I just wanted to say thank you for being so friendly and motivational during the entire workout it really helped me a lot.
I’m currently 19 y/o but I am about 300 pounds and rising and never felt motivated to ever really work out. Doing this workout I could barely do any of the workouts and felt like giving up multiple times and even felt like throwing up after the video was over and even typing this I am still feeling pretty eh. It was the constant reminders of why I was doing it in the first place that kept me going.
I want to live as on as I can, have a family, live to see my kids have kids, become a teacher and so so much more. Being reminded of that goal in a friendly manner kept me going throughout the whole workout.
I realize I have so much to improve on and learn about being healthy and I hope whoever reads this stays motivated and continues to not only improve their health but themselves as a whole. I have a long road ahead of me and so does everyone else, I hope we can all go down this road together <3

I consider myself an allround well-trained person, I have been doing weight training for about 20 years now. This workout was good, however, the emphasis on the front of the shoulders was not proportionate. I have had sore shoulders for 3 days after this workout. This had nothing to do with my choice of weights, but with the series of exercises back-to-back that put a lot of strain on the shoulders. So, if you have shoulder issues, be careful with this workout.

This was really rough. I paused at least 3 times and dropped weight once, but I made it.

This was such a great workout video, I really felt like it helped build strength but get your heart rate up too. I also have an injury right now so the low impact aspect was really awesome because I could still get a good workout in without stressing my injury:) The no-repeat made it go by so fast too! For anyone who cares, Ive been doing this workout 2X weekly for around 2 months now. Today was the first time I found it quite manageable! I still modified push ups (and jumping moves but that’s because I’m on a top floor) but other than that I didn’t need any breaks or anything. I’m not even exhausted like I used to be. For me it’s a big deal because my fitness used to be sooo poor. So for anyone out there who feels super unfit and like the workouts aren’t getting easier, one day it will surprise you with how manageable it seems compared to when you started

you should take seperate time to teach the exercise coz’ 1 workout was of 30 seconds you guys took almost 25 seconds to teach the workout and we could do it only for 5 seconds!! what benefit would that give??!!

It was great! The only thing I nit picked is the tricep extension with leg lifts. Since that’s an ab exercise, you’re supposed to inhale for muscle contraction at the high point, not exhale, if you exhale it’s less effective. I would try to find an easier way. I just did the opposite directions but there are other ways to modify it.

Way to much wasted time stretching and warming up. Jog in place for couple mins, stretch your arms for a min and do about 7 squats no weights and do 10 push-ups. You be plenty ready for a work out.

I am so excited to show you guys how much these workouts have changed my life and body. Been doing this for only TWO months and I am already feeling better than I ever have in my life.
This workout was amazing. I just finished the workout for today and although I still had 10 minutes left of the video, I could already feel the progress in my body!! I just recently bought weights, so this workout routine was really helpful since I wasn’t completely sure how to use them. Some exercises of these I wasn’t able to execute completely, so instead, I substituted them with ones that were previously shown earlier in the video. Overall, I think I’ve finally found a routine that I enjoy and aim at sticking to!! My whole body is feeling energised! even my fingers are finding it difficult to type properly right now haha. Thanks so much for this workout!!
I just did this for the second time. Love it! Some of the exercises were ones I’ve never seen before with dumbbells. The “no repeat” format is wonderful-I am always curious as to what comes next. The previews are helpful too; so I know what to expect and can get my form correct. Excellent work!

tonsss of squats!! i used 5 lb and 15 lb weights wooo it was a tough one.
Dead. Needed breaks to make it though with 5kh dumbbells and couldn’t do weighted jacks so dropped the weight there. So tough and so good dripping sweat in 20 minutes!
Perfect amount of rest with the built in 20 seconds plus the variation of movements allowed for various forms of additional “rest” loved the music, too.
I had to come back and make sure I liked this workout, which I did. I love this workout, I always struggle getting through the abs part but I push through just to get to the page turner during cool down. I love love love that page turner. Thank you so much for that!

Thank you Claudia and Coach Kozak (sp?). Your workouts have been my Godsend during the pandemic for my peace of mind and as a great counter to all my stress eating. I will slowly be returning to work (two days a week to start), but I will be sure to include you two in my daily routine, as I have been for the past 3 months. I appreciate your exceptional knowledge, concern for safety and constant motivation. Although a lifelong athlete, I am increasing my fitness now at 56. I have also increased my bone density and lowered my blood pressure. I was going to give up running Tough Mudders with my man-sons, but I feel more than ready for when we finally get back to full public events.

hello everyone. I did this training for 15 days, with breaks every 4 or 5 days. I also did booty exercises before breakfast, this workout after breakfast, 2 hours later inner thigh and ab workouts, and yoga class after dinner. I was in a healthy diet which is a carb cycle. No carb for 3 days, rice and a little bit potato for a day, and then again. I did not give up, and I just lost 0.8 grams:) I am very disappointed right now, I feel like I want to cry, another failure diet-work out plan. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with me, I am cursed with my excess fat or something. Anyway, maybe you are looking for someone who did this exercise regularly and find this comment. I hope you can reach your goals and not be a failure like me.
You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together,short & get results but more importantly sustainable.

It’s a great workout! My office building has a small gym with a studio. Classes are expensive so myself and a group of gals put it on the tv there and pump it up during our lunch hour. Lots of fun too!
I really like this workout routine. It’s only 20 minutes which is perfect for me but I also get the whole body exercise with weight and cardio. Please do more 20 minutes workout. I exercise every day following your VDO anywhere from 15 minutes to 40 minutes

The push up to push press combo definitely got the heart rate up and felt the burn. Substituted bent over flies and triceps kick backs for the last exercise due to a tweaked back. Also did the 6 minute ab workout after this workout. Feeling tired but great! Thanks heather! Keeping creating and we’ll keep working!

Why would you stretch in between warm up and the circuits? Way to cool down before the strength exercises.

Hi Coach and Claudia! I loved this workout, it was perfect for me today! Challenging, but not too over the top. I challenged myself by upping my weights on a few of the exercises. I am feeling a nice after-burn, especially in the upper body where I really need to build strength.

I can’t thank you enough for all the workouts that you post. I started doing these work outs back in March and I’ve lost 38 lb since. Just over mid way to my goal and I don’t think I’d have gotten to where I am now if it wasn’t for these videos. Having just finished this video now I can tell you that my legs feel like jelly and I love that feeling because it means I’m one step closer to being fitter and leaner.

I love this workout! i sometimes have to take a 5-10 min break at the half way point cause i struggle with vitamin D deficiency which mainly effects my elbows and knees. But ive noticed that since ive been working out and slowly loosing weight i dont struggle as much as i used to because my joints are carrying less body weight.
This workout was awesome! I was doing your low impacts for a few weeks now! To gradually ease my body into it! But now I made the decision to kick it up a notch! This was great!

i can’t do the elbow pull up at 26:23. any tricks on how to be able to do it or any easier modification? like idk how yall do it but my body just flops on the floor and i can’t bring my elbows up like you guys are doing

The stretch is too long and too slow before a workout. Active stretching before you workout is way better. Not slow Yoga stretches to make you fall asleep
