I am sorry you feel the need to explain so many times about your weight. I am watching your channel for the first time with this one. The thing that brought me here is I started bullet journaling and am looking for inspiration on fitness pages with my own goals in mind! Thank you for the wonderful ideas.

New here and I LOVE these layouts. Trying to get back into bullet journaling and this will help a lot.
I’m glad you shared! I’ve been looking for something to inspire to continue to lose weight and get healthier…and record the journey in my bujo. I hope no one has been negative about the weights you listed. Our bodies are all unique.
discovered bullet journaling last Saturday and started that Sunday, got like fifty pages now, your videos are my all time favs. Keep owning your humor, you’ve got great authentic personality. Wonderful teaching style. Props!!
oh my please do meal and lifestyle trackers! I need inspiration. <3
Will we ever see that life journal? I hope so… this one helped me so much… the whole glow up series in generall! Thank you a lot for that!
It’s 01:21AM and just bc of this video I got the motivation to stat a journey like this. I want to lose weight and start loving myself. Thank you for making this video! I’m really happy that I have watchtower this!
Btw my english is so bad so I am sorry!
I’m 5’2 and currently 182 lbs… ugh!
2020 is the year I’m turning my life around. I don’t love my body and it needs to change
Edit: About 171 lbs. I will like to mention I started at 203 lbs. In the month of April 2019 (I think). So, then I posted this comment and now I am 171 lbs. Also, I do NOT eat perfect everyday nor do I exercise everyday. Plenty of water and not overeating. Meals 3 times a day (w/snacks) and I never eat at night.
Edit: I’m about 163-164 now!! It’s June
Edit: I am currently 156-157 July 2020. I’ve been back at the gym for about a month now. It feels good! I typically do weightlifting 4-5 days a week with cardio occasionally.
My therapist just gave me a journal and I’m trying to figure out how to start,,,
I just uploaded my first Bullet Journal video on my channel! It would mean a lot if people from the Bujo community checked it out
I was looking for a good layout for healthy eating & exercise and I think you have done a great job. I was sad to hear you worrying about what people thought about your video. As soon as you said your height, I knew there would be no comparison between us and I assume that the vast majority of people are capable of that thought too. Thank you for taking the time to make and share this.
Dear Alivia,
You probably won’t see this but I still want to tell you this. You are the only person who has motivated me to make a change, even I couldn’t motivate myself and it has made my life horrible but I’m about to start the change. I have made a bullet journal and told my family to help. Tomorrow is day one and I’m nervous but I can’t wait until I start to see the change. Thank you so much.

ive wanted to do a weightloss/health journal for so long but i always messed up and i didnt have clean lines or neat writing and so i just gave up, but now i’ve finally kept up with my diet and i really want to start one:(
Me planning to exercise in the morning, but I always sleep late the reason I cant do my workout
This is my first time watching your vid, and somehow I feel so comfortable. Maybe I watched something that will really help me with mental health. Your motivational quotes is so beautiful and self loving. You inspired someone like me who wants to help themself but don’t know where to start. Thank you for doing this:)
Ps. Sorry for my grammar mistakes, English is not my first language:>
I’m 5’0” and I’m now fighting years of over eating because I was sick of people thinking I had an eating disorder when I was actually at a healthy weight. I was so determined for a long time that people should always see me eating and then I stopped with my athletics due to injury. I really wish people would understand that not everyone is an average height person and stop trying to make everything universally applicable. Thank you for taking the time to explain that weight is such a body specific thing.
These are great! I’m going to incorporate the weight and measurement tracker as well as the weight loss reward tracker. Alongside these I’ll do my exercise tracker, a period/ovulation tracker, and daily mood tracker so I can observe any correlations.
COuld do some bullet journals spreads for dealing with habits?
I feel this! I’m 4’11 so i know all about the BMI calculator for our height lol
My height is 5’2 and my ideal weight is 104-125. I could never. Id have no energy. Now the weight i was at my healthiest and most happiest is 170. Im currently 235 now. My goal is 170. The lowest ive been was 140 and i was so tired all of the time, sick, i looked sick. The goal is to be healthy. The BMI scale is so outdated, even my doctor told me he hasnt used it since the 90s. He told me become knowledgeable about food, drink tons of water, try to get in exercise 2-3 times a week as a start.
Just coming across this video now. I’m 4’10” as well and I’m tired of physicians telling me I’m overweight based on my BMI when I know I’m not. I know I could lose a few pounds, but my goal is definitely not <100 lbs!
You’ll be criticized no matter what you do! This was really helpful for me and I’m sure plenty of others:)
I tried Flat Belly fix it works https://tinyurl.com/y6xjk95m
hey do you know the best journals for nutrition and exercise science?
Kara, this is great!! I know this type of system would keep me accountable…I admit sometimes I lack the motivation to work out. I’ve seen you push this task “hire a personal trainer” from week to week. A lesson for us all….tasks and projects can definitely get done if we care enough and don’t let it slip through the cracks.
So, waiting for your wardrobe capsule lay out!! LOL…
Thanks for sharing:)
I love the spreads! I am preparing my post delivery recovery journal now and this inspires me to get healthy and lose weight post baby. Shame to the lady who could not be happy for you wanting to be healthy. Sounds like a body positive “trigger.”
Where did you get the emerald bullet journal? I’ve looked everywhere for it but can only find the black one.
Hi i can’t believe that people would comment on content, everyone is different we are all individuals and what’s good for you may not be right for somebody else, your only showing people idea’s for journaling your not saying you must do this or that. I don’t understand why people can’t see that really strange we are all responsible for our own lives only we can make decisions about how we do things. Sorry to hear that that people would criticise you, I think you channel is brilliant it’s helped me to set up my first ever journal I have taken a lot of your layouts for my journal but put my own content into the layout, so thank you for all your help keep up the good work I’ll be following you all the time now. ☯️☮
Alivia I really wan’t to say thank you…
You changed so many peoples life, including mine…
I am 14 I get bullied I had self harm issues, an ed (still little chubby) and i am depressed but you made me feel so much better… bc of you i got help (seeing a therapist) and all in all I’m a much happier and better person
Thank you so so much
Even when i wan’t to cut or starve I( most of the times) dont bc of you… i struggle but thanks to you it gets better and i start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel
So thank you❤❤❤
This is really cool to watch and hear. I am also about 4’10/11 and I am technically obese for that height. I’m just under 180 and I am looking into trackers and things to add to my bujo to help me in trying to be healthier. And this was the first video I found, and you’re the same height as me. So that was just kinda cool.
very intresante I will complete it with what I do to be well http://bit.ly/2Uwv5fR
I love this and im going to use this type of thing but for my weight gain journal
Such a great video! I only recently discovered the show and have binge watched it through twice already! I was disappointed to find out no follow up movie, but I keep hoping another network or Netflix, etc, might pick it up. I doubt it will ever happen, but anything is possible these days!
This was awesome! Really appreciate the way you clearly walk us through your set up here! Loved it, thank you!
I too am short, 5’1 (155cm) and I’m kind of overweight, weighing in a 62kg (136lbs) at the moment.. I had a phase of overeating and gained 10kg within a few months and I’m now trying to lose it.
And it REALLY annoys me, when I tell people I’m trying to lose weight and they’re like “whyy???”, so I tell them how much I weigh and they’re like “But I weigh 65kg, are you calling me fat???” Like, don’t they understand thst there’s a huge height difference… they’re 175cm (5’9) tall, I’m 155cm (5’1) and we weigh the same. SMH everytime.
I’m glad you shared about your health and fitness trackers. It is such a touchy subject, and I can understand your nervousness to put it out there. I’m tracking some exercise habits for the first time this month in my bullet journal. I’m working toward small monthly goals rather than bigger goals. Then I’ll evaluate at the end of the month and decide on the next month’s goals.
I think it was a little rude of that lady to say you were promoting an unhealthy lifestyle. At no point, have you even alluded to implying anyone should do what you’re doing, nor have you shown that there is anything wrong with what you are doing. Ignore people who try to bring you down. You’re helping people who want to make a chart. Nothing more, nothing less. This is YOUR life, not hers. You’re not promoting anything even remotely unhealthy. It’s ridiculous that that person would imply, let alone outright say you are doing anything unhealthy. You’re simply tracking changes to your body.
As someone who came out of the hospital a month ago (exactly, actually) with a diagnosis that I only caught before it killed me BECAUSE I was as in tune with my body as I am, I am really annoyed that this person tried to imply it was a bad thing to track your health in this way. I got a Bullet Journal for the purpose of doing EXACTLY that! Tracking health, weight, and exercise trends is not unhealthy. Obsessing over it is. Giving yourself goals to hit in a weightloss program you’ve previously run past your doctor is NOT unhealthy. Giving yourself arbitrary goals because you saw someone else do it, is. Rewarding yourself for hitting said goals is NOT unhealthy. Rewarding yourself just for losing weight, no matter how, nor how much, is.
Understanding your body, your limits, and talking to your doctor about the best plan for your specific body and lifestyle, is the absolute best thing you can do, and you have done nothing but promote that.
So don’t let people make you feel like you have done anything wrong. You haven’t. If anything, you’ve raised awareness about eating disorders, and possibly prevented some by reinforcing the importance of speaking with one’s doctor about weightloss, body size, and over all nutritional health, before doing anything weightloss related. You are awesome.
(Sorry for the rant, it just made me so mad that that person put you down like that. I know you said that they said what they said respectfully, before leaving, but it was wholly unnecessary for anything to have been said at all. It’s so evident that this is your journey, no one else’s. So it is ridiculous for anyone to think you’re promoting anything, for anyone, other than yourself. That person was a bully.)
This was a great video, i’m so glad you decided to put it up. It’s such a shame that people today are so sensitive and feel like anything they don’t like is offensive rather than just someone else’s opinion. I figure if you don’t like what you’re watching, don’t watch and find something that is more aligned with you. Please don’t let that shake your confidence, your vid’s are awesome! Keep being you x
Love learning from you. I’m new to this and you make it so fun!!!
I’m sorry that person just HAD to say what she did. You’ve made it very clear on another video as well as this video that your health tracker is just for you. I appreciate you sharing your ideas….I can then figure out what’s good for me. I’m 4’11”, so I’m VERY aware of how 1 little pound means to us….lol! I was 87 to 98 pounds for most of my life and my clothes seem to just hang on me…..so I always feel most comfortable between 112 & 114 lbs. (don’t know if that is acceptable level….I need to research it. Currently I’m at 119 lbs. (yeah, I need to work on that), but a year ago I had jumped to 141 LBS.!!! because I had not been tracking my weight properly, so it’s been a slow process getting to where I’m at, but I’m happy with my accomplishments. This is my first year to use a bullet journal and I appreciate your help. Best of Luck to you!! TFS…..
A great video! I, too, am sorry that you were criticized. You ARE very transparent and everything i’ve watched of yours has been presented with the preface of being personal opinion/personal preference. After all, journaling is personal. I am very grateful that you open up to us and share yourself as you share your techniques.
As for your techniques presented here….Oh, my! I’m a fan of ombres! Granted, I don’t have a lot of videos under my belt, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen anyone strive for and get an ombre effect. I also like your writing over your writing in the titles. I’m sure it has an official name, but I don’t know it. Thanks again for sharing your talents!
This is my first time watching your vid, and somehow I feel so comfortable. Maybe I watched something that will really help me with mental health. Your motivational quotes is so beautiful and self loving. You inspired someone like me who wants to help themself but don’t know where to start. Thank you for doing this:)
Ps. Sorry for my grammar mistakes, English is not my first language:>
since one month in my bullet journal series I have missed you sooo much❤
I love this video! Thank you for sharing some weight loss spreads! I have incorporated some in my new bujo. Sorry someone felt the need to put you down. You’ve clearly said you aren’t an expert, they didn’t listen or pay attention obvi! Everyone knows what’s best for themselves! I personally don’t go by charts, I go by how I feel and my doc’s recommendations. Technically I’m considered obese, but if you saw me you’d laugh. I run, road cycle, mountain bike, swim, kayak, and CrossFit. I’m far from obese. You’ve gained a new subscriber! ❤️
thanks for this vid
i have binge eating and bulimia disorder and im trying to recover thanks for inspiration u just got a new sub:)
Thanks for sharing this, Kara! It’s a great inspiration for the system I’ll be setting up for myself. 😉
Way too many carbs, try to keep them under 20grs per day and you wont need to exercise 6 days a week unless you like it so much…… like your video
I always wondered about your social media name, but at 4’10 that makes a lot of sense! Thank-you for being so mindful about how the numbers that make sense for you could make others feel
My mom is 4’11! Don’t worry, you are the only person that knows what is best for YOUR health
Great video! I love your layouts for tracking your fitness, that’s such a good idea! x
This video is incredibly timely!
After a humbling placement in a squash tournament over the weekend, I’ve discovered the need to implement some strength and conditioning training.
I’m trying to plan a routine and track my progress, but as somebody who has rarely trained like that, I’m at a loss of what to do.
I’m thinking squats, leg presses, and hitting the bike, but I could use some advice. If anybody is willing to share some tips, I’d be greatly appreciative!
Thanks, Matt, for creating these videos and inspiring my productivity!
The beauty of the keto diet is that it is so simple that the cooking isn’t complicated. Definite bonus for people who don’t like to cook! You got this! I think you have a great set up to encourage yourself
Your voice is so clear and sweet, I love it and love all your videos!
Hi, did you ever do a video about your food diary? I have a similar mini journal like the one you showed, but I have no clue what to do with it.
That was very interesting and I’m so sorry you’ve had negative feedback. You have presented some really good ideas, and I appreciate it, as I’m sure many others will as well,
4:11 I want to try the Pain Log:)
4:58 and the Meal Planner lol
You were cracking me up talking about how sore you are… only because I know the feeling so well.
I have a second journal for workout details. Sets Reps % of effort.
Kara, what Sharpies are those? Waterproof? No bleedthrough? Thanks!
the height and weight scale has been changed like 3 or 4 times so that America can not be listed as like 90% obese. don’t worry about what the CDC says about what you weigh…they also tell you to inject yourself with vaccines and flu shots that there is NO PROOF that it is good but a LOT of proof that it is BAD…but ONLY by popular opinion Isi t that we think those shots are good…like through commercials. you’re not unhealthy.
When you weigh more than Alivia’s goal weight and your 13 ✋
Oh terrific idea about noting the actions taken graphically and adding the results outside the daily bar. Thanks.
This is a Grand idea. I like your paper ✏️ graphing. I appreciate how you plan on paper. A great deal of thought is put into your process.
I’m 4 foot 8 so I know your problem! I’m currently 11stone but in order for me to be “healthy and ideal” is about 6 stone
This is exactly what I was looking for! I will incorporate 7 and 10
Your video is very cool for beginner, very reliable. Thank you so much.
This drawing in the thumb was also made for you? I do love it.
I love this video thank you Alivia I’m definitely inspired!
Thanks so much for this. I’ve been moving back to an all-paper planning system (save for Google Cal reminders) and the big challenge has been how to quickly and easily plan and log workouts in a way that isn’t time consuming. I’m definitely going to try this system.
Thank you for being transparent!!! Don’t let those negative people get you down or stop you from being transparent. Keep being yourself and love your channel
How’s the view from a year later, if asking is not too nosy? I’m embarking on a Weight Watcher journey and am cribbing a bunch of this.
Hello! I’m actually doing this health journal thing! And I absolutely love it! You’ve really inspired me!
But I kind of had a hard time on 2:40 because your saying that we should make a plan on how to reach our goal, but I don’t really have one.
I thought I would just workout and eat healthier, so I don’t really know if you can help that would be great! But either way I love you so much! Keep doing what you love ❤️

Thank you for sharing! I’m on my way to get a Happy Planner! The rings got to me too! lol Im going to start a fitness journal too!! Def going to use some of your tips!:)
I’m doing this on my iPad Pro on my digital bullet journal thanks for the ideas!
I know this video is old, but thank you so much for this! the layout is beautiful. I just got the bullet journal and I kind of didn’t know what to do with it! This just got me super excited for my fitness journey.
Tbh, it doesn’t look like she is going to the gym. No offense and no hate. Just saying.
you are my favorite youtuber and honestly has just inspired me so much! I’m planning to do my glow up diaries because i wanna share my story too. ive been motivated to work out and loose weight and i always binge watch your glow up diaries when i feel down, because they help me get back up again! THANK YOU THANKYOU so much for existing, and being ur self.
This is way cute. I like the different spreads you made. I solely bought this notebook because the colors remind me of Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter. I really need to start using it though. Thanks for the awesome ideas.
I just wanted to say that to me watermelon and strawberries are red not pink but that is what you think
I know this is an older video, but as a new viewer, I just wanted to say that I hope you’ve been working toward and/or have already met your health goals. I also want to encourage you in that you do not have to apologize for trying to be healthier and/or setting personal weight loss goals. If others choose to be offended by the idea that a person can actually want to weigh less for health reasons, that is their load to bear NOT yours. Best wishes from a 4’ 9-1/2” gal who gets it 😉
These spreads are fantastic! I really like the way you can easily see improvement week by week. Are you going to do updates on your health and fitness journey as it goes on, like maybe the next time you do a four week spread? Myfitnesspal is a great app but sometimes it’s hard to track certain cardio moves, for me at least, but imo it’s the best all-rounder health app:). Good luck on your journey! <3
I love the happy planner. And I love the happy notes been using them for my journal. Love that quote and the stars.
As a woman of 5′ 2″, thank you. I was 95lbs in high school. I was active all the time with marching band and ate well. People always wonder how I could eat as much as I did and be so skinny. Like you said health is all personal, when I was pregnant with my son one of the only things I could keep down was a Slim Fast. And people would tell at me that I was pregnant and needed to put on weight and should be drinking this other breakfast shake instead. I tried the other one and it make me sicker. I took the time to compare the labels; guess what the same thing as far as nutrients! One was just marked for fast loss and the other as a quick breakfast solution. People need to get their heads out of their buys and other people’s lives and worry about if they are living their best life. Not if we are living our best lives.
I just saw this video…
I’m now 4’9”…
I use to be be 4’ 10 1/2” & yes…
I can relate to you!!!
When I’m 90 lbs., I feel at my best…I have gained weight & at my heaviest (not counting) my pregnancies…114 lbs. definitely felt horrible & not healthy…I have lost weight & i am about 98-100 lbs…I would like to be 92-95 lbs…but, not sure if I will able to be that weight & stay…
Yes…I think it’s horrible how we get “labeled” for our weight because we’re short…
I like your layout. I need to get to the gym more regularly. Your meal plan looks good too. Going to try your workout plan. Thanks for your show and tell. Love your channel.
Looove her videos! How did you discover her? Would love to know her story!
I know this is not the point, but how is it you burn 800 calories a day only? Would seem like you burn so much more. My Fitbit puts me at 2000 on a good active day, and I’m a slim female. Thank you for the video!
I love your soft makeup and that is amazing!!!! Loved it and it’s really a good motivator
I always love your lettering… I think it’s great that you are tracking and taking care of yourself for your body type… great job!
is there more than one person running this vlog? I just came across this and have looked at newer videos and it is a different person?
Just wanted to come on here and let you know eating 6 meals a day is a myth and very unhealthy. I been researching a lot and the body can’t handle all that food in one day. Intermittent fasting and eating 3 meals a day is ideal.
I’m just counting calories altogether but I don’t know how much the limit is for me to lose weight
Thats great that you hired a trainer! Have you done a follow up video to this?
There’s also a Facebook group if you would like to see more fitness inspiration. It’s “Bullet Journaling for Fitness” if you don’t want to click a link. I would love to see everyone’s fitness spreads! https://m.facebook.com/groups/2048813235378095
You made it perfectly clear that it is for you and everyone should check with professionals before doing a set up for themselves. In regard to eating disorders…I do have an ED and most of this layout FOR ME PERSONALLY would trigger my ED. I’m NOT saying it is a bad layout because it isn’t for some people just not entirely for me. What I can definitely use from the video is the monthly tracker. I’d like a bit more explanation of what you track there besides sleep patterns.
This is exactly what I was hoping I’d find when searching for workout/fitness bullet journal ideas. Thank you!
I follow you for a little while now and I’m enjoying your videos very much. Just one thing.. Could you maybe please stop saying spread to a single page. A spread is two pages next to each other. It drives me crazy!

Thank you for being so transparent and also sharing how petite you are I thought I was ‘short’ at 5’3″, and had no idea you are under 5′. Growing up, I was always 10lbs heavier than my friends who were the same height, but wore the same size clothes. My point weight does not define ANY woman. ❤️
Hey Alivia…
You really inspred me to wrote glow up diary. I am sad about my body because my friends are curvy but im flat.
I will do anything to change my life.
First i saw You and you were wery cool an i was watching all your videos. You are wery amazing and strong women.
I wish i coud be like you. No boys like me but my friends has boys who are crusing on them. There was one boy in my class witch bullied me everyday. And then when i saw i was ugly and stupid but now its hard for me i still remember those words and somtimes i cry.
And now im trying to change my life.
você pode colocar legenda em português? gostaria muito de entender ❤ Você está fazendo dieta low carb?
thank you so much, so inspired me. i’ll start my diet journal tomorrow
I’m 4’9 and I can relate to everything you’re saying my weight has fluctuated from 85-130 basically because of the bs that people say I’m currently at 110 and going to the gym (where the comments begin) I no longer care about my weight I’m only looking to feel better and look better. Do you girl there will always be someone with something to say!
Great stuff, Matt! I’m brand new to bullet journaling and have a question….Do you just have one big master bullet journal that you organize your whole life with ie is what you’re showing in this video just the section of your bullet journal that tracks fitness or is this entire bullet journal dedicated to fitness?
what is the measurement with squares you made with the measurements tracker? i want to use it for my fitness program once a month
I also have a health/fitness notebook, but I’m thinking of re-doing it. You’ve inspired me
Oh, and I have the same Fitbit
Love your videos! I’m so curious though, how do you film them? How do you set up the camera? I can’t figure it out.
Your tips r the best! Thank you so much! Can you do an updated excrsise routine! Plz!
I like this spread I’m 5ft so the online weights are low for me too lol but I don’t wanna be 120lbs when was that small it made my head look big my goal is 150lbs but we’ll see when I get there like you said it’s more about how I feel when anyone post about their opinions on health and fitness some people just respond negatively I wouldnt stress my self about loved these spreads btw
Wow! I am just starting my weight loss journey ( for the millionth time ) and your tips are really helping me! The “trigger tracker” is such a good idea and I will definitely use that in my bullet journal from now on. Thank you<3
You do really inspire me to change my life for the better and I wanted thank you for that!
I just set a goal to run 6 miles without stopping by the end of February. I just made a video about it. This system might help. Thanks.
Thats great hun and thank you for sharing this with us you participate in my #bujofitnesschallenge we’re a very supportive and encouraging community
The carbs are so low! Are you gonna add more carbs later on? For most people, that’s not sustainable. I see you hit your carbs every day, but not your fats or protein. Maybe you should raise the carbs?
And please don’t eat as little as 1200kcal as I saw on one page:( Not nearly enough for anyone that trains.
How do you know how much protein, fat and so, you’re eating? Do you use a app?
I dont see anything wrong with this video. You have set goals for yourself and if you hit a plateau the. You can switch things up or stay at that weight.
We are so used to seeing people closer to 160-200+ so when someone has a goal for themselves because they are naturally smaller it looks drastic.
I love the colors too, good luck on your goals.
Are you wearing a bullet proof vest or something from the gym to add weight without a rucksack of sand.
What sort of gain do you see from it?
I’ve missed planning with you everyday! Would you ever consider doing going live on instagram sometimes when you plan?
That person must not know that when you are shorter, you have to weigh less to be at a healthy weight compared to someone really tall, or everyone who was 4′ ft. would be extremely overweight and really tall people who are 6′ ft would be really skinny, which both are an unhealthy weight for their height. My healthy weight is 150 lbs, and I am 5’4″ my mom is 5′ ft and her healthy weight is 120 lbs. People need to read the facts before saying mean things. Wishing you the best on your weight loss journey.
My goals:
Exercise Everyday and Eat Clean
Practice Singing Everyday
Don’t Procrastinate
Control Screen time
I’m excited to be planning in my own journal. Thank you for all your videos. I’m not using the same journal but I love all of the ideas you share!
My Fitness Pal is a fantastic app for tracking calories and nutrients. I looked at the exercise component and found it not nearly as well-developed. I’m taking a break right now but will be back on it again later in the year after rehabbing from knee replacement surgery.
Watches this video…..
Her: write a note to yourself incase you need to remind yourself…..love yourself
Me: first line bitch better not let me down imma fuvkin cry
Totally inspired!!! Great video. I’m totally drawn to these too even though I’m a die hard TN girl. Thanks for the video! Also listening to ACOTAR again too. Love it.
Very nice love it. Beans are a great source of protein and are loaded with fiber.
I know I’m not the only one who noticed the twenty one pilots lyrics “the sun will rise and we will try again”
I really like the video and information! And while it would be nice if we could all move through the world with a lot less judgement THANK YOU all the same for providing your repeated disclaimers and reminders that you are not trying to guide anyone’s determination for what is healthy for them, you have consulted with doctors and professionals to ensure your goals are healthy ones for yourself, and promoting a general awareness that good health is an important goal to work towards no matter how you choose to map the path!! Major props for being willing to put yourself out there all the same!! <3 I still love all your work and videos!
I really enjoy your trackers. ❤️ I also needed one like the first one.

This gives me major Diet Coke vibes (if you know you know). You good?
I can’t even begin to thank you for motivating me. Subscribed
Love this, I am new to bullet journals and I am a personal trainer wanting to track my goals:-). Your layout is simple and extremely effective. I have used journals in the past to log my food and workouts but never in the same book! Learning something new everyday! thanks for sharing.
That moment you say you drew a cupcake but you made an cookie. Rsrsrs i rewatched that part looking for the cupcake.
I would do this if my handwriting didn’t suck. I can write something and come back the next day, then have no idea what it says.
can i combine fitness tracker with my regular journal in a section or is it better to have it’s own seperate one?

Anybody from the Philippines here? where can I get good dotted/squared journal?
I just wanna say that ur an amazing and really inspiring person I recently found one of ur videos and they’re amazing whenever I feel unmotivated I just watch one of ur videos
i used to not have motivation to study korean but now it makes me excited to do so because of journaling
You talk too much with unnecessary details that are scattered. Thank heavens YouTube has a skip forward feature. However, you did well with the journal.
I just discovered your channel yesterday and I absolutely love it. You’re really inspiring me and encouraging me to become a better version of myself. I’ve been trying to live a healthier lifestyle for awhile now but I haven’t really gotten anywhere. I’m not motivated enough to do anything. I always feel lazy, negative, insecure and I really don’t have a lot of motivation anymore. I want to change that. I want to lose a bit of weight and get clear skin. I want to be the better version of myself. You’ve encouraged me to try and I know I can do it. Thank you.
Thank you Matt, extremely helpful as im just setting up my very first fitness trackers and getting to grips with the whole bullet journal system. I also agree that action is the key focus and making new habits and results will show for themselves. I love your Apple watch…something I must budget for, maybe I need a budget tracker/little savings tracker next!
You short girls seriously make me jealous. You guys can find clothes to fit…for the most part. All my pants are high waters lol. As far as weight my ideal weight is 190 at 5″11I’m 6ft on a good day I’m currently sitting on 245 so I have a lot of work to do myself. Good luck on your goals
I love this! I need to get my fitness sorted too. I use the MyFitnessPal app for meal trcking, but I’ve never gone into the detail of tracking my macros. I’ll definitely use your layouts as inspiration to come up with a plan of my own (not copying it directly, of course)
I love how you’ve setup the whole thing, it is so inspiring!
Great video as usual! I will check out the linked video channel also;) I might try this… I struggle with the “bullet journal” because my pages I want together aren’t… and I have an old happy planner so I can’t try it for my fitness tracking;)
Alivia, you need to be an Icon. Really, it’s TRUE, I’m 12 years old and you inspired me
I’m 4’1″ and this is really helping me! I’m very overweight (about 175), and have a plethora of medical conditions which affect my ability to digest food properly, lose weight, among other things and I also have a liver disease. I have gotten sick and tired, as a short woman, it is awful that people make fun of me for being fat and then also criticize me when I eat so little. It’s like us shorties can’t get a break! But I’ve recently been put on a special elimination diet, called the low FODMAP diet. Which means I need to keep a food diary! Right now I’m not focusing on losing weight, but I am focusing on managing my symptoms. Personally, as a fat chick, I think it’s sad that our society sometimes idolizes being unhealthy (because yes, you can be fat and be healthy, but you can also be fat and not be healthy) for the sake of saving people’s feelings. We should really all just focus on being our healthiest, happiest selves and mind our own business.
You are such a beautiful Person!
Thanks for saving me from the black hole i fall into!
✨
I will try and will be back in 1week to tell what happend!!!
Hi Kara,
First off I just have to say I am a huge fan, and you are a big inspiration in my bullet journal. I had a question for you about the MyFitnessPal app, do you find it easy to navigate? I am going to school to be a massage therapist and I have an assignment to track my food. I found I have to make recipes for everything so far, and scanning all the barcodes off of the products in my house, but I am having issues making sure I get the servings correct. Would you have any tips or suggestions?
Thanks for watching everyone! What’s a goal you have or a metric you’re tracking? Let us know!
meu deus eu quero tanto ser sua amiga você é INCRÍVEL garota te amo
But the real problem with all this
is when you have shit handwriting.
U put so much time and effort to your videos, and make sure taking care of mental health first, ur so inspiring, ly <3
I’m confused as to how this is a health journal when it is just about weight loss and you already are a healthy weight? You don’t need to lose any weight and you already seem to eat healthy, tormenting yourself for cravings and obsessing over what you eat, taking so much time to document it when you are already healthy seems the opposite of a health journal to me…

Can you post a life journal tutorial and tips please☺️.Thanks so much, your videos are very inspiring.Keep going, you can do it❣️!Much love from London!
Hi alivia I’m a gurl looking for change…. And I’m trying hard however i lose my momentum when i have my period….so i was hoping you would make a video of how to manage it
Hi Alivia, im watching this after your glow up series, and you are inspiring so much, i started a diet 5 days ago and it has been really hard, but you are helping so much! Thank you! <3
I really like your spread. I was even inspired to create this for myself.
That is not a pen to write in paper and, the video os screwed due that (in my head that is).
Please use a proper pen, you just ruined a perfect good pen.
Tbh, I’ve never thought of how I would want to look. I’ve always thought that it would never happen so I just took it out of my mind and thought, “I’ll try new things when I’m grown.”
Or just not do it right then and there and just keep pushing it out of the way instead of trying it. This video actually made me think about who I really want to be. I always thought that if I changed, people would judge me and think “why would you do that? Who are you doing it for?” When really, I’m doing it for myself but I feel like they would think it would be a for a specific person. I’m kinda a shy girl in my school, so changing can be a struggle for me. But this video gave me inspiration to do this and make me think about who I want to be. Im going into 7th grade so, kinda young to think about this stuff huh? Yeah I know, but I don’t really think highly of my self so uh, yeah. I’ve already been doing workouts and facial cleansers and stuff but I’ve never really been determined to see the outcome and change. Now, I am. Thank you so much for this video, I really appreciate it!!
Saw the nails and went, “OOoooooooh.”
I use myfitnesspal and really enjoy it. Are you also tracking your workouts digitally?
You are the same height as my aunt. I’m 5’2”, I feel like a giant next to her and I’m not exactly tall.
God this video is so helpful and it’s exactly what i need, thank u girl i will watch ur videos for the whole of my life and i will support u.
Interesting this vid popped up as I am going back on keto/lc starting today. And I just happen to have a mini HP that I recently bought and abandoned immediately lol. I’m going to bust it back out and set it up similarly
Well, since weight varies based on your body, genes, and personal goals don’t worry!
I mean this is my first vid of yours, your one of the few people actually doing a fitness bullet journal vid. So thank you.
Plus I think in kg anyways and im too lazy to google pounds just to see what your personal weight goals are. ❤
I just found your channel…
I just started doing intermittent fasting….I am not a runner or jogger…doing other exercises…I am liking your plan…
I also have Achilles Tendonitis & I don’t want to do surgery…some weeks when it flares I can barely do any walking…
I love your new bullet journal. Great job with all the trackers and have fun keeping track of them. I’ve been a total bullet journaler for like 2 years, until I discovered TN’s and fell down that rabbit hole. But maybe, seeing you have so much fun with it, might give it another try. x Marieke
I have a simple system for my bujo. It’s just four habit trackers, one each for cardio (usually running), strength (could be going climbing or doing a bodyweight workout), flexibility (yoga) and whether I’ve had my five fruit and veg for the day. The details are kept by my Fitbit so in my journal I just wanted a super-simple, at-a-glance overview of whether I worked out that day or not. I didn’t want to overwhelm myself with info and goals so it’s a straight yes/no system; to me, the habit is more important than any individual workout.
ooooh this is good to see. i definitely need to start incorporating some of these so that i’ll actually eat healthy and be fit:p
I just uploaded my September setup and did a starry outdoors theme!! ✨ ✨
I wish I’ve seen this 2 years ago! I will start my journal and my glow up journey! Thank you for inspiring us Alivia! ❤️
There’s also a Facebook group if you would like to see more fitness inspiration. It’s “Bullet Journaling for Fitness” if you don’t want to click a link. https://m.facebook.com/groups/2048813235378095
Love the video. Very handy trackers! These go perfectly with my sports trackers!
Great video again. You were such a inspiration for my bullet journal.
I like how you did that. I so need to get back at my exercise and “food plan”. So this would be a helpful way to get me going.
I do enjoy watching other people set up their monthly or weekly spreads, but I don’t have the patience for it. I wish I did. Yours came out really nice. Hope you get to healing fast.
