What equipment do I need to do the athlean x workout program?
aesthetics, plyometrics, etc. it dont matter. people just jog. america is way to fat! what you dont have 50 mins to work out? or at least 20 mins! come on!

@Berlybaby. You can do any “guy” workout. However, if a lot of those exercise bulk you up. Then don’t let your body reach muscle failure. Do lower weights or fewer reps. Then follow up with at least 15mins of cardio. Either a fast paced walk, jog, elliptical, stairs, row… Whatever floats your boat! Hope that answers your question…
next time maybe you wear another pant, its quite annoying! hahaha
if you can’t do handstand pushups, I suggest just starting with your legs on the ground but your back is straight, then you can elevate your legs with chairs and shit until you can do the full exercise

This workout was fantastic. I think the biggest benefit for me is having the video increases my motivation to complete the entire longer workout. It’s a little easier to stop when it’s just a guide on the blog (although those are great too!). I was going to buy no matter what in order to throw a little monetary support your way out of appreciation for all of your great content but now I am really excited to have access to all five (clearly, the burpees are now behind me which would put anyone in a good mood).
Your helpers during the low squat back lunge step look like they’re just tapping back, not doing the lunge like you are. Which version should we be doing?
thank you for this workout! I just love doing exercises that I’ve never done before! I was not thrilled about burpees at the end but I did get 20! Thank you for the push it is -10 degrees outside with the wind chill so there is nothing I can do out there! A great way to beat the winter Blues!
Proud of myself for completing that! I’m 2 days from my 30th week of pregnancy with baby # 4 and I used 10lb weights and resistance band for whole workout! But it was tough

I have done many of these kind of exercises on YouTube, this one is by far the best hands down! I’m over 50 and followed the modified version of your girl. Thank you so much! You talk through the exercises and explain everything well, many don’t do that. I’ll purchase your other exercises x
This was a great workout. I’m definitely going to look at the others.
There are two versions of the program that come with your purchase! A gym version, that utilizes some equipment that normally wouldn’t be found in the home….and then there is a complete 90 day version that can be done with a simple bench, pullup bar, some light dummbbells and tubing…and most importantly, your bodyweight!
So do you do your own amount of reps for each workout? How many sets of the whole circuit do you do? How long do you rest between sets?

Question: trying to lose the last of my mommy tummy (via csection) and I have been working or really hard, usually 6 days a week. I workout at home doing mainly strength training and calisthenics with kettlebell training. Since I want to blast the last of the stubborn fat, would it be good to do some type of Tabata finisher at the end of my workouts (thinking of doing only 5 days a week now)? or any other suggestions?? I am doing upper body 2 days a week, lower body 2 days a week, and then kettlebell (once or twice a week)

Haha, you can definitely get that fit with exercise alone depending on how frequently and well you do it. It’s why many professional athletes can afford a crap diet. But a lot of people who do work out have a good diet by habit. I would suggest checking out everydayhealth.

awesome! i see dudes at the gym who can bench press 400 lbs but avoid the pull up bar like the plague. People dont realize you dont need a gym to lose weight and get ripped. Body weight exercises give you great definition and all around practical functional strength-whether it’s self defense or a little offense in the bedroom you’ll have the power and stamina to get the job done 😉

Just finished this and it was great as are all your workouts. Have to say though, when the Russian twists came I was like “nooooo”. I really thought I’d seen the back of them after your deck of cards workout lol and I haven’t even incorporated them in to my own workouts because of how many I did in the deck of cards video hahaha

Great workout. I wanted to quit after the 2nd leg round and again with the burpee challenge but I pushed thru and felt great. I really loved having preview before hand because I don’t do a lot of jumping exercises. I usually shy away from repeater workouts but I liked this one

I wish you would’ve shown your feet when you did the handstand pushup. Thats my only problem when i do a handstand pushup. My feet mess everything up when it pushes against the wall

hi im thirteen years old and im completely ripped ive worked out since i was 10 and now im big ive never bench pressed never curled never done dumbells only pushups sit ups pull ups and hand stand pushups…… BUT small people in my school sometimes even in a lower grade than me are stronger and i really need to know what im doing wrong please help me
Wow. Great workout! Group Fitness Instructor of 15 years stuck at home due to Covid-19 in Seattle. Looked through so many videos, all too short or too easy including all the on demand content, Beach Body, etc. This felt like a regular class, great cueing and modifications. Thank you for bringing some normalcy to an instructor who is already going mad on day 2 of 15 day citywide closure! Will def be purchasing your other workouts!

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every fat loss program that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my buddy who told me extraordinary things about it and so far to date I’ve successfully dropped 18 pounds in 4 weeks!
