Warm up for 10 minutes at an easy pace. Walk 20 to 30 minutes at 85% of your max heart rate then cool down with 10 minutes easy pace. Sunday: Distance Workout. 8 to 12 kilometers (5 to 7 miles) at 70 to 75% of your max heart rate.
This is a conversational pace.Aim to walk at least five days a week. Start out warming up with a five-minute, slower paced walk. Slow your pace to cool down during the last five minutes of your walk. Start at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

As always another great video! The only problem for me is Leslie’s black color outfit for all her videos. I cannot understand some of the moves when they are shown from her front. So I look at other people moves because they are much better envisioned in the colors people wear. But some people do not exactly replicate Lesli’s moves, which bothers me.

What happened??? Around 12:18 into the video you said we were going to rev up for 30 seconds to get the heart rate up, then suddenly the video switches to you alone doing floor stretches.

Good workout for me right now without going out in the cold every day. The last section core is not possible two full knee replacements. But I can modify core with a yoga extension. Enjoy!!!

I like this one except….it goes to floor work and stretching in the cool down, so it doesn’t fit well to string together some of her shorter workouts, unless you make it the last one.
