers, jeez, They kept up with the running God almost the whole time and I think they also completed the marathon in less than 2 hours (look at how close they were to the line when Kipchoge was the First to cross it).
Yes indeed not only a gift but our privilege to have lived, breathed and witnessed Kipchoge!
No man has ever been on the Moon, Neil Armstrong is Lying. NASA is Lying.

Set up the base of your fire with newspaper and other tinder. Newspaper or tinder will help light thefire and create plenty of flames in the beginning…. Tinder catches fire first and burns very quickly. The key is to get enough tinder under the kindling so that the kindling begins to burn.
2:04 give this man a raise…what a great way to make kipchoges finish even better
I wondered why they were running away; evidently they were offered a job and were scared off.
Never tired of looking this magical event. How could he run like a machine… Really amazes me.
They added the white guy in the group of pacemakers to add diversity
The dude looks like King from kaze ga tsuyoku fuiteiru.
Buzzfeed sucks btw
I love coming back to this video from time to time (watched it something like 10 to 15 times already) and also watched it live from start to finish but still my eyes get a little watery every time I watch this. This guy is a true champ and one of the nicest people ever.
Smack! Carry me to the car. I’m gonna eat my weight in pasta and sleep for 5 days I hope that’s not the reality after a marathon
That ain’t nothing compared to the eight stages of no nut November
I’m really curious what the other runners ran. I wouldn’t be surprised if they also broke 2 hours.

It’s telling and so sad that when an African man creates history the commentator only cares to mention Hillary and Armstrong as other examples of human endeavour but conveniently omits Tenzing Norgay and Yuri Gagarin. Pretty telling that Anglo centric propoganda is rampant in our modern lives and history.
If i could run like this without breaking a sweat, i would’ve saved lots of gas money tbh.
He has almost beaten Sir Roger Banister miracle sub4 min mile at the end of a 42km marathon. This is insane.
8 isn’t correct!
8 should be level 21 fitness gram pacer test
Its fcking unreal, how its posible that all his teamates can run behind of 2h too. I think thst is so so prepared
Why join a marathon if ur stamina cardio is weak. Train it first
as a marathon runner this is really inaccurate. It seems like the person who wrote this didn’t run one.
I am running 10k without training idk why I signed up for the race
This is a marathon, and I run 5Ks this is basically how I feel after 30 mins of pure running non stop
Me: Experiencing all 8 stages
Elites: Experiencing only Stages 1 and 8
Why would other runners not running with him to the finish line??
I’d be dying too if I was just wearing socks and no shoes while running a marathon
