Best Workout Channel I have come across!!! Thank you so much for sharing awesome workout. Have been following your workout. Every workout is shown to perfection so we can follow better. Also every workout can be done easily at home which is the main beauty of your exercises. Loved your exercises. Also would like to know if you have weekly or monthly plans, if yes please mail me on [email protected] gmail.com would love to buy them. Thanks
If I didn’t became superhuman over night these are definitely not the hardest ones
This is tomorrow in Ax1 for me, then I go to work in the afternoon. Pray for me.
Should be called “20 Hardest Body Weight Exercises that I can do”. Very few of these are even intermediate moves.
I feel like I worked out just watching! That’s not a training room, that’s the Batcave
Adds to watch later aka totally gonna get this good one some day in the future:D
This is my workout for tomorrow on ax1… This is going to suck
240p? Really? And i have seen a lot of harder exercises as one arm pullusp and one arm muselups, planche pushups, etc.
awesome video and awesome exercises! For all the critics of this, why don’t you do all of these exercises back to back while videoing it and then let him comment on your video! JUST SAYING!
See “one arm planche” for the real definition of ‘hardest exercise’.
Very nice. Some of these are (at least for me) a lot harder than others, e.g. I find dips on rings and windshield wipers and dragon flags (you called these scorpion flags) pretty easy. But others I can’t do like one armed toes to bar. I find one arm hanging L hold very hard. Love the jumping monkey bars. Good work and fun stuff.
I think the description is misleading, obviously. Should’ve been titled “Just some exercises that I have seen on Youtube that I thought I’d give a go” as in the description. Perhaps some hard exercises.
Felt like puking afet watching this but…no worries I got this..wish me luck yall
Do you make these obvious mistakes in your workouts? Copy and paste into Google Better Bawdy Building to find out.
If you want to get ripped, you should do a google search Better Bawdy Building. They can help you get the body you deserve.
The box wall jumps can be dangerous. I was doing a similar exercise once, as I stood up, lost my balance backwards, fell and broke my wrist.
One Hand Lever (Hannibal is King does it)
Triple-Clap pushups
Aztec pushups
360 pullups/pushups/muscleups
Planche (both front and rear)
Two finger pushups
handstand pushups
one hand pullups
one hand muscleups
human flag -> one finger human flag
most of these harder than any of which you did in this video. Still pretty sick, better than me for now haha:P
incorporate elevated v-sits and hold them for as long as u can… also i like your exercises a lot keep it up and if u perfected a running handstand that would be epic hahah
if you people will need to get ripped quicker without spending a single extra minute in the gym, then you really want to check out this online video SIXPP.COMThere’s something about outward appearances that has always been important to me. I always thought I was so ugly. I mean, I really did. I remember being in L.A
If you go back to far you could end up pulling a muscle, spraining your shoulders, or dislocating them
that’s some acrobat sh*t right here! I’m setting up something in the basement! My Pull Up bar’s not enough.
Jeff, I love it when you do this workouts yourself.
Motivates me to keep up with the program.
Do this more often, keep up the good work
Guys, this video is a whole treasure! Thank you for sharing!
Have you heard about “Elite Muscle Formula?” (do a Google search for it) It is a quick and easy way to build muscle fast.
13:24. The handstand pushups were the hardest part; I think my range of motion was like 1 inch.
Awesome! Have you ever used the diet plan taught in Sweet Weight Shredder? Just search for it on Google. I read about a lot of people like us who’ve lost fat by using it. Take a look for yourself.
Subscribed, this is what I one day hope to achieve with my training. Have a great body that is able to do something:) Unlike my old heavy suit (324+ lbs) today I have a more comfortable birthday suit at 192 lbs
Whats the name of the song???
Great video. Great exercises! Great Inspiration!
I love this video but it actually just says “20 hardest bodyweight exercises ” no “My”
Does getting rip instantly let you do a handstand? Or be able to do anything gymnastics related?
People take the technicalities of this stuff way to seriously. Impressive stuff dude!
How do you find the pressure on your neck and upper back when doing the scorpion? I’ve been working on something similar on a decline bench, still at the bent leg stage but as i straighten my legs the pressure just gets to much on my spine to do more than a couple reps
Just did this challenge in 9:13 minutes. Still beat the time, but not Jeff. It was hard, but certainly doable. And that’s down to following Jeff’s training for several years now. Thanks a million for workouts like these, Jeff! I’ll keep training like an athlete and then maybe the next time I try this challenge I might even beat your time!
Great video dude, i would just put in some handstand pushups and muscle ups… keep up the good work
Thanks for the kind comments guys. Glad I’ve inspired and motivated some of you to achieve more, set yourself a new goal or just try these yourself. I’m working on another video consisting of the exercises from the negative comments. Subscribe or check back soon. Twitter @MaxdOutSmith, Facebook /MaxwellModel:-)
the first thing i thougth when i saw this video was: if he can i wll do it!
IF you bulk you only have the muscle that mean no cardio and flexibility so forget about what you’ve seen in the video.
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing theseso much you can do with a pull up bar!
A pull-up with a maximal range of motion, transitioning to a dip
Tffranc347 I use weights all the time, aswell as body weight during workouts.
hey what’s the muscle up? you got any links for me to check out? got no idea what that is.
Great work Maxwell. Keep giving us good stuff to aim for. Don’t worry about the armchair critics who haven’t got anything better to show. You know they are too lazy to get out of their chairs, hence the need to relieve themselves through typed diarrhea.
Sorry I bore you Vaggos. I’d like to see a video of you performing these exercises. Thanks for your input.
Guys it says “20 of MY hardest” not The hardest exercises ever. Send me a link to your videos….? P.s. I find some of these exercises harder than muscle ups. Not to mention I dont have the height to do them here! Thanks for the comments though:-)
No muscule up?!?..so this is not the 20 hardest body weight exercises sorry dude.
That’s what strenght is. Not those “I can take 150 kg on bench and that’s all” gym guys.
Just tried this for the first time. 18.08. That shit is brutal.
Very good selection of exercise, I think all this are my transicion for hardest. Cool. Sorry for my level of english I´m learning:-)
I can squat 260kg and bench 150kg….. and this video made me feel weak asf
After I started training for planche in the gym, my entire workout is not “routine” anymore. Go calisthenics!
What the fuck is your diet man? I’m doing one meal a day (OMAD) with essential food like Oats, Eggs, Wallnuts, Fish, and Beef.
Does being able to do alternating grip pull-ups make me advanced? I haven’t tried any other but I’m guessing that’s the only one I can do
Those two dip variations look so easy; tons of core deployment.
AND WHEN DO YOU TRAIN THE LEGS!!!!! YOU FORGOT THE ONE LEG SQUAT!!!!
Whats the soundtrack to this? Sounds so chill and perfect for running!!
I love how this is just a warmup for Gymnasts and like Everest for me………. such freaky humans.
Very inspiring video, thumbs up!
I don’t think a classic muscle up is that extreme anymore I think that a Korean muscle up is the extreme version of the classic
I’d class myself at an average fitness level for my age, maybe a little above average. And I finished this workout in 5:23. I couldn’t even believe how much I beat the 11 minute mark so I came here to make sure I did it right. Looking here I didn’t do the push-up portion of the burpee (I wasn’t taught to do it with push ups) but I did do more of a full jump squat at the top of the movement
fingertip planche pushups are no joke if you can do that you can do anything…imo
How old is this guy? I’m 33 right now, is it too late to get into his shape?
everything looks great but the running handstand is an excellent way to hurt yourself
Damn, thats one strong dude. And he has a very aesthetic body. Did you built that only through calisthenics?
What I don’t really understand is WHY men think that women like gross muscled body. It is truly gross and women don’t like at all! (Unless you are doing for yourself not to show off ;)) Just tuned is enough.. Women mind more about healthy ‘mind’ muscles, you know 😉
You can simply can tell that women don’t reply on this..
Abs are made in the kitchen. It is about what you eat. Yes you can strengthen them and make your core stronger but if your eating is off, you will not see your abs… PERIOD!
Doing AX-1. On the 400 challenge, I failed miserably. I re-did the first 3 weeks twice more, opting to restart instead of taking the challenge as long as I felt it was unreasonable to try it again. I finally just clutched it at 17:00 sharp. With this one I was like, meh, I’ll do like 15:00 probably and see where it goes. And I slayed it in 9:36 for the first try!
This guy is SCARY GOOD…just glad I didn’t have him for a Phys. Ed. teacher in High School! AMAZING STUFF!
I got 7:04 someone top this time record I can’t be the only one #iseejesus I’m in so much agony from this I’m dripping sweat and still have abs to work on rn….i love this channel hahaha
hey dude great workout!! what advice could you please give me about nutrition? I wanna keep the natural way:D
some of the the best exercises I’ve ever seen
good job respect!!
@AcceleratingUniverse I’m looking to make a new video. Send me a link to your video to show me how it’s done.
First time doing this today as part of one of your programs, my aim was 15 20 minutes done it in 11.01 so very happy
Thanks everyone for the great response to the video. Hope it will give you some ideas and inspiration for bodyweight training. Calisthenics helped me a lot improve my completeness and strength in my overall training. I’m also having much more fun now since this is a part of my routine. I wrote more on that on my fb-page. And someone asked for bodyweight leg exercises, I just uploaded a new video with 10-15 exercises/variations for legs (only bodyweight used). Thanks and good luck to you all with your training. Kris
Wow this park is amazing, in my country we do not have such thing:(
I have the same shoes! Can I feel ripped now? Or am I missing something?
On this faithful day one of the best games to ever grace the world was released and Dovakiin was born.
My time was 12min. I did some extra pushups and box jump height 70cm. I got total exhaustion. Great workout!
thats a beautiful body,i’ve been training for about a year and i’m starting to see good results. How long do you think it would take me to reach his body state
2.5.2019. 157 lbs, 35 yr old male. 7:23. tried 2 rounds straight, tapout at the 15 min mark ( 7 HSPU)
I’m glad to see these functional exercises be put more out there especially in these Covid times.
Can someone put timestamps just so that when im in a hurry and my trainer ask for ONE of the 50 exercises I don’t have to see them all.
I’m doing AX1 and this week absolutely killed me because of the STUPID (but excellent) bumps and jumps. I hate burpees. I am looking ahead and have to do this next Tuesday. As much as it looks like total hell, it is REALLY good to see how puffed Jeff was after.
great movement… look easy but not. And good for cardio and heart rate…
Woah, this shit is on fire. Love the montage of all these creative shapes and mvmts.
Never thought about doing rollouts in a TRX
Great video man!
your videos and workout are always awesome and the best thank you
Awesome vid as per usual, what’s the music playing??? It’s rad
These movements are from ginastica natural, we used to do them as a warmup in Brazilian jiu jitsu. That was back in the early 90s but yeah these stuff is nothing new, he’s even renamed some of the movements!
The burpees and shoulder presses (bodyweight) are killing me. 17+ mins…
What shoes are those? Barefoot? They look stiff and as if they had a heeldrop? Those movements are natural movements and for the whole benefit should be executed barefooted!
What I think I love the most about this video is that you didn’t edit out some of the takes where it looks like you guys stumble a little or are clearly figuring out the movement as you go along! I LOVE that! Great video, thank you so much!!! I’m going to be incorporating these into my pieces of training IMMEDIATELY!:D
Not wierd. Animal Movements are what we should have been doing instead of yoga or static tests of endurance. The body -animal would appear to be more than one animal. So exciting. Listen, if young folk can become super-duper doing this then anyone approaching 50 or 60 yrs old should be able to move about normally defy aging into 80s It’s Innovative..
I do not understand how you guys are not more popular! WTF!!!!
I’m a 50 year old male. Doing the 90 day challenge. This was my first time doing the 11-11-11 challenge. Time was 13 minutes and 10 seconds. This is the best training program out there.
It took me 8:52 minutes to complete the whole workout…next time surely my time will be better
I would try workouts on the internet. Try Unflexal. This website seems like you would have luck getting some potential. Good luck on your bodybuilding.
9:27 on my first try. Look forward to attempting this again soon. I know I can shave off a minute.
Did it this morning in 9:30, what a workout. I must say it pushes you to the limits.
Just did this yesterday as suggested by Jeff in the Athlean program… Boy did he make it look easy in this video. My time was at 12:43. I had a hard time with my wall push up form. Boy is that more core than anything else. Great workout, I probably sweated out a gallon of water… I will incorporate this routine into my cardio days to pick up my workout intensity… Very awesome.
First time doing 11-11-11. Score 10:22. Definitely proud of that!
This workout is no joke! I surprised the hell out of myself by finishing in 12.12.14
Today’s AX1 workout…first attempt at it, 10mins dead…and I’m dead!
Lol You forgot
planche push-ups
front lever rows
back lever rows
iron cross pulls
muscle ups
reverse muscle -ups
one arm-chin-ups
do you even body weight?
Just got done with this during the quarantine. I have been following Jeff since 2012. so not surprised that i missed it back then.
Just tried it and clocked 8:39. Probably will try it after a week to see if i can better Jeff. Even then, whatever I am with regards to fitness, Jeff is the reason. A friend who I have never met but has had a massive impact on my life.
I ended up fucking tired!!
Though my time was really good 8:14:42 .
After two years of failing at this challenge, I finally did it! 10min and 18 seconds! I couldn’t believe it I thought I might have skipped an exercise but I actually did it! I’ve been struggling with this challenge for what seem like eternity. When I got frustrated, I took some time off (3-4 months) and did not attempted the Challenge until I felt ready. If anyone is struggling with this challenge here are some tips I have:
1. Even if you go over 11 minutes, finish the entire routine.
2. Try the Challenge again next week. Switch out the current conditioning workout for this one.
3. “Inch” your way to 11 minutes. (So lets say you finished the challenge at 13minutes, try to improve to 12 minutes and 30seconds the week after and so on.)
4. Work on the one exercise that is giving you the most trouble. My sticking point was the “Clapping Plyo” push ups. On my “Strength Training” days, I would add 11 Clapping Plyos to the end of my training this would simulate how it would be like durning the Challenge.
5. Allow yourself to fail. Take some time off when you get frustrated. If you allow yourself to fail, you give yourself the opportunity to improve. The thing that kept me motivated was seeing how my time slowly got closer to my goal. There were days when my time got worse but I knew it was part of the process. So don’t get mad at yourself and take a break from the Challenge if you have to.
If anyone has more tips to add to this list, I would love to hear it. Thank you Jeff for this amazing routine. You’re the best!
Extremely Impressed with the exercises but I’ve never thought that exercises should be contingent upon a proficiency with gymnastics. Also the athlete’s abs could be better they are ripped but not ripped enough given all the work. Try pro-ballet and see what happens to your abs then..
Been following Jeff’s programs a while now. Did this about a year ago and got about 9 minutes. Today, 6:54!
Screw all that functional fitness nonsense. This stuff teaches your body to be functional.
Shocked that I was actually able to finish in under 11….pretty good confidence boost!
So my time was 12 min. I am 5’3″ 113 lbs 44 yrs old. Didn’t do wall push up, 1 no wall available, 2 I can only do 2 or 3. I did V shoulder push ups as alternative move. I also jumped high on all my burpees.
I can do most these just not the monkey bar on because I throw myself to far forward and really to far backwards
doing this in 2020. did extra handstand pushups because I could barely do them. about 11:30. I actually don’t hate burpees as much as I thought I would after this. I thought this was harder than the AX 400 challenge.
First time through, week 6 of AX1 7:25. Getting stronger thanks Jeff.
This was my first time doing any of the athlean-x workouts, but I have been watching the videos for years now. Done in 10 minutes flat. Great workout.
This was before Jeff realized 99% of us needed a “6 Minutes to Shredded Abs” speed.
Just did this today for week 6 of the AX1 program. 10:15, pretty happy!
Months ago I did this just from finding it on YouTube. I know I did it under 11 min. Did it in 9:30 as part of the AX1 program. Love it!
I am a 38 y/o runner. I average 1400 miles a year (around 30 a week). My half time ranges 1:46:47– 1:50. I’m 5’7″ and 172 lbs. I started transitioning to weights last month, because there are not physical aesthetic benefits from running.
I was able to pull this off in 15:30. My burpees were modified for the more difficult; I actually went down into a 1/2 pushup for each one.
Your program is amazing. In the past month, I have gone from 3 sets of 10 reps @ 95 lbs bench press to 3 sets of 10 at 135 lbs easily. The pull-up resistance has gone from level 15 to level 5. I am doing your 5 minute core daily now. After my lifting, I will do my running of 4-6 miles. I still plan on running the same mileage per year, but it’s going to have to fit around Athlean X
Just watches this on 2019, it took me 11:17 mins and i can barely breeth
What’s your diet like? Great exercises. Thanks for sharing.
I’m 48 and did this twice today with 4 min break between,I did the first one in 8.20 and the second in 9.30, think I had a minor heart attack in the second one LOL
When I heard it described I was worried 11 handstand push-ups, haven’t done a handstand push-ups for nearly 20 years, luckily it was not what I call a handstand push-ups… Managed 10:41 and I’m pretty happy. Hopefully after I finish AX1 it’s going to be better…
THUMBS UP!!!
then watch!!!!
this dude has been providing EXCELLENT VIDEOS from the getgo!!!
2019 this is today’s workout for me in the AX-1 training camp program. By the way, Skyrim came out 11/11/11 so it was a good day.
I like how absolutely nobody posted this work out twice in 11 minutes
Hello guys, excellent video….how long would you recommend to do this excersices (distance, time, etc) and how would you structure a session?, i’m interested and a bit lost here, don’t want to fall neither in undertraning nor overtraining….Thanks
8:40 seconds!! How the hell was Jeff even able to talk after this?!! I freaking collapsed!! Excellent workout!!
Following AX1 training camp completed today’s 11 11 11 workout in 15min which is not a good score. Hopefully will get better results next time.
you know why these guys allways wear trousers when they workout becouse they got 12 inch calves and thighs to match, i say one thing and one thing only the chickenlegs is strong with this one
Did this for AX1 today. With my wrist I could not do handstand push-ups. But I did inclined pushups at about 50 degrees. With no other modifications, I did it in 12 min, 30 seconds.
If you have been trying to burn calories quickly, you should look up on google Cosmos Fat Loss. They can help you get the body you deserve.
The final move squat jump onto the wall was very impressive:)
I did it 10min 19 secs. I’m 49. Loving AX1. Cant wait to do AX2
11:52.
Fell down on the wall pushups 9 times and couldn’t get off the ground to clap on push up.
Fuck this shit I almost died
Gonna try it again
Those headbangers look insane crazy core strength great physique must try great video
up and overs look super dangerous.I think i remenber a guys dislocating his shoulder trying to do then.I wouldn’t recommend it
Удивительно, столько отличных упражнений! Спасибо, брат, за новый взгляд на эти снаряды:)
I can do handstands jumps and I’m only 15 years old without any training.:-)
11 box jumps
11 burpees
11 single leg squats (one set for each leg)
11 burpees
11 split jump squats (one set for each leg)
11 burpees
11 clap push-ups
11 burpees
11 handstand pushups
11 burpees
11 Plank walkouts
Finished mine in 11 min 50 secs…just missed the mark. I’ll try it again next week.
9 min. But. I had to do the clap pushups from knees after 6 reps and not do the push-up portion of the burpee after that exercise, as well. Also, I hate you. XD
If he made the video a day earlier the date would’ve been 11-11-11
My time was 19:38 I got a long way to go but since I only started my weight loss journey about 2 months ago I’m actually kinda proud of that time I though I would be over 20 min the first time for sure
now A new baby step goal of mine is going to be to make sure I take off at about a minute each month and be under 11 early next year
Currently walking dogs, got this workout after with AX1, I’ll let you’ll know how it goes
Finished at 8:50 first attempt since going through AX-1 1 time. 5 min warm up included (12 burpees every min w/ remained min as a good rest time x 5= 5 min warm up) str8 into the 11, 11, 11 workout) finish time at 8:50. Still not ripped but i got hella strong. Thanks Jeff!
Amazing, I found a new personal goal… it will take me some time to get here though…
Male, 40 yo, currently in the AX-1 programme: 7 minutes 48 seconds. Hell yeah….but now I am dead
Just barely met the time and threw up twice afterwards… this workout is insane. Hardest part so far on athlene x1… HOPEFULLY ILL NEVER HAVE TO DO THAT AGAIN!!! lol
Yaaay…completed in 8.22 sec. Did burpees in crossfit way though. And at last with burpees 9.10secs. It’s a killer!!!
First time trying. I got 9:45:42. I’ll keep at it though!! I’ll win one day haha
Did it today as part of AX1. Absolutely kicked my ass. Managed 14min 50sec. Not good enough, but I finished it at least.
After completeing i drank 5 glasses of water, it is very effective and challenging
Ok, so I missed my 11 11 11 workout this morning. I told myself that I must go after work, so I packed my gym bag and then worked 13 hours. Maybe not the best plan for optimal energy. Long story shortened up, I made it to the gym and did 7 minutes of warm up to prime my body. Warmed up shoulders with Jeff approved exercises and jumped into the 11 11 11. Its not as easy as Jeff makes it look. I gave it my all and timed out at 13:19. It was not under 11 minutes but I was proud to finish the workout to completion and keep my form as best I could without doing half hearted reps. I no that I will improve in time. To all of you who complete this in 11 minutes and under, you have my respect.
I’ve been with Jeff for over 3 years (AX1, AX2, and NXT) and have done the 11-11-11 6 or 7 times. Age 51 and today was the FIRST time I did it in under 11 minutes!!! Pretty exciting!!!
Great video. I want to try that. This playground? For adult right. I don’t think it a playground. But in my country have place like that. But I don’t know that place.
A great video dude. I want to try those fir fitness.:)
2019: Doing AX1 and this is today’s exercise…. pray for me guys!
OMG i made 12 mins, but barely finish!
