@Jeska I have two and they are 2 years apart(1&3) they are terrible sleepers and I am trying so hard to get back to my pre baby weight as well….but lifting with dumbells and if I dont have time to execute that I do hiit with bodyweight exercises and bands. I used to think I had a slow metabolism. I then thought to search up how many calories of food I was eating. I got around 2500 which is a good amount for me. Then I searched up my liquid calories and it came out to 2000 calories per day. I stopped drinking these and switched to water and have lost around 2 kg in a week. So I’ve randomly just countered this video bc I wanted to increase my metabolism…and I srsly never wouldve realized that my body rn is not normal(?) lol…I eat about 600 calories rn, and I thought that was a healthy amount. I restrict myself to about 300 calories if I go on a strict diet. Thanks for this! My husband and I disagreed over eating more to lose weight, turns out, he was right. He told me to eat a small meal every two hours and take a break from the gym. (I go about 6 days a week) I told him there was no way that would work and I would absolutely gain weight. Instead, I’m back to having a flat stomach, but I’m eating more. I only eat when I’m hungry, and I’ll have a small meal. I focus more of weight training as well. I do about 30 minutes of cardio at the gym and then the rest is lifting. Can’t believe this worked. I am so used to restricting calories and increasing cardio, so when I started to gain weight instead of lose it I was panicking.
If you want to lose weight like really ASAP, do a week water fast but like she said, extreme diet only works for a short period of time. I was 65 kg before my water fast and 56kg in the end of my water fast. Then I’m overconfident with my body and went to my old diet and now I’m 71 kg♂️

you said 1,200 calories a day was too little, to me it was way too much so i used to eat 100-700 calories as a maximum or else i would just feel horrible and think of it as a binge and i would also gain weight by eating more than 700 calories which to me was frustrating, i stayed like that for 6 months, this year in the third week of march i decided that it was enough, so i decided i would try to eat “normally”, but i was frustrated because i rebounded back to 48 kg, and don’t get me wrong, i’m quite petite for my age(4’9 to be exact and no i’m not a child) so my ideal weight should be like 44-46 kilos, i was aiming to be 42kg but i just reached 44. in about half a month i rebounded, and right now i’m in the 1,200 calorie rate, i don’t know if i want to keep going since i really really don’t want to gain any weight but i do want to live a more free healthy lifestyle. away from counting and overthinking and jumping on the scale everyday and night, i still can’t stop doing that last thing tho. i hope my comment doesn’t get ignored i just wanted to share my progress so far.

Hey, i can‘t speek englisch very well, but i just wanted to say, that i had something like a mental breakdown last year and stopped looking on what i was eating. I ate like 500-1000 calories a day and somedays i could not eat at all, beacause of stress and because i got really hurted. After a month i passed out and got so scared…it was a shook. So i went to the doctor and he told me, that my heartrate was very low (35) and that it is a dangourus situration. I lost 10 kilos in 4 weeks and couldn‘t even think clearly. After 2 weeks in hospital and lots of work, and binging, here i am. Gained 15 kilos, beeing in my best form i have ever been and the most important beeing HAPPY. I eat about 1.750 vegan calories up to 2000 ( i am 1,57 meter) every day and work out 5 days a week. Gave your body the energy, that ist needs, couse it is so important to hear on your body and not at somebody or some diets. You can do it!

I’m 15 years old, and I dieted very strictly. I used to eat 500-800 cals a day and running 6 miles an hour or two. I lost weight really badly and became underweight. So true, yep. Hormones, food quality, genetics, behavior all play a role! I only “worry” about getting tons of organic veggies, 1 cheat meal a week, staying active (but fun stuff I enjoy), drink water whether you like it or not, and make wise choices! This video kinda discouraged me. I actually like to run and it’s my main form of exercise right now. I usually run for 40 minutes and then do 20 minutes stretching and 20-30 minutes of arms, back or abs if my muscles aren’t sore. Medication side effects (such as certain hormonal ones or antideps) also caused me to gain weight and those stubborn flabs that cannot easily burned by exercise…the effects of such drugs slows down my metabolism, and it triggers water retention, so, regardless how less i eat or how i diet well or even workout, i cannot bring my old slim figure back lol (im an ectomorph btw), and now the age is adding up too lol…i jst do some low impact ones, thats the only thing my heart could handle
lol i got tu eat up to 800 cals, meaning restrict and binge, then got up to 1000 but still felt tired. I am now eating 1200 but i am very petite and very young so that’s more or less okay. I am focusing on getting my period back first and fixing my digestion. I absolutely love this advice. For a long time I was losing a lot of weight but my problem was that I had to keep eating lower and lower calories to maintain it. And since quarantine I have gained 20 pounds back but instead of going on keto or keto vegan or Rob vegan or a short term diet I am working very hard to build muscle. Because I noticed thatI already eat over my calories because I have gained weight back so now I am using those extra calories to build muscle I’m literally trying to even out my metabolism so I have more muscle that will eat away the fat. I do not allow myself to do cardio I focus solely on weightlifting.
HIIT is not 40/45 mins but 10-20 mins. If you are going all out for 20-30 seconds and increasing the intensity with each interval, no way can you do that for 40-45 mins. If you can go 40+ mins, you aren’t doing it as hard as you should or at your max with increasing intensity as you are suppose to.
This was great. Major focus on killing the weights, cardio to a MINIMUM and enjoying some damn food. Been a big Change for me these last few weeks. But I was doing so much restriction and soooooo much cardio and resultant terrible binges. Something HAD to change. Shifting the focus, like you discussed, is my biggest challenge but just now I’m in a better place than I was. Thanks for sharing this love.
Just wanted to point out that muscle doesn’t weigh more than fat. 1kg of muscle weighs the same as 1kg of fat. But of course, muscle is more dense than fat.

This is misleading many people. What if their thyroid has issues, what if they have IBS or huge intolerance or candida overgrowth. Or they have an actually binge eating disorder that still obviously makes them gain weight. I understand your intention. I think you need to be specific and make it clear about your body because not everyone can do what you do or has your body. I think this video needs to be re edited if not already.

The only problem with drinking cold water all the time is it can dehydrated you.. your body needs to heat the water up to absorb it.. so drink room temperature water as well

well i’m 72kg for 1,72cm (5’6” and about 158lb) and i want to go down at least 15kg (33lb) before doing that, I know i can build muscle and stuff and if i gain weigh after that for me its ok, but I still want to go down a little, there’s a way where I still lose weigh and fat kinda doing that? Hi, I came across your video and very inspired by your experiences. Because I am doing exactly the same thing like you did. I was eating 1,200 cal just until last week and has increased to 1,400 cal this week. When I was eating 1,200 cal I hit plateau and could not lose anymore fat. I did not want to eat fewer than 1,200 cal because I just knew it was not right. I also experienced bloated 2-3 times a week because I did not eat enough. I did 5 times hiit bodyweight workout a week at about 40-50 mins each day and I was starting to feel exhausted because I had been doing it for more than 4 months now and honestly I could not see a big difference on my body. My body fat still lingers around 20% til now. I am starting to increase my calories and honestly my weight has also increased, but is not much. I am thinking to start doing weightlift training. Good advice. Eating 6 meals a day when I was training for bikini competing caused me to just want to eat all the time. I now eat intuitively and have a decent sized meal that actually fills me up and stops me snacking. X

Hi Marisa, I am worried about lifting weights because I don’t want to have any large/bulky muscles. While your muscles look beautiful and toned, i am assuming you are 5,4” or under with an hourglass fugue. It will not look the same on me… a 5’10” tall straight framed woman. I would look unfeminine. Are there any resistance training workouts that don’t cause significant bulking/visible muscle mass increase?

Muscle does not weigh more than fat… Muscle is more dence than fat, yes, but 5 lbs of fat weighs the same as 5 lbs of muscle. The muscle will take up a little less room, but thats it..

when you eat super high carbs and spike your insulin and it flushes the sugar into your cells (and fat) what % of the calories are stored and not used. Then when you crave more and eat more. I assume you confuse that with a faster metabolism
Is this including the food you use to fuel the workout? Because don’t you burn it off? For example you eat 1500 for the day, workout at night and burn 600, if you’re maintaining, do you just consume the 600 calories back?

I’d advise against caffeine greatly, it will ruin your sleeping quality. Black coffee in the first half of the day is fine, afternoons aren’t too good though. Caffeine needs 8 hours to metabolise

I have been struggling with anorexia for the last 7 years. Went from 38kg up to 49kg. But I still struggle with calories. I workout 5 times a week and eat healthy and try my best to eat enough calories but it seems like my stomach holds all the fat and doesn’t want to lose it. If I under eat it stays flat but as soon as I go on 0 calories in vs out or try to add calories to build more muscles it looks bigger and bigger. Love your videos. I am currently doing Muay Thai training three times a week as well as intense dancing (both of which are mostly cardio), yoga everyday and 25 minutes of resistance training daily as well.
I am doing so much because It has reduced my anxiety and really made me happy. Also, I do not have a lot of resistance training equipment at home so I have been using water bottles and gallons to build up. And I don’t generally go to gyms so cardio feels more in my comfort zone.

i have never really understood whether DIT is factored into calorie counts. for example 20g of protein contains 80 kcal. Does that mean 80 net calories or net 64 kcal.

I will really try to take upon these tips, as I’m struggling at the moment. For me, ever since I’ve been doing resistance-endurance training 3x a week(bodypump classes), I’ve noticed how I started gaining weight on the scale (+2-3 kg). Since I was terrified of having to start all over again, I decreased my calorie-intake to as low as 1000-1200 calories/day, and it’s still not helping at all with my weight loss. I’m really confused now as to how I should deal with it. I really want to go back to my original weight (my only indication that I’m thin atm because I’m really blind), but then, I’m really doing progress as my body has become a bit more toned and stronger.

Well, cardio is a tool you can use, cause getting really lean you cant cut calories forever. Not to mention that once you get used to it, it is an even better tool at keeping your BF percentage low. I believe in eating right, strenght and cardio training. The holy trinity 😉

Haven’t watched yt for a while and I just noticed: your skin looks great!! Seems like what your doing is serving you well!
The eating 3 big meals (not like to the point you are stuffed but till you feel satisfied having a variety) and no snacks helped ME too!
And I did it because Steve Zim’s book Suphero Fitness/Nutrition talked about when you eat a meal your insulin goes up. When you eat a snack in between meals it spikes back up again so it’s in a constant high which will later crash making you feel hungrier/lack of energy (so you crave for sugary snacks), you never enter that “fat burning zone”. That fat burning zone is when you allow a 4-6 hr gap between meals so your body burns the food and more than food + food and never gets into the fat storages. He also suggests exercising 2hrs-3hrs after a meal because your insulin will be lower allowing your body to burn the fat and not the extra carbs in your body. It worked for me:) I ALSO notice I’m not as HUNGRY all the time and craving sugar so hurray! He says it may take 3-5 days for your body to adjust but I felt great within the day because I was eating a proper meal instead of the so called “6 meals a day” crap.

In quarantine I have to do tutor work for 9 hours which means I have to sit down for that long
I run about 25-30 mile a week with one tempo and one HIIT run in that week. I’ve ran several marathons and mini marathons, and I did cross country and track in high school. I also strength training, but I’m worried the cardio I’m doing is slowing me down. I’ve been stuck at 1000-1100 calories, and when I increase I just gain weight. Should I stop the cardio?
Could someone please explain to me what exactly someone’s “ set point” is?? i don’t think i’m fully grasping it
My problem is that exercise really exhausts me, after intense gym i dont have energy for sitting let alone walking i just want to lay down for hours. I am sure that negates the effect of training on SUM calories burned. I am thinking of quitting training for hypertrophy and to start training for strength only, maybe it will help.

I burn alot of calories because of my fidgeting. I cannot sit still without at least my right leg “shiver”.
Of course all those points in trying to get more metabolism and losing fat are critical and complex. It’s not like a linear function. I definitely feel more energized after lifting. Cardio is definitely good if you haven’t exercised in a long time but for adding muscle it is not good. Lately there have been workouts that I have done which are mostly fat burning since the Fitbit app you can add workouts on there and it tells you what most of your workout is in which zone.
1. Lift heavy things (resistance training) | 2. You need to make sure you get enough sleep! | 3. Eating enough calories (reverse dieting + resistance training helps with metabolic rate), eat enough protein thermic effect, eat enough B vitamins (especially critical).

I’m exactly the weight i should be for my hight, age, etc. I don’t over exercise. I eat well (entirely plant base vegan). In an average day I consume between 5,000-6,000 calories. It’s not about calories. It’s about where said calories come from. You eat garbage and consume less calories than recommended you’ll still look andfeel horrible. I’m 41, still get asked for ID on a regular basis. I don’t look young for my age. Everyone else looks old for their age. Plant based for 28 years.

Personally speaking… unless a woman is actually really and truly taking care of her self I don’t even consider dating women older than 27.
No healthy woman or man in thwir right mind would find someone interesting relationship wise if in all likelihood they’re going to die 20 years before you do. However… that’s the reality of the time we live in. If I date a 20 year old woman that was not plant based and didn’t tale care of her self.. in all likelihood I’ll still outlive her by at very least 10-20 years and that’s underestimating it.

How do you know if you actually have a slow metabolism or if you are just, eating too much I guess? Coming from a ketogenic diet I am unsure how to eat to fuel my body and to lose weight. I feel like ‘traditional’ (read: carbs) ways of eating never ever have left me with weight loss, but ketogenic is hard for me to maintain consistently. I’m not sure if I have an eating disorder but since the start of quarantine, I rapidly lowered my calories and I lost 10kg. I hate that I always feel hungry and empty. I used to eat whatever’s in front of me but I stayed at a normal weight cuz im active in school but now we’re in isolation, there’s rly not much to do and I’m scared that if i start eating more, I’d gain back the weight i lost. I eat home cooked foods my family makes but now I make food for myself and it’s depressing; it’s not as good as the food given to me. I really love food, i just want to be happy with it again.

from what i understand from this vid, dont be afraid to increase your intake, just eat gradually each time in the day and dont full your stomach in one go. we just want our digestive system to keep on digesting for it to get better and get used at secretion faster.
Disclaimer reverse dieting will not result in fat loss for everybody. You are more likely to gain a little but longterm its the best thing for you so hang steady and next diet around you’ll be pulling from a much deeper well

I eat almost around 1300 calories per day and for some reason I do get full and satisfied with this amount, but seeing the comments on here I realised it’s not the healthiest for me to do. I’ve recently realized I don’t eat enough calories I struggle to eat enough since I’ve been tracking my macros I have become more aware of this and have been trying to eat more but sometimes I’m just not hungry ♀️I weight train 3 times a week and hiit 2 days and walk on the weekends And not seeing many results so I’m going to do what you have suggested and up my calories gradually and make sure I hit my calories and macros for the day hopefully this will help! I’ve tried a lot of diets, exercise and i see no changes, and yes I’ve sometimes starved myself thinking thats the only way, my sister eats literally anything she wants and is still very skinny, I’m afraid at some point my habits may turn into an eating disorder or may have one already. I want to try this but i’m kinda afraid I might gain more weight and actually don’t know how to incorporate so many calories in my meals, currently I have breakfast with low calories and don’t eat for another 6-7 hours. I’m aware it’s not healthy and sometimes it’s easy to say “go with a nutritionist”, but let’s face it, they charge money for a living and not all of us have the possibilities to afford it. She said that in Brazil the Brazilians eat a lot more than the Americans but are thin. In America they don’t eat that much, however they are fat. I think they eat more vegetables. They have vegetable side dishes and a salad with meal. Then they also eat beans I guess.

I know I’m late here but I’m struggling. My bmr is roughly 1200 cals and I’m 5’2 and I’m eating between 900-1200 cals a day and I’m not losing much weight. I have had an ED before and I’m worrying about upping my calories and just putting on more weight. (I’m on anti depressants that kill metabolism and make it easier to put on weight too). All chemical reactions in the body work faster when you are hydrated. Driking water is not accelerating metabolysm, but it’s definitely a must to be healthy. You should drink whenever you are thirsty and maybe a little bit more.

I have fourteen autoimmune diseases, two lung conditions and five heart conditions, one of which is congestive heart failure. I’m 58 and 220 lbs. For the last three years I gave up and layed down. literally! Omar, water does increase your metabolism if you don’t drink enough of it. When you don’t drink the recommended amount, your body slows down in order to consume water slower, storing water in the process. But if you drink enough, your metabolism will only be “normal”. There’s no benefit in drinking 6 liters a day as opposed to 3. A lot of people don’t drink enough water though, so for them that’s a sure way to raise their metabolism to what it should be.

I eat two meals a day only like Eric Berg says. I eat a meal around 12 pm and then at 5 pm, and never after 7 pm.
My new workout is cardio or hit sometime at 11 pm and then eat, then at 4 pm I do weight workout and then eat.
I do blood type diet eating only and eat mostly how the Asian eats since my blood type are like theirs.

Increasing thermic effect isn’t raising your metabolism, that’s just the same as eating less. Raising your metabolism is raising your base metabolic rate, not just burning more calories or consuming less calories. The proven way to do that is to do HIIT. We now know that doing steady state cardio for an hour a day isn’t as effective at losing fat as just doing 3 sets of 1 minute bike sprints 3 times a day. The reason is that HIIT/sprinting/etc. raises your base metabolic rate and so, you might not burn that many calories while actually doing the exercise, but you burn more throughout the day.
it’s unfortunate that you dont mention something like HIIT in this video and care enough to mention something like walking.I have found enhanced tabata training to be THE most effective method. Instead of 8 rounds of training like in regular tabata, build upto 30 rounds and do em. Sprints are preferable. And i think anyone can build upto 30 rounds in about an year.

Increase metabolism by walking more? Thats just “exercising”. Has nothing to do with boosting, but instead is burning!
Walk 4 miles a day. You just increased your metabolism by 20%.
building enough muscle to increase ur BMR significantly would take years, and walking is nice so you should do it but don’t expect any miracles. better ways to increase your metabolism are a better diet (i.e. quit refined sugar), intermittent fasting and HIIT.
What if i dont go to the gym and have no weights to lift, only body weight is it gonna work too?
I walk at least 12k to 15k step a day. I started losing weight when I trimmed the sugar and raised the complex carbs, the protein and fiber.

It is an awesome exclusive product for learning how to control your metabolism to lose weight without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
But it’s very hard to maintain a well rounded rest while being a student with loads of school work

Thank you so much for this video! I started a cut this summer and I’m currently on 1400 cals (and have been for a few weeks now). I lift 5 days a week and I’ve just felt so exhausted for awhile now. I never want to do anything because I just want to lay down after the gym. You’ve inspired me to take a leap and start to increase my calories. In fact, I’m going on vacation to California next week and I’m excited to just take a little break from lifting and the gym. I’m going to try to eat intuitively and not stress about calories like I’ve done in the past… last year I ended up on a cut with only 1200 calories and lost weight but kept fat while also losing my period. I needed this video more than you know! I’m excited to start this journey.

I started to go to my job by train instead of driving couple of month ago. That means walking to/from the station = 5km a day = approx 6000 steps. It’s not only great for my body but it also helps handle the stress. (50mins of walk a day can save your sanity)

Personally I believe you are in a caloric surplus which is great for gaining muscle mass but you already had a very nice figure in your thumbnail before picture. I think for someone that is a little chubbier and trying to lose weight it wouldn’t be ideal for them to eat that much.. calories do add up very fast and they won’t see result. Maybe they should be in a caloric deficit first, shred the fat first then once they are at a comfortable weight they can get to a caloric surplus and incorporate weight training to really gain muscles because I don’t believe your ideology would apply to overweight people. On this last note I do agree that 1200 calories is way to little for anybody.

hello! try to increase your calories by week (example; im increasing my calories by 50 each week, not too much, but smth) until 1600 in my case (it depends tho). that way i think that you will give your body enough time to ”recover” and you will eat more and still loose weight:)
Honestly, it’s a lot to do with genes and intense activities you did as a child (5-10yrs old) to build your muscle structure like swimming or gymnastics, they tend to stay for life. Some ppl genetically store more fat than muscle (like people whose ancestors lived in cold climates to survive winters). Calorie counting will help very little, you will always have to work out to maintain weight loss, you will never just be slim, unfortunately, you missed that childhood window.

I’m so confused now i was always told that it’s all about caloric deficit, so in order to lose weight you have to eat less or exercise more so how does this work then?

I’m a runner and I am recovering from the diet culture where after a hard run I am not fueling enough but I gradually trying to increase my muscle mass because i ran alot and I’ve lost some muscle mass which made me weaker and can’t really see my the increase in my performance. Any advices?:(
i’m 17 lost 3.5kg in 20 days with 1200 calories diet WITHOUT exercising (used to be 68.2 kg and 168cm ) so i’m 64.7 kg now… i didn’t lose anymore weight for a week.. is this consider a plateau? and does it mean my metabolism adapt faster then others bz i’ve read that it take at least 3 months for the body to adapt to low or high calories but mine adapted in only 20 days… i’m still trying to lose 5 more kg.. and if i do the reverse diet will i gain weight and can i fix my metabolism in one week “rest week” maybe increase 70 calories/day so i get to 1900 calories plz help

I track my calories and exercise in an app and have to do cardio three times a week (prep for hopefully upcoming season in a teamsport)

Last year I ate whatever I wanted and I was pretty out of shape and had a high body fat % (although I was not hugely overweight) I was not where I wanted to be at all, so I cut my calories a lot and lost weight but now I’m obsessive over food but I’m scared to increase calories due to my hatred of exercise
I’ve been reducing my calories to 600 and lost 1.3kg / 2.8lbs in 5 days. I just maintain my weight and don’t loose when eating 1,000 calories and have gained on 1,100 calories. I’m so lazy my weightloss is dependant on what I eat, also my goal is unrealistic and can only get that thin by starving soooo idk if this is gonna help but I hope

How can we speed up our metabolism while in quarentine? Gyms are probably not going to open in months and my sleep schedule is really fucked up because i’m not tired. Just a question regarding reverse dieting you have said to try increasing by around 50cal per week but it’s not clear if you mean 50cal extra daily or 50cal extra total for the week. I checked questions on your reverse dieting video in the link above but there are conflicting answers when this was asked before (one you said to increase 50cal on one day each week and another you said to do (for example) 1900cal/day week one, 1950cal/day week two, etc.). In your June 17, 2019 video “5 Tricks to Burn More Fat While you sleep” at ( 5:20) you said a study by Wharton indicated for every 10 lbs of muscle a body can burn 50 extra calories a day at rest. Yet, in this video ( 2:20) you say for every 1 lb of muscle can burn between 30-50 calories a day….which numbers are correct?? Thanks.

I have read all the articles and papers, but of the ones that focus on weight loss, they say to overcome plateaus you should reduce your calories to open up the calories deficit or use refeed days. So great! I really appreciate anyone saying to eat more as they weight train rather than to eat less! I have struggled for pretty much 20 years! It’s been so hard for me to believe that for me as a woman I should be eating more even though I know how to eat healthy! Well the thing is, I don’t want to look the same. I want to go from chunky to tiny. I’m a pear shape and I want to reduce my legs and thighs. I am 5’1” and I weigh about 144. I’d like to lose at least 9 pounds of fat and be 135, preferably eventually dropping to 128 or so. I do lots of cardio and weight training. I work out 6 days a week, 3 days high intensity cardio and light weights, and the other 3 days heavier weights and little to no cardio. I get about 1200 cals a day but burn off about 600+ daily at the gym. I have been ravenous lately so that might be my body telling me it craves more food. I’ll go to 1500 over the next few days and weeks and see what happens.

i took a 2 week break from exercise after hitting one of those famous plateaus eating at 1200 a day and increased to 1300 because i also lost my menstruation i do believe from eating so low. i came back to exercise now, i’m going to start weight lifting on february but for january i’m just doing hiit and begginer resistance at home (ankleweights, resistance bands, etc). and keeping it at 1300. i can’t wait to increase my calories tho because i just love food so much (clean eating of course, but still!). do you think you can slowly do the 100 calories per 2 weeks increase even if you’re not building muscle or should you wait until you start weight lifting? love your positivity as always xx
Slowly eating more along side training increases metabolism. Also getting the right micronutrients.

Currently averaging about 17,000 steps a day I have also gone from 285lb terrible Powerlifter down to a current 210lb with higher 1RM’s:)
I struggle with how much to eat. I struggle to lose fat. I dont count calories or macros but on average have 1600 a day. Im never hungry really hungry between meals, unless i leave it a long time in between, so i dont think im necessarily eating too little. i spent 6-7 months eating only 150-200 calories a day because of my eating disorder. i’m still getting over it and i’m at a healthy weight now, but i still can’t eat over 1300 calories without feeling guilty. hoping that i can gradually increase my calories:)

Once I started eating the 2100 daily calories I needed (I weight train 5 days a week), not only did I lose (slowly) the last 8lbs I wanted ro lose, but I STOPPED BINGE EATING AND ELIMINATED ANY OBSESSING THOUGHTS OVER FOOD. I’ve read that not only coffee works as a fat burner, there’s a group of products called ‘Thermogenics’ or so. In this group there is of course black coffee, but also green tea, which I actually love <3
