I find it a little frustrating that by the time I catch on to an exercise the 20 seconds is almost done and then I have to rewind just to get the full 20 seconds in. Is it not possible to first show us what to do for a second or two and then start the timer?
Glad to hear that other people found this challenging too. I finished the work out but couldn’t do it in the time and with the intensity I wanted to. Maybe I did it early in the morning on an empty stomach, but I didn’t feel very energetic. This one felt like a drag on. I’ve done 1 hour cardio workout with many more exercises and felt energetic upto the 40 min mark. Well, maybe I should just done weight training today.
I did it! It was tough but I went through with it and my mood has improved! I am not feeling dull any more! You know what I mean?:) go for it:)

Been doing this workout constantly throughout 2-3 months and it is a very good working one for me personally. I usually do one full round. Never could get through entire 37 minute one. And combined with changed lifestyle in terms of controlling my intakes of calories and getting rid of junk food I got the final result of 65 kilos. At the beginning of the year I weighted around 79 so I am more than happy about my journey so far.
The hardest part about this entire weight loss thing is just the mind set. I am a person who likes challenges and this is one of them. Has nothing to do with a visual look of mine. I love myself being chubby anyways

actually managed to get through this…..hair all messed up, vision blurry, yelled at mother because she opened the room door during front jacks, not sure i did everything….but…..still made it to workout complete!
What i love about fitness blender is they do the whole workout sets with u, and they sweat and struggle just like us.
Many of other youtubers just show one set and tells u to repeat 2 to 3 times.

I love all of the workouts by Fitness Blender but this one is one of my favorites. I am an intermediate level exerciser and still dripping with sweats after this workout. I love the simplicity of the exercises and no nonsense approach. No loud music, no fancy lighting or background settings to distract you. Keep up the great job that you do!

Covid-19 Shelter in Place in San Francisco brought me here. #stayhomeclub This was a great complete workout sequence. Warm-up, HIIT, and cool down. I was grunting and modifying throughout. I’m working out barefoot in my apartment but I think I might need more supportive shoes for this routine.

This was soooo sweaty and burning like damn, my legs are dead ☠️ I pushed myself to the max, full range of motion on nearly all of the exercises (except those toe touch crunches and the bicycle crunches at the end cause my legs weren’t cooperating), with no extra breaks and now I feel absolutely awesome but in a desperate need of a shower #FBBurn Day 24 main workout complete! Oh man, this workout was harder than I thought it would be and got me sweating much more than I thought!! I don’t know why but for some reason the ab exercises MAKE IT SO HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE in between sessions so that when we switch between abs and cardio I haven’t even been able to fully recover and catch my breath!!

Overall, I like the structure of this workout, but I switched out all of the “cardio” portions in the second half with strength training exercises (squats, lunges, deadlifts, and curtsy lunges+calf raises)
This was brutal but I loved it! Only 5 min away from completing the whole thing. Next time I won’t stop

I’ve done this workout a lot of times before in 2016 when I was still fit, also because it was with the help of Fitness blender’s videos, and now that I came back to get fit and healthy again after gaining for about 20kg. I started with 20 minutes per workout, and now that it’s been a month I’ve been doing 40 to 50 minutes now. Awesome workout! I wasn’t sure if I was going to do the 50 burpees at the end because I did a 100 burpee challenge earlier this week-which I rocked and beat my last time by 45 seconds for 8:45. But taking 10 at a time I did the 50. Very happy with my progress!!!
On the opposing exercises(non high knees), how many seconds do we use for those exercises (such as the twisted pushup).

However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

After the first round i had to quit i simply couldn’t continue i literally felt like puking or fainting, and i really mean LITERALLY. i am 190cm tall weigh 80kg and look pretty normal.

Great channel just a visual feedback, a blue t-shirt with a same-coloured blue mat does not give a clear visual contrast. So not so easy to see the movements. If you remake this videos, try a different colour scheme.

just completed my workout #9 duo it was quite difficult but m glad i scaled through the last one were the hard one’s for me
This workout wasn’t too difficult for me which I am happy about because it means I am getting stronger! (That or not working hard enough lol) But it was a lot of fun and even though I didn’t hate the world while doing it like I usually do in my difficult workouts, I am still gonna be sore tomorrow:D
My body, when it was doing the “knee highs + 3 hold”, was like (This is like a tongue-twister; I’ve gotta only do traditional knee highs instead), furthermore some of these exercises require balance, I suck at balancing. All in all it’s a great workout; it’s got me sweating and I enjoyed it.
I cannot do those oblique crunches with reach in any form or shape. They make burpees a heaven for me. Is there any other exercise targeting same muscle group to replace that?

I’ve been doing this workout about once a week for a couple of months, and I love it. It’s intense because of the burpees, but I can definitely see a difference in my abs and my endurance.
Hi,I am going to do this workout for theree months everyday which mean whole summer and i will Tell you the results.this workout is helping me during quarantine time.
Before this I hated Jumping Jacks. But after those 90 Burpees they were like heaven.
I first tried this workout last year summer. Today was my fist time completing this workout since doing it on and off from last year. The hardest part is not the cardio, but getting up to do the cardio. Once you get up with determination, you have a much better chance at completing.
I cant accompany kelly, I’m really out of shape. This is my third time doing this workout. Hopefully I’ll stay consistent until the day I do this and I actually enjoy it more haha. But it’s so fast paced and always changing exercises, cant even feel that it is 40minutes honestly!

I’ve been doing this work out for about 2 weeks almost every day now. The first day, I got 6 minutes in, the next day, just under half way through. The follow day I surpassed the half way point before quitting, and 4 days after I started it was the first time I finished the workout in its entirety. I did it fully the next 3-4 days, everyday, and then I took a small break and did a few other core cardio videos (which were less intense than this one). I’ve come back today to do this one again, and I finished it so much more easily than the last times i did it completely! I can definitely tell I’m getting stronger and my wife even says I’m starting to see muscle gain/fat loss results! I’m sticking with the work outs and we’ll see how much fat I lose, how much muscle I gain, and how much more healthy I become! I’ve also completely changed my diet habits from the last 2 weeks to a more lean, less carby diet. Fitness Blender is great!

Have been doing your videos almost daily along with strenght training 5-6 times a week and the conditioning ive got has been so fast its insane, I train really rough and do HIIT 4-6 times a week. Seriously, thank you Daniel and Kelly, love you guys!
I’m a 17 yo guy and I did those exercices, not all but I tried. And omg it’s so difficult! I admire how that woman do them with such a ease. At 20 minutes I was already dead and at the workout end, I lost my legs XD

Day 9! you people are trying to kill me! I thought you said week 1 and 2 would be easy! I am scared of what is to come if this is the easy one!! thanks for the great workout i am in to week 2 of your 8 week plan and am also enjoying your 4 day meal plan. For anyone looking for a good diet and exercise routine I would seriously recommend these guys the routine and diet are easy to follow and I am really enjoying it so far, and it was only $10 per program which is really cheap if you ask me! the $10 for exercise gets you a 8 week plan with a routine to follow each day including a fitness test to gauge your improvement and the diet includes a grocery list and 3 meals + 3 snacks a day with cooking instruction nice simple food easy to follow. looking forward to seeing results in 8 weeks

This was a tough workout. I made it through with a few breaks.
Reading all these comments and looking at all those burpees, I thought I was up against a challenge. But it feels good to say that I was able to complete routine without any problems/breaks. Honestly speaking I felt my regular HIT running feels more harder than this. All in all though this is a good routine.
Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost a lot of fat? Simply do a google search. On there you’ll find a great guidelines about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’ll work for you too.

I literally used every inch of willpower in me not to collapse onto my couch during those burpees haha,i hated them!strangely enough i now feel amazing aha,i wanna do moreee:)
