Don’t eat meat because of uric acid or hormones. Don’t eat fish because too much heavy metals. Don’t eat vegetables because too many GMO’s. Don’t eat gluten because it’s inflamatory. My step dad had big problems with pork and green beans.

I’ve had something strange going on.
I have had stiffness and pain in two fingers on either hand and have not been able to make a fist properly for the last 8 months. This has worried me as I am a practicing fine artist. I have been drinking 3-4 cans of diet cola a day during that time and because of a stomach upset 3 days ago I stopped drinking it. I feel like I dodged many bullets with this one. I’ve been on a one meal a day diet, eating about 50% protein and 50% fats for the meal. This includes eating 6 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, and over a pound of ground beef, including half an avocado and a banana.
Recently, in the past week, I’ve felt like I needed to drink a gallon of water at least every day. I remember hearing it sometime in the past it has many benefits, but the benefit above all for me is not having gout. Thankfully, drinking that much water every day increases the amount of water in my blood, which is most likely the reason I haven’t suffered from gout with all the meat and protein intake every day. Praise Jesus Christ, thank you Lord.

i see red when see they saying gout attack lasts 1 week to 10 days,
I have suffered following gout attacks
left foot, big toe: 2019:03-04 wasnt severe, noticeable and painful flareup lasted 2-3 weeks
right foot, big toe: 2019:09-11 was really severe, pain lasted 7 weeks
left foot, ankle: 2019:10 wasnt that severe conpared to parallel ongoing gout attack, lasted 1-2 weeks
left foot, big toe: 2020:02-03, was severe, lasted 5-6weeks
left foot, ankle: possibility that it is starting now, today was painful, level 1 out of 10, no swelling, no redness, could be something else,

Do you think the following drugs will help;

Drop the Fruit Juices, Fruit, Alcohol, sugar and fast digesting carbs. Meat produce purines but since I went low carb diet (ate more meat) I have solved my gout and what was 3 or 4 attacks per year I have had zero attacks in two years. Low sugar, low carb, low fruit.

I had my first attack on Easter weekend 1991 when I was 47-I thought I had worn a blister on top of my left big toe because it was red and sore on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning my toe was red and swollen and hurt beyond imagination. It ached for a week and I could barely ware my shoe. It finally went away. It was about ten years before I had an attack in my right big toe just as bad. After that, they began coming closer and closer. Fast forward and I’ve been on Alopurinol 300 mg once a day for several years and haven’t had another attack. A couple of years ago I thought I could cheat and cut the tablet in two-it was fine for a few months, but then I had an attack, so I went back on full dosage.

I was officially diagnosed with gout today I have been having really bad pain in my knee for almost 3 months now and finally went to the dr. My X-ray revealed small amount of fluid buildup in my knee and the dr also tested my blood levels of UA. My UA is elevated to 6.7 which is not as bad as some of your examples but it is high according to the test levels. I was put on 300 mg of Allopurinol. I’m 44 years old and am currently in menopause. I’m morbidly obese and have high blood pressure I take three medications for blood pressure and one of those I just got yesterday (Lopressor). My concern is heart disease. I have a good heart considering the horrible conditions in which I put it through will gout be the disease that could cause me to have a heart attack? Do I still hav time to change this around? Or have I gone to a place where there is no return? I know this video is years old but if you could respond it would be greatly appreciated.
