They all look very colorful and refreshing to eat but I would like to try the edamame one the best. I have all the ingredients for the dressing available in may home, and I just love the firm texture and fresh green vegetable-ish flavor that edamame has that other types of bean and legumes don’t!

I have never eaten mung beans but it looks like white beans and kidney beans make this salad too crowded already. Kidney beans are denser and harder than white beans thus more filling so I don’t think their combination in a salad is a good idea. Less is more sometimes and, imho, this salad is a good example for that phrase.
