What a great work out, i almost didn’t do it because it said ‘beginner’, but I’ve worked muscles and done stretches I’ve never done before!!
This is one of the few achievable and fun 30 min. + workouts if PS i have seen in last 2 years…lately there are NO GOOD workouts anymire ; all dance…zumba or weird shit workouts… ( unachievable high paced HIIT type workouts) ☆》》POPSUGAR: DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! ■》》 bring back those 20 min 30 min cardio interval *achievable * NORMAL workouts back ☆ with regular moves ☆ like skaters jumping jacks mountain clumbers and plyo lunges and squats and some inventive ( compound) core exercices….

I’m kind of late with discovering this workout, but I really love this! I do this about five times a week in the morning and there’s definitely a change already. Just a little change body wise because I’ve only been doing this for a week, but mentally it made me happier and more active. Don’t hesitate and just do this workout! Nice doable workout but challenging. I’m 61 have knee issues so some of the lateral cardio steps a little challenging so I just modified them but still feel like I got my heartrate elevated. Good stuff

After one video i feel safe from the style and the way you both show us how to work out that I subscribed to your channel!! Can’t wait for my friday workout. I am going to do a 60 minute video. The gym never worked for me bc once i feel the inspiration to want to workout the last thing i need standing in my way is a car ride to get there. Quick question. In the squats, I’m struggling to keep my feet flat on the ground. Is this still OK?
I have a hard time understanding how this was a beginners workout. I’m overweight but decently active and in shape… but the beginning of this was brutal. The squats alone were tough but then you keep up on our quads for another ten minutes. I’ve done plenty of beginners stuff but I really don’t see how this is one.
Also, it would have been nice for your to show side views or further explain some of these exercises. As a novice to them I had no idea where to bend sometime or what muscle groups I was supposed to be using.

This is by far the best workout routine I’ve ever done because of the results I got from it! Here is my story with this hasfit video in case you were homing on doing it but still not sure:
I went to gym for 6 months doing higher weights bench presses, squats, and many other cardio and weight lifting exercises but I didn’t see the results I saw from this one.. don’t get me wrong I gained muscles and flexibility but not much progress on the chest and shoulder areas for a person who dropped weight from 100 kg to 80 kg in less than a year and needs work on the saggy chest.. not sure yet if it is man boobs or just extra fat.
Now my torso has flattened, shoulders opened wider than ever, not there yet but I like how I look in T-shirts now! This workout is still getting me after 2 months of practicing, I do it twice a week and I feel and look better after every workout.. it is not easy by any means but pays off. I use 8 pounds dumbbells only!
And yes, I watch the video directly from the channel.. didn’t download it so you get your ads and view time… the least I can do for such great channel.

After having lost 66 lb by changing my eating (and drinking) habits I need to start exercising in order to get to my target weight (loose another 13 lb). My doctor recommended to start with 6 weeks of weight training since a cycling test showed I don’t have the strength to do a proper cardio workout. So here I am with my new dumbbells which are adjustable from 8 to 26 lb. Let’s get on with it:-) And thanks again.

Today was the first time in a long time that I held through a workout; even earlier today I was being so negative and discouraging about myself but by thinking through of why I felt that way and coming to a better understanding led to me let go of the negativity. It led me to finishing a workout I never would’ve thought of accomplishing especially on a “bummy” day like today. Thank you popsugar fitness!
I started doing one of your 30-minute beginner weight training workout on May 6th. The first time I did it, I was EXCESSIVELY SORE the next day. I’ve done it twice after that and didn’t get sore AT ALL the next day… Any reasons for that? Is that normal? Am I not going to gain muscle if I keep doing it since I only got sore the first time? I am lost and afraid to be wasting my time…
To those watching this, don’t let the word “beginner” In the title fool you. 30 minutes of anything is gonna test you big time. As much as I enjoy the workouts, I envy Coach Kozak’s insanely high pain threshold. Sometimes I think the guy isn’t even human.

Did it day 1 and day 2, day 3 break, and now in the middle of day 4 but I had miniscule pain day 3 and 4 (today) when walking/ doing daily activities. The pain is bad the first couple days were I could barely walk or stand up without my leg muscles feeling like they were really tight and ripping. But it goes away. Don’t give up, I’m not and this is my first time trying to work out.
My husband (60 yrs. old) and I (56 yrs. old) have just discovered you videos and we LOVE ❤️ your videos! Your very good at telling what and how to do the exercise, along with how to make it easier or more difficult. We look forward to many more workouts with you both! We are

Today was the first time I tried this video, when I was finished the very middle of my lower back was KILLING me. I was told that muscle pain is fine/normal but joint/back pain is bad. I’m new to working out in general, do you think the pain, good or bad, could be bc i don’t really work out or maybe I’m doing them wrong?

I love your videos but this is not suitable for beginners. It is actually quite discouraging for beginners to try such a difficult workout and fail miserably. Perhaps you should re-categorize this video.

I’ve put on at least 30 pounds since I developed arthritis. I was a swimmer before, but the pain can be pretty disabling, and some days it was about all I could manage to walk ten feet across the room… Now that I’ve been diagnosed and started medication, I feel like I’ve gotten my life back, and I don’t want to squander it… And, I do still need to increase my upper body strength for days that I need to use a cane, because I find my arms giving out after walking for a while, and it makes it hard for me to get places… Thanks for making these workouts. I’m having a low to moderate pain day (with intermittent difficulty walking), but with the easier modifications, I was still able to do most of them! I had kind of written off my future, figuring I’d probably be wheelchair-bound by thirty (I’m 20), either due to pain or just not being able to get proper exercise… But I feel like I proved something to myself by finishing this, even if my arms feel like spaghetti haha. Subscribed!
This was a great, tough workout. Love the isometric work. You should try rotating some of your older classes through youtube for us newbies.

Coach I just bought the Hasfit Personal Trainer App and I registered an account and it said it would give me my registration in my email, but it’s been more than 24 hrs and I still have not recieved my mail yet. Also i tried logging in as guest but it said “Invalid Token”.
Great workout. I added ankle weights and hand weights were appropriate and jacked it up a notch. Def beyond beginner then. Loved the longer stretching time also.

I havent worked out in 2 months and my physique is better than this so called trainer he dont even got shoulder muscles and where the lats at. Looks like a water bottle and I ain’t even tryna be mean
Squat (if there problems => box squats). Chin/Pull Up (if can’t, start with inverted rows => lat pulldowns => banded chin/pull ups). Deadlift (if afraid/have problems => back extensions). Barbell/Dumbell Rows (if there are spine problems => chest supported rows or bodyweight rows). Lunges. Hanging Leg Lifts/Parallel Bar Leg Lifts (start with knee lifts if too difficult). Overhead Press. Push Ups/Dips (can do bench dips 1st / elevated push ups)

I’m so grateful I’ve found this channel and Team Body Project! I’ve gone from never working out to doing 6 workouts a week, and I’ve stayed consistant with that for at least.. around 9-10 weeks now! (I should’ve kept better track when I started to know the exact date!) Most of those days, I actually look forward to getting to work out because I know I’ll feel great afterwards! What helped so much is that the beginner workouts are actually beginner workouts, so I’d finish them feeling like I really accomplished something instead of feeling like it just highlighted the things I couldn’t do yet. Not needing to modify every move or skip moves that I simply couldn’t do was that boost of confidence I needed to get me going and keep me coming back and eventually feel confident enough to challenge myself!

Hi, I like your video so much especially that it had the warm up and stretching exercises with the main workout as well! I’ve got a question if you could answer me please? So I’ve followed this video for 3 intermittent days now, each time I get sore muscles for the next few days and I stop training until the pain lessens, I don’t feel like doing any progress at this rate with all the time I take to let my muscles rest. What can I do to stop having this pain after the workout? Should I do more warm up or stretching or what? Thank you.

For some reason, the bent-arm stretch at 12:55 messes with my ears! My hearing goes blurry in the middle of the stretch and by the end of it I get a strong rushing-water sound in my head. I can do the straight-arm version of this stretch no problem, but the bent-arm version is really uncomfortable. Never felt anything quite like it.

I am 62kg, my friend is a frequent gym junkie also 62kg. She can lift 12kg dumbells with ease in many reps, I just started weight training at 5kg dumbells. Can I keep up with her and be able to handle 12kg eventually? is there a limit of a person can lift within their BMI? Can a 62kg person able to lift 20 kg dumbells?

Thank you! These short workouts are very useful to slip in 2-3 times during daily work breaks. It’s not always practical to do long workouts and I find breaking up the workouts prevents too much desk sitting and yet I get to fulfill my daily exercise requirements.
