Liar!!! I have vitamin absorption issues that doctors always treat with guess what. That’s right, vitamins and minerals. In fact, mineral deficiency even of one important mineral can lead to heart failure. I am speaking from my own experience. And lack of vitamin C can lead to really bad issues. And now, with most people being confused about what they should and shouldn’t eat, supplementation is even more important. Well, this one seems pretty cut-and-dried: we’re going to be eating more flavonoids!! Luckily, flavonoids come in some very delicious forms, and most of them are also anti-inflammatory foods.

They were looking at the wrong vitamins (except D3). Adequate levels of D3 are essential (though you may well get enough from the sun) but by itself D3 is not enough. You also need to be taking adequate levels of potassium (such as potassium bicarbonate) and magnesium both of which you are likely deficient in and very essential you need to be taking adequate levels of vitamin K2 MK7 which you are almost certainly deficient in. With adequate levels of these vitamins and minerals you can reverse calcification of the arteries (its also critical you reverse diabetes too if you have it by going on a keto diet or fasting).

You are right about flavonoids but wrong about health, if someone consume your flavon product, they will get flavonoids but no fiber. Without fiber we lose some key subproducts of our gut microbiome, so you should buy some fiber supplements, and you will still miss some nutrients of raw fruit. I have taken many science and nutrition courses and have looked at many research papers. The evidence is either mixed or not strong enough for health care professionals to recommend micronutrient supplementation. Therefore, and although some patients might react differently to supplementations, healthcare professionals will tend to recommend against taking them due to their possible negative effects such as toxicity and/or interactions with other drugs that have actually been proven to help with cardiovascular disease (unless of course, there are other issues not related to CVD that will be remedied by micronutrient supplementation).
