I was just wondering what the difference was between a jogger and a runner. I must admit i dont mind being called a jogger. I go out evey day and do at least 3 miles running, jogging or walking.
I just completed the Couch to 5 K program in 9 weeks having never run before. I can now run 3.1 miles + and at 54 and ex smoker I think not so bad achievement so i will go with what you say dude….I am a RUNNER! (but sometimes you may see me Jog lol)

First of all thanks for this informational video… one question, in past few months I have gained some muscle size and some fat, now I want to cut down the fat but I am confused in between which type of cardio should I do slow steady or high intensity, I don’t want to lose muscle size, so what you suggest… and some other YouTube channel says that if you want to prevent your muscles during cutting then you shouldn’t do high intensity cardio because your body will not be abel to recover completely from that gym workout session… please help..i m completely confused..
