1. Almond butter/any but butter: nutrient-dense and high in calorie and fat
2. Coconut oilorganic, virgin and unrefined.
3. Avocadouse as a base or eat on its own. Ideally eating 2 avocados a day will help you to put on weight. It can be added to juices.
4. Seedshigh in fat, food for skin, great all around, e.g. crackers with seeds.
5. Cacaoso high in antioxidants, high in fats, great in oatmeal
6. Granolahigh in calorie and nutrient-dense
7. Vegan cream cheese
8. Protein powder e.g. hemp protein
9. Tahiniranch dressing, creamy sauce, nutrient-dense
10. Chia/flax seeds: can add to water and drink

I still dont know what happened, but it turns out i got to the point that i was freaking skinny i could eat whatever i wanted without worryng about it, i seriously ate pretty much 99% carbs and sugar in my diet. As i spent my childhood being overweight which affected me psychologically, i worry about losing this “magic”, specially after gaining some pounds (lean mass) bc of a medical treatment i had. Can someone tell me if my story is possible and if i can lose this at any moment in my life? Idk if i always had a fast metabolism, or if i won it as a miracle or something, or if it came along with puberty. The last statement doesnt make sense, ik lots of friends who were and still are chubby until today. Can someone help me or give me some light here?? This seems like a weird af situation

Dude you’re a big inspiration. I’m going into college this year and I’ve worked out for a year now at home (maxed out everything) and I’m only 6’1″ 160. I’ve focused way too much on single muscle exercises but I do full body workouts 4-5 days a week. I also don’t eat nearly enough evidently. Anyways, research I’ve done recently says I should eat +3200 calories a day and focus on multiple muscle lifts. So what are cheap foods for a college kid (Imma be broke) and should I keep my full body workout but just add multiple muscle lifts? I hate being that skinny dude, I know it’s a mind set but it’s hard to be confident in yourself when you feel weak.
