Do you need a warm-up/cool-down with this (making it 40 min )? Or jump right into your 30 minutes?
I’ve been having hip issues when I power walk/incline, should I switch to jogging instead (aren’t different muscles activated?or will jogging make it worse?) I’m currently working with the strider. Any suggestions?
Guys I started this routine two weeks ago, I do it five times a week with a resistance band, I started at 132 dropped to 125, doesn’t seem like much weight loss but those 7 pounds were SO STUBBORN to get rid of!! I’m 5”4.5 btw. This routine is awesome!
Even when I ran cross country I hated treadmills. I only used mine during bad weather.
Biiiiiiiiiitch this is the perfect vid for me I just started doing this. Trying to aggressively lose weight. It’s hard for me to do more than 8 minutes at a time but I really wanna hit “600” calories doing this per session twice a day at the gym. I was lifting but realized I’d rather have a big deficit before I start packing more on for muscle to form
is it okay to ONLY do cardio? i do 12,000ish steps a day, and i bike sometimes, but i never really do strength training since its hard to do and i have no gym near me
I’m gonna do this challenge and do a quick update everyday!
Day 1 Thought “it’s just walking! Can’t be that hard.” But after 6 mins my legs were on fireeeeee. But I got the whole 30 mins done
I am going to try this, but does the running on the tredmill burn leg and arm fat aswell.?
Mam how much weight u have lost in 30days challenge.. actually I am doing the same exe for 30min and I want to loose 20kg weight.. so, how much time required to loose this stubborn fat if I continue treadmil regularly… plzz answer how much weight u lost in a month..
Hi! I just started this challenge myself today. May I ask, what pace did you walk at and what incline level did you use? Did you just do 12 3 30?
stupid question, but can I do that outdoors in nature, and how do I control the speed and incline?:)
I’ve been doing a 20 minute thing hiit treadmill workout and I’ve heard about your treadmill stuff so I came to check it out
this is my first video watching of yours and i’m definitely subscribing you were so real about everything and talked so well btw you’re gorgeous
Hi I got a treadmill home but the incline mood isn’t working…. I really don’t want to go to the gym because of this pandemic an the expenses here in my country… Would this still be effective if I still use it without it being inclined?
i have a treadmill at home but it has no incline so is there something i can do that’ll make me get good results? maybe increase the speed instead or increase the time?
Yeah the tredmill helps a lot if you put your work into it and burn as much calories as you can
Is there Anybody who reduce the weight with 30 days,30 minutes walking?
I started last week to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill. Lets see how it goes.
Had to add one more comment to get them to 667. I plan to try this at home!

mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
Mortacci tua quanto chiacchieri, ma fa vede qualcosa mortacci tua n’artra vorta
People don’t realize how great walking is for your health and you can lose extra weight
what’s crazy is that’s how EASY it is.. people make dieting or whatever so hard and it’s not.. i lost 110 from eating PROPERLY and WORKING OUT. THATS IT!
cut sugar and fast food out of your life, move your body.. workout and you’ll see some crazy shit. coming from a former fatty, i was fat for 23 years.. my entire life, like i was 225 lbs and now im 117 at age 26.. i lost 110 in ONE YEAR by literally eating healthy and moving my body. it’s not hard. don’t over think it and be patient, you will get there!!!
do u recommend incline if i want to lose fat and not gain muscle?
i really want to do this, but i’m scared it’ll make my calves bigger because of how steep the incline is. i’m insecure about how big they are and ughekxihekdkwisjwk should i say fuck it and do it
Would anyone be able to tell me what speed 3 on the treadmill is in Australia? x
The gym that I’ve been working out at is off for a week and I want to complete exercising I’m a power walker could u please explain it to me how can I do the blocks? For base, push and all out?
This virus gave me the idea to use our treadmill and look for some routines and benefits. And now im here lol.
Im doing 10 incline (max), 3.5-3.8 speed, to cover 5 miles, im not into time but i prefer distance more. At first, I typically finish walking 5 miles more than 2 hours the first week including rest for every mile (i feel like im dying on my first few days lol need to rest more often).
now on my 3rd week i can cover 3 miles straight, take a good rest and back for another 2 miles to finish the job. Instead of covering my 5 miles for more than 2 hours, i can do it now for about 1hr 45mins including rest time. my next goal is to finish 5 miles straight no rest, no water, just pure sweat.
I forgot to take pictures to see any improvements but i can really feel my legs, calves, ankles are getting better. My leg muscles feels harder and has less fat movements you know when you shake them, its firmer it doesnt shake a lot anymore. But i do lost some weight for sure around 8lbs now, without changing my diet drastically just a bit less carbs and less fats not totally removing them. Maybe i should add the gallon of water a day to my diet
OMGOMGOMG I’m now seeing this and youre day one was on my BDAY also I’m sooo proud you!:3
I started doing this as a way to a) prepare myself for walking up the hills at my school lol and b) get myself to a place where I’ll feel more comfortable or confident when I walk into the gym at my college. It’s good! It very quickly began to feel like I was no longer doing anything difficult, I was just walking (with sweat). SO I’ve been kicking it up, where I’ll do 12% incline at a speed of 3.6-4.0 for however long it takes to do 2 miles. Which is more difficult but still feels like walking flat. SO I’m going to start kicking up the incline to max and see what happens:)
aight my condo’s gym just reopened so here I come! tysm for this routine:)
Funny story but really not that funny, my treadmill is stuck on incline so that gives me an even better excuse to do this. I started walking on it last week but kind of got discouraged. Now I’m taking the weekend to mentally prepare and get my meals ready and I’ll start Monday.
Also, my fiance says treadmill the same way as you do & it cracks me up!!
I love your authenticity it really comes across:) I will try this
This hits diff in quarantine I’ve been trying to walk at an incline more often on my home treadmill because of this pandemic!!
Hmm the treadmill at my house doesn’t have the incline feature (it’s not heavy duty) so i guess i won’t be able to do this routine ):? But if you guys have any suggestions will you please comment below? Thanks a lot
I’ve done incline walking before so I know it sounds easy but it’s no joke I’m actually going to try it again thanks for the motivation
I’ve been doing 30 mins a day on the treadmill the last few days and it’s been going well. Also love how you say “treadmeel” curious where you’re from cuz I hear a slight accent
N since this helps the glutes, will it help me bulk up the muscles n make the glutes sit up higher?
Because of this video I was motivated to get up and do this challenge myself and girl this was so hard I just posted my journey on my channel! Thank you for the motivation
I kinda looked through comments BUT I wanna know what podcasts you listen to? ❤️
Thanks. Starting this challenge today. Walking on treadmill for one hour every day. Incline 7 and speed above 3. SW= 145.8 lbs. Doing this for one week. Will update.
Sooo… I started doing this… I’m on week 2 and I’ve already lost 7lbs… I’m super excited to see what it will be at the end of 30 days… it seems so simple but it is intense… lolz…definitely gets the heart rate going…such a motivation!! Thanks for this!!
When I run 60 too 90 minutes a day and it’s been a long time and I haven’t lost any weight:( tomorrow I’m going on another run tomorrow and going to try and look for the results, maybe this time it will work:)
To anyone watching; losing weight is more about what you eat than exercising
Me:subscribes because of the family name that we don’t have, OHHH WE CAN NAME IT THE UNNAMED FAMILY
What if my treadmill only goes up to incline 10? Do i have to change anything???
Good job! you have a great hosting image. I enjoyed this video!
Keep it simple like I did. I lost 18 kg with diet plan from website NextLevelDiet.
Did anyone find their calves and quads to bulk up from incline walking?
I did your work out tonite and loved it will do it more often. But I’m worried it will make my but and legs real big haha even though the gym people say it won’t haha
Just had a baby 11months ago he will be one next week I need to loose the weight I’m not doing anything
wait, how much weight did she lose? cause i’m about to do twice as much and go on an under 1,000 calorie diet
I’m going to do this challenge. Thank gad I have treadmill at my home.
I just came across your channel today and this Is my treadmill routine i do Same incline but speed I’m at a 3.8. I’m so glad that i found Someone who has the same routine because I’m trying to drop weight and tone and every person i watch basically is saying I’m doing it wrong. I incorporate other work outs but i do This routine like 5 times a day.
Help. I really want to do this, my city is on lockdown since march due to Ms. Rona, I have a treadmill but no incline (it does have these little “legs” to get tiny incline but that’s it). What do ya’ll recommend? Walk longer? Faster? I can’t do much about it, can’t go walk up a hill either; we only get two permits a week (enforced by police) and honestly need those to grocery shop. Ideas?
I have treadmill in my room so I have been started last 2 weeks and I’m doing it 12 mile in 40min also the speed is between 5.5 to 9.0, so far I have lost 5 pound.
It’s awesome when you do challenges because it’s so fun and your so funny
I am going to be 100% honest. This works. I started doing this on 7th July. I did it twice a day everyday for a week with the exception of one day when I couldn’t do it because of a leg cramp. Today marks the end of day 7 and I have lost 1.2kg (=2.6 pounds). It might not seem like much but it is. I maintained a normal diet but had absolutely no refined sugar or processed snacks. I am going to continue doing this for a month and update again. Thanks Lauren!
My treadmill doesn’t have levels per say. Mine goes by speed. So would level 3 be 3 km??
SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT DO I DO IF MY TREADMILLS INCLINE IS ONLY UP TO 10, WOULD I THEN WALK AT A SPEED OF 3.5 OR 3
YOUR LITTERALLYYYY THE SWEETEST HUMAN BEING IVE EVER SAW LIKE IM NIT LYING YOUR VOICE SOUNDS SO SWEET AND I CAN JUST TELL BY THE WAY U TALK LIKE I LOVE U and I just subscribed btw

turnout my treadmill doesn’t have incline option and i can’t afford gym
I’m body building and am in my cutting phase (high protein, low carb) and do my resistance workout in the morning late afternoon and cardio in the evening p. I’m here cause I’m always looking for new ideas and techniques. I’m 6’4, 265 lbs and have two more weeks left to cut before I switch up my diet again to suite my training. Thanks for the vid and ideas! Just subscribed
Girl went to the gym with a full face of makeup, an actual queen.
How do I do this if my treadmill incline only goes up to 10:(
To all the german girls:
Lauf ihr auch auf 12/3 oder wird es umgerechnet?
All that stuff is wrapped in PLASTIC! I get you guys are trying to eat real food, but please don’t microwave in plastic and if you buy whole veggies all you have to do is cut them up. Plastic is death.
What if my treadmill only goes up to 10, would you change the speed?
Are you able to add muscle to your thighs by having an incline? I want to increase my thigh size.
Inspired❤️ i have one at home and i havent tried it yet so wish me luckk❣️
I always have the incline on #15 the entire time on the treadmill. I never run, always power-walk. Is that bad?
Shout out to all the power walkers out there I’m with you, I power walk and I’m tell you a one minute all out at 4.5mph and a 15% incline is killer
I’m already doing workout programs, but my stamina is not quite there. I wanna try this but I don’t wanna like overwork myself? Any tips? Or should I be okay?
Nice video.Nice too hear you.But yea i just bought a treadmill and really have to start using it for weight loss and getting in better shape instead of using it as a coat hanger,lol..But Thanks inspiring video
i have a treadmill at home but it does not allow to set a incline. What speed would you recommend with no incline?
I’m relatively new to the gym, what does speed mean exactly? I usually run or walk fast at speed 60-100
I can’t wait to give this a go when the gyms re-open! Looks so manageable thanks for sharing <3
I just did the treadmill workout! I am sweating like crazy! Oh my gosh!
Does anyone know if I can still get pretty similar results if my home treadmill only has an incline of 10? It’s a ProForm if that helps. Hope everyone is staying safe
Will this routine make my calves bigger? I have gigantic calves.
im afraid my mom would see me in out treadmill using 12 incline
I walk fast in general, I live in San Francisco so theres my incline right there lol, and I don’t have a gym access also its quarantine time anyways. So I’m going to walk for an hour and a half every day for 30 days, I will make sure I cross the street and stay away from getting close to people.
What if you can’t access an incline treadmill? Do you still get any results?
Nope. I’m in the wrong place. She’s a stripper. No trainers here. Go back!
It’s funny because I am probably one of the few people at my gym that does legit hands free walking on the 15% incline. Also I go for an entire hour. It’s actually crazy that it burns 900+ cals for me at my bodyweight. Best part IMO is that it is low impact. People are destroying their joints with long distance jogging when they can have 10x the fat loss and calorie burn overall incline walking.
If anyone could please help me out, the treadmill I have doesn’t have incline, could someone suggest an alternative pls
Maybe my treadmill is different or something but it only goes up to a 10 on the incline? So I feel like it’s not exact to what her routine is but it’s really really hard and intense so I’m not gonna complain cuz I don’t think I could do it if it went up to 12 anyways lol it’s so difficult
I get out of breathe within 15 minutes of the treadmill workout
What if your treadmill incline only goes up till 10. What would I have to do extra any pointers
Amazing workout! But, my treadmill’s incline doesn’t go upto 12 ( it goes till 10)…will it still be effective?
My treadmill has no incline is there anything i can do to make up for this
Do somebody know how much is 12 of inclination on the American treadmill, in the Italian one?
Omg love this but I sadly don’t have a treadmill at home and I do not have access to a nearby gym do you have any tips for other workouts and treadmill workouts? Love you
Hey girl! Thanks for sharing this workout idea! X Do you not do any weight training?:)
what if my treadmill only goes to an incline of 10? is that okay or?
this reminded me of… i hate the treadmill (the song…) x
Omg you Look like a barbie doll! So beautiful, your face is just wow
What can i do if i don’t go to the gym? I usually walk/run in the park
I’ve started your treadmill routine today.. Hopefully I lose some weight.. currently 155lbs hoping to lose 25-30lbs plus I’ve been doing IF for about 10days now
I remember watching your vines way back when it was a thing, you look so different now!
LOL “my contribution is cracking the eggs and wisking them up.” I relate to that on like another level. Im 23 and literally the only two things I can make perfectly is tea and omlette. Also the cheese thing….I just love eating cheese by itself anytime of the day….just randomly…even the shredded ones.
I have one question…what are the settings for European treadmills? For example the 3 is 4. Something but what about the 12?
I have a treadmill at home but it dosent incline, does that matter?
I got halfway through this video and it made me want to go grocery shopping at target. I’m back now
Thank you so much for the inspiration, I’m 13 and I’m 139 lbs and 5’3, so far I’ve lost 25 pounds from eating healthy. I want to start working out more to lose 20lbs of fat.
Me: finally decides to go to the gym
Corona virus: nahh girl you’re not gonna do it
So yes, workouts at home
Does someone maybe know what the 12 incline is on the treadmills in Europe because when i set the ones we have to 10 than im walking straight to the fucking sky and that cant be right
I have a treadmill at home and have been skipping exercise and gaining weight steadily for the last 6 months. The last 7 weeks have been worse due to not leaving the house.
This is so motivating. This time last year I LOVED going to the gym (mostly for my mental health). This video has made me want to set myself that challenge to get back into the rhythm of things, slowly but surely. You’re awesome!
I can’t do the entire time at 3 yet but I do 2.6-2.8 for the rest because I’m recovering from pneumonia lmfao
Imma start doing this challenge from today… hope it goes well, im not putting much expectation but this is sending me tbh!

The beauty of having a basement’s gym room with windows, that don’t have see-through glass, and with a treadmill is that one can wear any type of shorts or tops because no one else will be there to watch while one exercises peacefully and happily inside the privacy and comfort of our own home. LOL! Personally, in public, and even privately, I love wearing loose gym black pants, a black T-shirt, and orthopedic running shoes. As for her looks, she looks amazing, so good for her. I’m too busy paying attention to the actual workout itself so my eyes go straight to her feet and how she moves her feet, and to the lower part of the treadmill where she’s walking on, so I don’t really notice anything else about her. I have no positive energy or precious time to criticize or to worry about her clothing because that’s none of my business to judge. Plus, I’m not responsible for what others wear, and I can’t control what others wear, so I prefer to concentrate solely on the exercise itself. I bet if it was a muscular shirtless man wearing short shorts, no one would criticize him. Peace.
How is she training to get a bigger butt and she has no ass, she don’t even have a butt cheek nothing is hanging out of those shorts, somebody needs to train her
Who else is trying this ♀️I’ll update what happens in 2 months and see how much i lost or maybe this week if i see progress
Week 1:so far I’ve lost 2 pounds and it is hard but not really just my feet hurt bc I have flat feet but so far it’s going good
2 months later: sorry I didn’t update each week but I finally finshed it and the results to me were slow but the changes were noticeable In total I lost 10 pounds my metabolism is slow so it took me 2 months to lose 10 pounds!!☺️
You have such gorgeous legs!! I am envious. I will try this out today.
Any girl knows you can’t run in a bra like that…your titties be all up in your face and it hurts like hell. So how credible is this women???
Even though I am liberace clay aiken gay, I am still only looking at her twin peaks.
She apparently loves food and working out, i mean seriously good for this is how a woman s body should look like.. very human.. very hot
She doesn’t know what she is talking about. You don’t make “long” muscles. Muscles can only be as long as the skeletal structure and ligaments to which they are attached. Who the hell ever admires someone and says, “Man!Check out how LONG his muscles are!” Nope. Doesn’t happen.
She’s trying to help people out but everyone is worried how she looks and her gym outfit kinda sad
After watching this I kinda forgot about running but something else
Max incline walking (13-15%) at a brisk pace (3-4mph) not holding onto the treadmill burns a TON and gets your HR WAY up. In 50 min, I’ll burn 700-800 cals with an avg HR of 165-170. Best cardio IMO because it’s both efficient and low impact.
The comments….so much jealousy. That was good information in the video! Thanks!
Hi. If you want to be prepared for this check Unflexal website. I know you’ll find good solutions for your workouts.
I would do this now that the gyms are closed cause of freakin COVID-19 & I have a treadmill at home but because of school, & a bunch of family around I would say I can’t do it EVERYDAY. Would if work if I took least 2 days off a week?
is it not important to start with a warm up? Also, how long do you need to do this for?
In incline walking I finally found a cardio exercise that I can do and enjoy. My back, hip and knee problems prevented me from doing prettymuch anything else. But incline walking works, it’s fun and, god do I feel a burn in my glutes and calves.
HAHhaaaaa is she really a trainer? “ehowtfitness” should had spent more and got a legit trainer. I prefer to look upon someone whom i want to be like one day
shes a trainer? shes not even in shape..good lawd…tired of these stupid videos with unfit people trying to show people how to get fit..I mean really?
I started about 1 year ago on this training and was overweight. Now I have lost over 10 kg,
but It was difficult at start. I can do now at an incline setting @ 15 an a speed 7.3-7.5, I burn over 850 calories in 1 hour. (7 km)…btw I am 59. I was a size 85cm waist, now 79cm. Believe me it works!
I do incline 15 and 4.3 speed for 56 minutes I burn 1000 calories
Siem Reap Temple Villa ( Drivers Hotels ( Girls beautiful natural ) love to sex Mr Sophal Bou is driver and drivers’ manager for beautiful natural girls sex drivers
Yes…I love power-walking at the 12-15 incline… So,, kill ya knees if you want….not me…. #Burning #mo #calories!!!
I did this today for the first time starting at 15% for 30 minutes at 5.5mph continuously. I can’t for the life of me find anything on google about anyone else even doing this lol.
It was not easy I can tell you that but godamn it’s a good workout but since nobody else is or can do this I am wondering if it might be too much. I think maybe I am confusing KM with MPH I just realized. so I was at 3.5mph then as well I guess.
we must drink natural fresh apple juices in your exercise running eqipment
My classmates laughed when I told them I would lose weight with Ultra Slimming Formula, but then I showed them the results. Do a search on google for Ultra Slimming Formula to see their reaction.
I was planning on trying this out at the gym today, but our entire country has closed down all the gyms, schools and restaurants to prevent the spread of the Corona-virus But, I’m glad we are taking it seriously and happy that I can mentally “go to the gym” through watching your videos
Since ur toning the thighs doing this, it would help with cellulite in the thighs, correct?
I heard high incline makes the calls bigger. I want toner gluts and thighs but smaller calves! Which shld I stick with low or higher incline??
Hey I currently just started like I’m currently on the treadmill
I am 44 years old 291lbs at present. I have been walking on a incline for over 6 weeks now, for weight loss and to get fitter. I started off at 5% at 4kmph for 30 mins and have now worked my way up to 60mins at 10% and 4kmph.
Today I mixed it up a little, doing intervals. 10% at 4kmph for 1 min and then 2 mins at 22% at 4.8kmph for 55 mins that was a killer for me lol
It really matters if you’re using the numberst that the machine is giving you as the total number of calories burned. If you’re holding on. That number that you think you burned is not true.
new subscriber here! i was walking and doing your workout challenge while watching you. omg, its my 1st day no actually i was doing workout for a month now and a several weeks but i changed my treadmill workout to this and will see if something happenes. I LOVE YOUU!!
edit: I’m srsly sweating a lot in this challenge, omg!!
Short and straight to the point video. Thanks for the advice.
I like to hold on to the handles, put on my favorite music or podcast, close my eyes and zone out. You can’t do that if you free walk. And I find if you hold on you also work your upper body quite a lot because you’re pulling yourself forward while you walk.
Lol I am also tempted to eat the tortellini raw. An inspiration, we stan ✨
I hold on while doing the highest incline and lost 45 pounds
It was good job educating people who increase speed yet hold on. Same issue with stairmaster as well
Excellent tip! I’m a huge proponent of incline treadmill walking when done correctly. No holding on ever!! Best form of cardio in my opinion. Shred fat while being kind to your knees, hips, and back
omgggg yoh look so much like bettys sister out of riverdale i forgot her name but you look so much like her
What is the per unit impact on total work as a function of incline?
I started doing incline training when I was getting a kinesiology degree. My class was performing the Bruce protocol for testing of maximal oxygen consumption. I mostly did it as intervals which included sprinting and walking for rest. I tested as having by far the highest aerobic and anaerobic capacity in the whole class, which visibly upset one of the university’s sprinters from the track team who really had a huge ego. I feel guilty somewhat, but I had to admit that it gave me a sense of satisfaction blowing his numbers away especially after he spent most of the time bragging about himself. I would use inclines of 15, 10, and 5 working at various speeds. When testing myself, the longest time I have managed to do is getting a mile and a half at 6mph at a 15% incline which took around 45 minutes. Yeah, I can certainly attest that this really works. I am well over 200 plus pounds and, due to pushing my limits on a treadmill, my fastest 5K time is 17:23. That is fairly quick in general, though nowhere near elite level, but, when my size and weight is factored in, I would say it is more impressive. I have never known anyone my size ever who can run a 5K that fast. Every person who has ever outran me has been at least 50 pounds lighter than me. I definitely do not look like a runner. If you see me, you would never think “He looks like a good runner.” I look more like a line backer who should be playing football.
I’m calling bs at anybody powerwalking 4.5 at a 13-15% incline for 30 mins.
Lol, increasing oxygen exposure to the skin but no way can you run in that.
Thank you for making this! It really helps! I’m a PW currently because I’m not sure I could jog for more than 1-2 minutes. I can definitely tell I’ve become so much stronger in my legs etc.
I can warm up by walking on incline to do sprints on incline
How is she gunna teach us to tone our quads and glutes when hers look flabby????
Find a tv show that you’re addicted to. I started greys anatomy I walk 3 miles and don’t even notice it lol nothing’s worse than listening to music on the treadmill in my opinion, I notice how long the songs are and it feels like forever!
so I’ve always wondered if running on a treadmill makes you lose your booty lolsince it’s burning fat over time.. if anyone know deje answer to this lmk (help a girl out)
I’ve been trying to combine running and power-walking I change the style every 5-10 minutes, and I do the whole thing for about 30-45 minutes. What do you think about that?
I’ve been considering making one of my days a “walk hard” day. This is motivational to that goal. I’m running at 7.8/8.8/9.9 at the moment with 30s AO’s at 10 or 11. So I was thinking that I need to add inclines into my life. What is a good general walking pace for someone that is used to running?
this will be super helpful for tomorrow’s hell week workout! thank you:)
i’ve been doing this for 3 days now and decided i wanted to track my progress so here we go. this is with a very loose diet (eating what i want in moderation only when im hungry) and short workout videos after the treadmill. P.S. i have really weak knees despite being 19 so there’s struggle there lol
day 1: not too bad, made it through the 30 minutes fairly easily, it’s a little hard on my knees though. put the speed around 2.8
day 2: way worse on my knees, put the speed to 2.7-2.8, had to take a few breaks and almost gave up at 20 minutes but figured there was only 10 minutes left so why not? felt really good after.
day 3: not as horrible as day 2 but it was still difficult. the 30 minutes went by quickly with only 2-3 10-15 second breaks thrown in there. also wasn’t nearly as hard on my knees as day 2 but there was still some pain. speed 2.9 weight around 115
Yeah! Yes! This video is my favorite now! Bro I like you!!! Your video is very fun and motivational! Thank you!!)))
I’m 260 6”0 tall and I just started working out yesterday I put the incline on 15 and speed on 3.0 and every 10 minutes I go up 1 speed last 2 days I’ve been doing 40 mins I hold on though is that ok?
Your channel has been so helpful for my OTF workouts! Thank you so much. I got some injuries and your videos have helped me correct my form and avoid hurting myself
Doesn’t lower intensity exercise also but a higher percentage of fat as apposed to higher intensity that uses more carbs for the fuel
You just have to do it longer
