I agree completely. While I do not practice mindfulness enough (actually only in a pinch) I feel more relaxed, better able to handle whatever is bothering me, more solution minded, and happier after just 5 to 10 minutes of mindfulness. I am not disciplined enough to do it regularly but I can totally recognize the benefits if I were to do it so.

This is great! But I’m having the hardest time clearly picturing myself as the person I imagine when I meditate my vision of myself is so very fuzzy and disconnected. Loved this! A few years ago I lost alot of weight and trained for a marathon. Still when I looked in the mirror I didnt see a change even with losing 20 pounds. It wasnt untill seeing old Facebook memory photos that i realized I was in great shape and wasnt the “fast mess” I saw in the mirror. After my marathon I had a really hetic 8 months of working full time, 8 hour days of practicum afetr work and taking two classes so I stopped working our completly and gained 45 pounds becoming the heaviest I have every been. Now, im back to working out and eating better I lost 5 pounds but looking in the mirrior after this meditation I felt better then when I lost 20. I can not wait to continue this journey and feel better about myself along the way.

Im going to fail this… as soon as she said “now turn your attention to the thoughts in your mind” No shit the first thing I thought of was the chocolates that are sitting on the other side of my room…. I had to explain to my mum why I was suddenly laughing at “nothing” for 5 straight minutes….
The amount of beauty in this video is phenomenal. I physically started crying when I imagined myself just the way I wanted to be. I didn’t understand why i was crying at the time, and I still don’t understand now. This video had made me feel so much better and more confident about my body. I just imagined myself in a white dress with light orange and yellow flowers on it and a straw sun hat carrying a wielded basket through a field/ garden of flowers (I happened to imagine a field by accident). I was throwing flowers around out of the basket and jumping up and down and running all over the place with a huge smile on my face. I looked like the happiest person on the planet. I think the beauty of that moment is what brought me to tears. Finally being on the way to thinking my body is perfect the way it is.

I loved the message, but is there a version without the music? For me, the music was the opposite of relaxing. It was uplifting, which is great, but not conducive to meditating again, for me, anyway. This was the first time that my breath and the air around me felt so heavy. Even right now, as I’m typing, I feel that my fingers are so heavy. Even my mind was heavy, even this visualization was heavy. I don’t know what that means. It also felt a bit funny, because the girl I saw was so tiny, like a fairy and I felt like I could push her out of my mind and move her around, like I could even hold her. What does that mean?
So emotional! I have a really hard time loving myself. This made me cry. I’ve lost 40 lbs in the past year and want to lose 40 more to get to my goal self. I’ve recently been struggling, this was the help I needed. Thank you.

This is the best thing that has happened to me in a while. Someone said a guy to date me and in response to that he said ” have you seen the size of her. That’s not my capacity.” I saw standing right beside him when he said that… My friend took control of situation and made it meant in different way. But everyone knew what that jerk was talking about. And j doubt myself but this made me feel so proud of who I am. I am beautiful and sexy yes a low guy like him can’t handle me. But I am beautiful, worthy and sexy. I just met my future self and OH MY GOD she was so beautiful too. Ahhh thank you ❤️❤️❤️

You guys are amazing, the mind does work wonders. I’ve been doing this weight loss meditation along with the morning meditations everyday for a couple of weeks. Everyone that I see tells me that I’m looking great, that I look wonderful or have you lost weight? etc., I mean everyone, people I see every day and people that I see once in a while. So much so that I feel slimmer better, happier.
Got on the scale today, and I haven’t lost any weight, however, I feel wonderful. I’m eating healthier and I’m incorporating a walking regiment everyday. The scale will catch up to me eventually. Thanks again guys.

I fall asleep suddenly, maybe first 3 minutes. It’s okay because when I wake up I feel better and relax. Recently I wanna focus to my weight loss and hopefully muscle building. Hopefully this meditation will give me some magic.

The “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it) diet routine has delivered me means regarding how to shed the belly fat in a healthy and balanced method. I never ever considered this system as helpful as this. Since having this guideline I have lost FIFTEEN lbs, and have had much more good results toning up in a health club. Not only that, I have lots of energy remaining in my tank..

Guys this actually works. There are free ones that u can download in the App Store. I downloaded the app, got some headphones and listened in bed. I fell asleep and couldn’t remember much of what I listened to. What I did notice was the next day I didn’t snack as much and my appetite was decreased. What happens is that the soothing message from the Hypnosis Track is fed into ur totally relaxed mind as u sleep. Ur supposed to listen at nite, usually for 21 days.its very meditative and u get some really good sleep. Try it, it’s freel

I enjoy the truth that I`ve dropped 2 lbs in the 1st week. You simply have got to keep to the guide book and you will bid farewell to fat tummy. This is a fantastic means to drop some weight..
