You can use a treadmill on active recovery days to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance that will carry you through endurance workouts.Since everyone’s base is different, each workout is challenging but achievable. How to do it: Start by running through the whole treadmill circuit.
Then do the floor circuit 1 two times through. Go back to the treadmill circuit again before starting floor circuit 2.Warm up with 10 minutes of easy running. Start the treadmill at 7 miles per hour on a 1 percent incline and run 60 seconds at that pace. Then lower the speed to.
Place the cards in an envelope, which you can keep on top of the treadmill’s control panel. Warm up for a mile and then pick a card. Do what the card says for 3 to 4 minutes. If the card says run, start at an easy training pace; if it says jog, stick to your warm-up and cool down pace.

Just wanting to let most women know.. that having visable abs..does not mean that its a sign of health….it just means that the person with visable abs has extemely low body fat percentage.. and it can be unsustainable for most women.. abit of belly fat can be stubborn but its not worth the stress of starving and endless workouts to achieve something unsustainable
I find doing 30 sec sprint 30 seconds rest for 20 minutes works better for me for the sprints cause my heart isnt as healthy as yours and I find that 15 seconds isnt enough to get my heart rate down

For treadmillers, sprinting is most effective. In 10min you can look at someone doing it without getting bored. I was shocked when I did it.

Are we talking miles or kms here? 9.8 km I can understand, I go as high as 11 when I’m sprinting, but if you’re talking miles then I’m amazed you havent flown right off that machine.
I do 8 circuits of sprint walk, but even them I’m barely sweating. And havent lost any weight. So I think its conclusive that my metabolism is dead and buried. No idea what to do anymore, so I’ll just keep sprinting until I’ve shamed my metabolism into an incarnation. One can only hope.

Treadmill HIIT Sprints, 6x, 25 minutes: incline 2.5
warm up walk 3.5 for 1 min
jog 6.5 for 2 min
sprint 9.8 for 1 min
walk for 2 min
Stair master HIIT, 7x, 25 minutes
level 8 for 2 min
level 12 for 1 minute
level 17 for 30 seconds
rest for 1 minute
I jog on 10 . I sweat a lot always. It’s cool but tiring sometimes.
Wow! Loved your step by step walking and running technique. I have been walking at 5.8 kph but was apprehensive about running. 2 minutes of running then walking is a brilliant idea.

Love your videos! i’m 22 and i have started my journey from skinnyfat to fit.. Something just bothers me, which is that i really want to loose some of my bellyfat and on my lovehandles. But im so scared that im going to loose my boobs too. I have a C-cup and i’m very satisfied with them, but i also want to gain some muscle and loose some fat, but not if it means that im going to loose all of my feminine forms.. You look sooo good!
I guarantee this women has stopped ovulating & menstruating with that low of body fat. Women are meant to have a higher body fat percentage than men in order to have a healthy reproductive system. Shredded abs is unhealthy for women. It tricks their bodies into thinking they are in famine/starvation conditions and shuts down their ovulation cycle, as that would affect the survivability of new young. Going for shredded abs can have long term gynological/fertility effects for woman. Just ask female fitness competitors & body builders. It’s a dirty little secret not many talk about.

My favorite method is running on the stair master, freaking kills you lol I go in the highest fastest setting on the strait master hands off, 30 seconds, hands on on 30seconds, then a medium speed hands on.

When you run make sure to never run on your heels, running on your heels causes knee issues & actually they found women can be low in iron if you run on your heels

I do the 4th method on the Stairmaster or elliptical instead of jumping rope. Its easier on the knees.

Hi Krissy! I love, love, loveee your content. I am going to start working out using your app soon would it be too much if I added a hiit workout after every workout session? (For example skipping for 10 mins)

Girl! I did method 3 last night and I was dead by the end of it! I did change it a bit by doing 30sec sprints instead of 20sec just because last night was the first time I jumped on and off the treadmill so I kept it at a pace that wasn’t too scary (slower than my sprints). It was still such a good workout! I went from 30sec rests to probably 1:30 sec rests just trying to get my heart rate down and the jump squats burned like crazy at the end!! Will definitely be doing this one again!
I love cardio and running as long as it’s not on a treadmill!! I have fallen twice off of it and I am scared for life. Something about having the ground moving under my feet makes me dizzy.

Hey Hanna, I just did the cardio level 1 and let me tell you girl… I was sweaty as hell!! I did 3 rounds rest for about 2 min and start over again.

I also recommend doing this type of routine on a row machine or stationary bike. The bike is perfect for anyone who has trouble running. I do my routines with a warm up and then 8 x 2 minute cycle. Each cycle is 45 seconds of sprinting followed by 75 seconds of walking. It’s just barely enough time to catch your breath but it works well. For anyone interested there are great studies done on this that show you will burn many more calories than slow jogging for longer periods of time. They even found benefits at the cellular level!
The IWT was the best part about the summer sizzle challenge! It hurt so bad but felt so right!
Before doing any HIIT routine, make sure you know how long it takes for your heart rate to go from peak to resting. that determines the rest/recovery period you need between the 1 minute bursts
