Great workout, but I was surprised there was no direction on proper breathing since this was pilates. I was just guessing what to do. Also, didn’t love that workout was interrupted by Commercials-would have preferred to have them during breaks.
I love how you focus on form more than speed feeling the right muscles stretching and working for each exercise.
I found it super annoying and interruptive that there were like 3-4 ads IN THE MIDDLE of the workout. it really throws a person off of their groove
great stuff. this workout makes me sweat!! also I have a couple of injuries (wrist/ankle) and I can do this workout and really get my heart beat up and sweat, all with NO impact! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!

Really great workout. Although I wanted (and need) to lose weight, at 56 it is a challenge. Seeing people of different body figures is encouraging. We can be fit and toned even if we don’t lose the stubborn weight. You guys keep me motivated and I’m more energetic, strong and flexible with these great workouts.

I really liked this workout, however, I had like 3 ads in between the exercises. I get it if you put them in the beginning or the end, but when I’m in the middle of an exercise, they’re just really annoying..

this was a very good workout, i sweat a lot, it was challenging enough but not impossible for someone who isn’t totally out of shape, and I’m so glad that I didn’t stop after the 2nd segment because the 3rd one was shorter than the first two.

I got through 1 1/2 rounds and my toes on both feet started getting charlie horses in them. I tried stretching, but it kept coming back. I woke up on and off all night with my toes cramping. I am not sure what caused it. I walked 2 miles just before doing this. But it was just walking?? So weird.
