Im 230 lbs and started doing this 3xs a week. It feels like my arms are about to fall off each time, but I made it to the end every time. If I can do it, you can do it! Hoping it helps me break this plateau after losing 50 pounds.

Have you two done any segments on exercising with a shoulder impingement issue? Basically working out without doing more damage to a shoulder problem yet also doing therapeutics that help heal the impingement issue before surgery is required for tears.
I was already doing some workout earlier but it’s a fifth day I’m doing this…it was hard also it’s good but I’m having a inner pain is it good?!
Any suggestions for those of us unable to get on or up from the floor? It would be nice to have some hard surface like that padded PT table, to do the exercises on. Are there tables at this height for non-therapists to purchase? What is the height of this exercise table? I could perhaps pad a piece of plywood, and put milk crates under it.

Hello. These are great wouldn’t the crunches be contraindicated as you guys are PTs in the sense that they put too much stress on cervical spine and they’re tough for obese people like me to do

For a long time I had issues with jumping Jack’s. After 50 reps my calfs tighten up. I have to do Jumping Jacks during jiu jitsu class.

Day 6 ❤️ I was bit lazy today.. I was not at all motivated.. I almost decided to skip today’s workout. But then I felt really bad about it. So what I did was I wrote every work-out reps and sets on a sheet. I started with all standing ones. Did everything on one go (all sets) and then did the floor ones. Best thing is that I could do all of it with fewer breaks.. and my form also got really better. I’m so happy about it

I’ve done this exercise for 24 days, I was feeling good, energetic and all sweaty all these days but when I weigh myself I just lost half kg. It’s not worth it guys! I was not on any strict diet but I didn’t eat junk. So disappointed going to change my workout. If you know any good workout videos please let me know.

For people that want to lose weight and continue to eat large amounts of calories, don’t listen to the main stream, or your personal Trainer. Eating more can in fact allow you to lose more weight, even though it sounds unrealistic. It’s more about quality than quantity when it comes to a diet. You could eat around 3,000-4,000 calories a day and still lose weight as long as those calories are nutritious calories. When you start eating a lot more healthier foods your body adjusts to that ideal Set point and your metabolism starts moving faster thus causing you to burn even more calories Faster than before. The only problem with this is having to watch more about what you are eating rather than just calories. I’ve recently started paying more attention to what I’m eating and what my food contains and simply doing that is making my body stronger leaner and faster.
In all honestly, your Metabolism is most possibly the greatest tool for burning fat and losing weight. Now you just have to learn to control it

Finally I completely my 3rd day. And it was a damn effect.. Keep going guys..
I started earlier today and I’m gonna upday y’all how my body responds to this exercise.
Day 1: I can’t finish this whole workout coz I have my period. I only last at 27:37. After workout, I can’t feel the sore yet, but I can’t walk properly coz my knees are trembling haha.
Day 2: Ohmygod I woke up, feeling so sore, in my belly bottom, arm, thighs, and many more. As far as I can, I manage finish the work out.
Day 3: I woke up again, muscles sore but my muscles yesterday were much more sore, so I also managed to finish this, i can also see differences on my body alreadyy.
Day 4: I had so much work to do yesterday so I woke up not feeling sore on my muscles. My stamina is getting better.
Day 5: I only finished half of this work out because I was too tired yesterday. I’m always observing my waist and so far, i think it’s getting smaller and it’s complementing my boobs.
Day 6: At first I decided not to do it. But since I only finished half of this, I motivated myself. As always, my muscles is no longer sore. I’m sweating so muchh.
Day 7: this is probably the last day I’ll update but not the last day I’ll work out. Compared to yesterday, I sweat so much today idk why. I’ve noticed some differences about my arm and belly.

I’m dieting and getting into the swing of jogging for 20 minutes 5 days a week. There’s plenty of running trails near me and it’s more fun than I ever assumed it would be. I feel like I’ve dranked a 12 oz cup of coffee after a brisk jog. If youre not into exercise try biking or walking or jogging, each one is too much fun not to do.

Woke up with sore sides, this is due to a build up of lactic acid (I have asthma so that adds to the problem). When you’re working out make sure you’re breathing properly and getting enough air. If you have asthma (like me) make sure you bring your inhaler and take it if and when you need it. If you have a kind of sore pain in places like your arms, legs, shoulders, sides (and many other places) the next day, this is most likely due to a build up of lactic acid and this occurs when you exercise and don’t get enough oxygen so like I said make sure your breathing is okay while working out. If the pain is persistent and sharp rather then aching and only lasting the next day then make sure your get it checked out.

Not sure if it’s just placebo but I feel (at least visually) that I’ve lost a small bit of weight. I took measurements on day 1 but they were a slight bit inaccurate. I’ll take measurements today again. I won’t share my measurements because that’s personal but I will let you know if I’ve lost any weight and by how much.
