I always thought dieting is expensive and ‘healthy’ food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from NextLevelDiet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.
Running is a good way to burn calories fast. Its extremely tough at first for a beginner. But if you push through it you can easily achieve 5-10k in just a few months burning anywhere between 400-900 calories. Combine that with some not too difficult diet changes and you’ll watch the fat melt away. Its not for everyone though.

How many calories does this burn? Ive been doing it recently along with the quarantine workout both 3 rounds but ive been doing this fat burn one after a couple of hours after i eat dinner, feels good definitely very sweaty.

The excessively long rest between exercises is a buzz kill. I literally quit because it was such a time waster.
Oh my god this was so good! I lost 1.2 pounds each day I did this and I did it 2 times a day! It works so well, thank you Roberta! By the way, for maximum results make sure you diet while you do it. I dieted and that’s why I lose 1.2 pounds a day. And one last thing, make sure you drink ice cold water so it can boost your metabolism which makes you lose more calories.

The way to sustainable fat loss is find out what you enjoy doing while keeping you off the food. Find enjoyment from stuff that is not food then you won’t need food to satisfy your urges.

I woke up and did this before eating or drinking anything, I got to 50 mins and nearly feinted… I had to have a drink and lie down so I recommend eating even a small biscuit or something before doing this ( bear in mind I do workouts everyday and they are normally harder than this) ik it might not be related to the workout or no food but just a heads up lol

one way that i discovered to not actually reduce body fat but at least to squeeze that belly in is to take a steam or a hot bath in a bath tub or equivalent. It makes you lose water weight and is actually a good start..lol…but ofc u cant substitute anything with good nutritious diet..but its a good trick to get in shape for that dress
