I just started doing this along with a friend: we make a zoom meeting on one device, and turn on the video at our own homes on a different device. We turn off our Zoom audio and video and do Leslie’s walk simultaneously in our own homes… then turn on the zoom audio/video for a visit after exercising! IT’s fantastic!!!!

Day 9 its the day i feel low and my body is giving up but anyhow i cmplt the exercise

So conclusion is i dont see the huge difference in my body but i really feel i m getting stronger and my thighs and tummy feel tighter

I actually like this much better than the 1 mile video! I was hesitant because I didn’t think I could do it but the warm up, gradual increase in pace and even the stretching felt so much better than the 1 mile. My new fav video! Give it a try and just take it one step at a time

3. third day
first day was great actually because i didn’t feel any pain on my legs or something and the moves looked easy. but second day was the hardest cause i saw that the moves wasn’t that easy just i couldn’t do them right. i was really struggling. but today was the best, i felt that i do the moves right, i did take my tummy back very well and i did the extra moves right. i’m so happy and proud of myself, see y’all tomorrow.
This walk got me through the lockdown, the only one I liked when searching on YT! I still walk at home, and never boring! Thanks, guys!

I’m so torn, part of me fucking hates this annoying woman (I’m a lazy slob who hates exercise) the other part of me is very grateful. I’ve lost about 25lbs so far (while stuck in because of this bullshit lockdown) with diet and doing this walk once a day, no pain no gain I guess! This is bull! How are you telling folks to do this and your over weight yourself? This lady has lost no weight since she started these videos. She has fat on her hips and legs. People do yourselves a good turn and hit the pavement actually walk, you cannot walk while standing still not unless you are on a treadmill, elliptical, air walker machine or the like. This isn’t walking, last time i looked walking isn’t marching. THIS IS MARCHING!!! With other stuff mixed in. I walk my 10 to 20,000 steps a day and i see results up to a pound a week.

I am plus-sized, I wear a size 16/14 U.S. I’m doing this for me, but I’ll post updates daily for anyone else who may also be plus-sized, out of shape, curious and looking for motivation. Please hold me accountable!
Day 1A little disappointed by how many breaks I needed. Nevertheless, we persevered! I did have to switch out the up/down planks.
Day 2-Experiencing a problem with a buzzing feeling in my elbow/arm. Needed fewer breaks today.
Day 3-The buzzing is still there, I’ve found that if I do the workouts with my fists instead it isn’t as noticeable. I took fewer breaks this time but definitely burned out around 70%.
Day 4There was more pain, less satisfaction at the end? Tingling still there, but less noticeable. Starting to feel a bit stronger, not many noticeable body changes.
Day 5Major arm tingles. Also, I did something wrong that created a lot of pain in my muscles near my pelvis? I didn’t take any breaks over 30 seconds, did have to do a few low impacts. Starting to see the first bit of changes in my body.
Day 6The corkscrews were hurting my pelvis. Took only one 30sec break during the first video today! Decided to do the optional ones but let myself do some low-impact when it was too much. Today was extra painful. Finally did the up-down planks.
Day 7. Active rest day. Slept13hrs, they couldn’t wake me up. Had really low iron that day?
Day 8No breaks during videos longer than 10 seconds. Up n down planks aren’t so bad, fuck mountain climbers though. Replaced corkscrews with another exercise. Noticeable differences in the body.
Day 9Had to do it out of schedule today, I don’t recommend it. Everything was harder, and I had the least motivation today. I actually just skipped two exercises (Not videos, just exercises.) today. Really disappointed with myself today.
Day 10Didn’t feel well today but finished anyways, subpar effort though. Did a LOT later at night than usual.
Day 11I hate today, all of it, it was a hateful kind of workout. Switched the back exercises with the optional lower ab one. Will add the back one to either a rest day or a day with only one or two vids. There’s just too much pain and not workout kind of a pain but like genuine pain in my joints in both my elbow area and my pelvis, I couldn’t take any more. Really, really losing motivation.
Day 12-Stopped for a week for a trip and came back to it, was rough.
Day 13DId it in the morning, was sore all day, definitely don’t recommend.
Day 14Done, easy workout da, but it was exceptionally hard today for some reason.

Its still surprises me, how a lot of people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though lots of people get good results with it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost plenty of weight by using it without starving myself.

I did it like 10 times in the first two weeks and unfortunately, I couldnt continue as much as the first two weeks but still kept doing it. im 16, I have hypothyroid and currently weight 175 lbs. im going to start doing this 2x in the morning and 2x at night along with other exercises. im also lowering my food intake and eating from 11 am to 5 pm.

These are way way too hard and too fast for beginners. I’m going to the gyms for a few moths now soing cardio and I couldn’t even go halfway through this workout at first try. Had to take a day off because my whole body hurted like shit and had to try day 1 two days later again.

Hi guys just wanted to tell you all that I have been doing this challenge for 4 days now and i checked my weight today, so i have lost 0.3 kg in just 4 days and i am not dieting at all, eating desserts and taking the usual carbs, will share my results if i complete 28 days!!
