I dance at night,(like 2am, 4am type of night) in my living room, ALOT, but sometimes my parents pass by and im just standing there in the middle of the living room, but i enjoy it alot!

I used to HATE dancing because I didn’t like popular music (I’m a latina and hate raggaeton, cumbia, salsa, axe, etc), I never learned to dance and was a terrible mess every time I tried it.
Until now that I finally found music I like and that’s fast enough to dance, k-pop! I’m working out with several k-pop workout videos that are on youtube and never had more fun doing cardio:D

My muscles are quite big already and it makes my legs look more big. I really want a workout that will help my legs get skinny, not bulky and large

I can’t say exactly how much calories I consume. Because each person has different physical condition and intensity of exercise, the calorie consumption is also different. The most accurate way to measure is to wear a smart watch and exercise.

I always wanted to do one of this chains, so here we go. Is still friday 17/07 here. My current weight is 77,3 kg. I’ll do this routine 2 times everyday. I usually change my routines when they start to get easier, so I’ll add those changes too.
