Now don’t get me wrong, I love most fiber containing food, it’s great to have in your diet to prevent constipation, often offers other benefits, nutrients, etc, great for those in need of weight loss… But the truth remains that humans don’t digest fiber, unlike actual herbivores who get even more nutrients AND energy out if it, and digest it almost fully. That’s why lots of fiber speeds your digestive tract you need to empty the stuff you can’t digest more often.

Thanks so much for your video. For a couple of months now I went on high fiber diet; more vegetables and fruits. I would even eat apples without peeling them, for more fiber.
But unfortunately for me, it’s deadly. I’m bloated and constipated like hell, with some serious digestive issues. Heart burn, enlarged stomach, farting, belching, body pains, etc. But my colonoscopy results say everything is ok. But why is my stomach still enlarged and bloated; it may be due to blocked water or blocked air? Or are my intestines swollen? It’s still a mystery. Hope this condition is reversible because I’m in distress.

Why do I need to remove some good ole saturated fat with fiber? I ate it for a reason. I don’t eat carbs or sugar so I don’t need fiber to prevent me from metabolizing them. What he forgot to mention was that fiber also prevents the absorption of nutrients and usually comes in food that contains anti-nutrients, toxins, and sugars.
I could eat 2 lbs of meat and I’m lucky if 1/3 makes it to the back door. Why is this the case? It’s because I absorb most of the protein, fat, and nutrients. Eating fiber with the meat would only hinder this process. There is no reason for me to eat plant-based food as animal-based food contains everything I need to thrive. Yes, even vitamin C. Plants do not contain all the nutrients I need to thrive.

Not only does it contain ASPARTAMEa well known toxic substance(phenylketonurics), it also contains Artificial Sunset Orange coloring(also known as Ponceau 4R) that has been banned in many wise countries-“The reddish-orange dye is known to cause cancer, allergic reactions and asthma. Presently it is banned in Canada, Norway and United States. Ponceau 4R is an azo dye which is produced from petroleum products…. The dye was also used to adulterate tea”. Please google this to verify. Organic psyllium husk is a great health product and health food stores/online sell it. Only a vile, non caring company would put poison into a product designed to heal.

I can eat and drink the same thing that anyone eats and i’ll be constipated, I have no idea what’s wrong with me and if i strain too hard or try to void myself my private will burn terribly. I’m thinking this has to do with pressure on the prostate, plus I’ve already had prostate related problems at 19 and they told me I had prostatitis. This has been going on for a long time and recently has been getting a lot worse, I’m literally constipated almost every single day and it’s been going on for years.
Honestly, I feel that all this valuable information given would be as if you were going to see a specialist on nutrition where we have to $$$ the big bucks. And this channel is freaking free!!! Only subscription, of course. Thank you thank you thank you.

I had been so fired up to try this diet program “fetching tuti space” (Google it). This particular plan was the key reason why my pal managed to shed 11 pounds. After 3 weeks of adhering to it, I managed to shed twelve pounds. I truly have not transformed my way of life considerably. I have become conscious of just how much fat I was consuming and just eat less of it..

I am now trying a vegetarian lifestyle and so peas, beans and legumes are my go to protein source. I am not a fan of them because of the gassy feeling I get but I do know wha t else I can eat to substitute them. Can you suggest any other protein sources I can try?

I’d love to see a video on why you guys don’t like beans. You’ve touched on it a little in the past and I know it’s against the paleo diet. But they have always been known as a health food. They come from the ground and are loaded with protein & fiber. So it’s hard to think of them as unhealthy. I just figure the reason people will feel bloated from them is either cause of the fiber or they are just allergic to them.
