This is incorrect about PROGESTERONE. It stops being produced when the ovaries stop releasing eggs (ovulation), at perimenopause and menopause. Not all the exercise or healthy food in the world is going to turn on those ovaries again. Time for BHRT.

Being Vegan, my life changes dramatically. I am more active. I have lost weight. I had hypothyroidism and pcos in the past. I do Yoga, Pranayam and Mudra. It helped me a lot. I eat nuts, fruits, vegetables and cereals. I am tetolaer too. Avoid doing Yoga during periods

What if you cooked your food, everything right and you put weight over night? For the last 2 nights I am earning weight. I eat only good fat like olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, almond in moderation… I am not doing exercises so I did not earn muscles. I dont eat too much protein, always eat vegetables and brocoli or other kind. And also I am doing 1 meal a day.

I am a vegan the last 5 years and vegetarian the last 15 years. The last years I get unexplained weight. About 15 kilos. I do not know what’s going wrong with my diet. I am very active person. Usually I eat every day less than 2000 calories. I am 45 years old. Really do not know what’s going wrong. However I am a VEGAN because give PEACE and RESPECT any domestic animal. Animals are not for our diet. I am sure I will find what’s going wrong with my diet with out harming any animals.

I lost weight at first on a vegan diet, but have started gaining it back and I need to get back to clean, unprocessed foods.
I’ve been a vegetarian for over ten years now (since the age of 14) and once I moved away from home and started to make my own food I lost a lot of weight. So my vegetarian lifestyle is NOT my problem.
My problem is comfort eating. I gained some “couple weight” when I met my boyfriend, but I was still all and well withing my “normal” healthy weight. Then I started a job which brought on so much stress and increased my depression and I started to comfort eat like there was no tomorrow. I’m probably around 25 kilogram (55 pounds) heavier then that first year living on my own.
Now I’m taking more control of my body and these past six months I lost 10 (22) of those kilograms! That’s got to count for something, right?
That said there are pastries that are better than others! You’ve just got to make them yourself. I made avocado brownies last week. No white flour, only about a teaspoon of sweetening of your own choice. The scale was down a hecto or two the next day, so while my snack wasn’t NECESSARY I’d say it’s a good enough substitute if you for some reason is going to eat something “bad”.
Tracy thank you for the video:) I am vegan but dont eat vegan junk food..make my own falafels, vegetables loaves and occasionally…I go to the gym, walk…but lately have been gaining weight…what do you think about tahini? I just use 2 teaspoons a day but that’s the only thing I can think of in terms of food..My diet is super clean..Also have been very stressed and going through depression and post traumatic stress disorder (was victim of an accident, me on a pushbike and a car and this left me with signifacant foot injury with long term consequences) Maybe it’s not the food but the mental state…Much love to you:) Hi from England xxx
