I did it just now but got only 800 steps I don’t know what happened.
First time doing this workout. Step count was 6964 before and at the end it was 7989. Heart rate was up to 149bpm.

I’ve done this workout several time including walking through the intro, no matter how I do it I don’t get a thousand step. But b/c I like the workout I will continue to do it.
The first time I did it I started walking as soon as I hit play and I started doing the exercises as soon as you demonstrated them and didn’t stop moving, I just kept on walking in place,and I got 1930 steps. I think that’s like 67 cal I could be off not sure but this is great! This will definitely help me meet my step count! The second time around it was a little less I got 1131 steps but either way this is definitely true to its word. Thank you!

1400 steps I marched whole time it loaded and never slowed I’m so out of shape but this video was great I’m sweating but no joints hurt. I’m motivated but cautious I know I need to start slow to avoid burn out.

901 steps for me today using basic Fitbit tracker. I love this workout! I use it every morning now before I start working from home as a nice and easy way to wake up my energy and feel good. After several weeks I noticed I was losing fat in my face and waist without even trying to do that! Thank you so much Lucy! This is the most consistent I have worked out since the last time I had an in-person personal trainer which was 5 yrs ago. I had given up on gyms and trying to exercise. I was demotivated for a long time because exercise seemed so painful and awkward and complicated. Your videos are easy to follow and this one was a nice gateway exercise to get me back on the fitness path. Now I am on Day 5 of your 7 Day Drop a Dress Size Challenge! Can hardly wait to report back my results!

Im gonna try to start jogging on the treadmill.Now that im spending a lot of time helping my friend at the gym I might as wel challenge myselff to learn something new.I walk already on a faster pace and I always walk with a decline.

Also, I’ve gained 15-20lbs since my knees got really bad. My mom wanted a fun workout to do around Christmas time, so I showed her your holiday walking workout videos (which I love!) and she loved as well! After Christmas she went back to her usual workout routine, but it wasn’t until 2 weeks ago that she requested I show her more videos “of that pretty Australian girl who wears the cute outfits and plays good music” Now instead of doing your videos alone a couple of times a week, I do them everyday with my mom on her lunch break as she’s been working from home due to the virus. It’s great fun and those 7 minutes were gone by so fast. Im sweating but it wasn’t that hard. I’ll keep on walking because it feels as if it’s effective even if it’s not as hard as other workouts. I really like that video and I think I’ll do it again the next weeks

I loved this! I have taken your advice and held off the running too often. I did your 5k video on Sunday then have been walking and doing yoga since. I then did this today after a really rubbish day (general election here in the UK so feeling very agitated about the political situation). I felt so rubbish I binged my way off the sugar-free wagon not clever. But I’ve ended the day feeling strong and proud so thank you.
Also, I was surprised at how much I could put into that final 30 seconds of running. It felt as though it was getting easier as the time passed, not harder which is what usually happens when I (try to) run. Why is that?

When I do your dance workouts, I feel uplifted, motivated and proud of my achievements (even though I have two left feet!) it’s now part of my daily routine. I was so surprised when I looked at the video but eventually it was amazing that I did 1000 steps in just 7 mins, thanks Holly you are such a motivation for these short workout sessions. I mean every word of it. I do these along with 7 min slim legs & 7 mins flat stomach workout Thank you so much for your efforts for being a motivation for people who haven’t ever worked out in their lifetime!!!

Tried hard but only managed 833 steps. I will try again tomorrow. This can be my new goal while I am at home during the covid19 period.
Just did it for the first time! Burned 55 active calories, got in 1100 steps which came out to 0.41 mile on my Apple Watch. Pace was 17’39” which is wayyy better than my normal 22’ pace. Thx Holly!

Genuinely didn’t think this would give me 1000 steps, but I’ll eat my words. According to my apple watch I went from 7515 to 8612 in literally 7 minutes. I also burnt 49 active calories and 68 total calories, which isn’t too shabby at all.
I really like this one, it’s nice and short, perfect to add to other routines if you like, or just do it twice or more for extra walking. I hope you’ll do more like this.

I can’t imagine my day without this one during this hard time. I make it every day at least once.
I am now doing this workout 3-4 times daily. It’s really great for me as I have three kids and currently working from home & under lockdown.

what an at random walkabout this was,..new steps every 10 seconds.. no warnings..no time to figure out the moves..it was chaos..I had to make my own choreography to finish this workout.. good thing the music was fun….

Pahla! I did this one today like you suggested and it was super challenge. I then…. mistakenly think I could take on something else and did the 10 minute progressive fun. I didn’t know it was basically just several intervals of running but I made it thru and lived to tell the story.:)

I do this after eating starting a bit slow going fast to help me with my digestion as they say walking after eating is good for digestion. Before, i just walk around my room with some music on. Watching this video made walking more fun and gives me more motivation. It also helps me keep my energy up as i always have this tendency to be too sleepy after meals. More power to home workouts!

I love this video and use it as a cardio intro to your other exercises that I do daily. Would loooove a longer length version 20 or 30 min. Prefer it without HIT exercises because it breaks the flow. All I need is your awesome soundtrack and motivational words to keep me going.
I’ve looked online for other longer length walk / runs and there just aren’t any that are a vibe.

This is perfect!! I got about 800 steps my first try. I’m 58, lost 15lds on ww and stalled, I still want to lose 15 more so i got a Fitbit and I’m starting to challenge myself!!:))

I panicked when I couldn’t find you. So glad you’re back. I can’t tell you how much you’ve helped me. I need to lose excess weight before I can have knee replacement surgery. I’m 65 and I can walk with you with no pain at all and I have so much fun. I’ve done from 1000 to 3000 steps and love it. I also walk with Leslie and between the two you I know I’ll get the weight off.
I’m 76 years old woman and had been doing your workout for 2 weeks when my adult daughters and I went on a week-end retreat. One morning we did a 30 min. workout. The next day all the girls were complaining about sore legs not me. I breezed through it. Thank you, Lucy.
