Oh h h….. la la….. Feels awesome to wake up and my body craving for total body workout by Coach Kozak and Claudia:::))) Time went fast working out first thing in the morning. Not that easy, but worth every little pain::))) Thanks!!!!
is this for women too? I need strength excercises to gain weight, so I’m not supposed to do cardio that much. I’m a beginner too. Which of your videos do you recommend? Thanks. Awesome channel.

i’ve fallen quite out of shape and i have to say i felt kind of nauseous by the end. but it was doable.
very good place to start if you’re trying to rebuild basic strength.
This is one of the few achievable and fun 30 min. + workouts if PS i have seen in last 2 years…lately there are NO GOOD workouts anymire ; all dance…zumba or weird shit workouts… ( unachievable high paced HIIT type workouts) ☆》》POPSUGAR: DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! ■》》 bring back those 20 min 30 min cardio interval *achievable * NORMAL workouts back ☆ with regular moves ☆ like skaters jumping jacks mountain clumbers and plyo lunges and squats and some inventive ( compound) core exercices….
Im doing this work out as an assingment at home because of the coronavirus pandemic!
Yo first work out with you, new to home training and was wondering.. does this get easier the more I do it??? Thank you for your content
Beginner? Hardly lol. Lots of options and modifications to ramp up or modify. thanks!
Dear Daniel and Kelly I’ve been hooked on your channel and know that I really appreciate both of you! I do exercises from it almost daily and they do work. I’ve increased my aerobics portion for weight loss and have been doing the other weight-training/abs related exercises as well as others by Kathy Smith, Chris Freytag and Shaun T (T25.). A while ago now, I introduced your channel to my exercise group on Facebook (10 Pound Slim Down Xtreme 28 Day Challengestarted by Chris Freytag). Many of us have been doing them in conjunction with Chris’s exercises.
I was gaining a lot of weight 1 year back, staying at home and doing only cooking and household chores. I followed this routine regularly after plenty of compulsions from my wife. Now I had gained shape and is healthy, thanks
Truly loved it. Although I was sweating like crazy,I finished it without loosing my energy. Thanks a lot POPSUGAR fitness.
So far every time I have searched for a video for myself yours come up and I always just take a straight shot to you. I’m an extreme beginner and I appreciate the short and sweet straight to the point videos!
I started working out with this workout. I wasnt able to finish even this workout. Now ıts been 7 months and now I am able to finish madfits intense full body and abs workouts. Thanks maddie love you <3 guys never think about giving up!
Yeah, those oblique crunch things are legitimately impossible for me. I can not keep my weight off of my hip, and I just roll around a bunch. Alternative?
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am someone who lacks exercise and am pretty skinny. I’ve become somewhat weak overall due to inactivity and the weakness in my core muscles & the muscles that hold my body up in general have shifted me out of alignment, caused pains, APT, etc… This is the perfect workout for me. Thank you for this!
I’m really liking this, two days I do it in a row already. It’s prety complete unlike most strenght no equipment workouts that focus mostly on lower part.
I really can’t do the push ups though, yesterday I tried in vain and ended up skipping them, today I did them at least against the wall, I still felt it working.
Wow this was a great workout! Super easy moves that every one can do and burn a lot of calories
Love working out with you two in the early morning. Definitely a highlight of my day.
i keep falling over on oblique crunch, what causes this? i do yoga several times a week and have good balance. is it weak abs, bad form, something else, all of the above?
Thank you so much, ladies! I wish I had seen this years ago!
Did this as I couldn’t transfer the first of the Apprentice plan to my tv screen
i can’t do this. ive always been weak and ill always be weak.
Don’t be fooled. Up your weights and this workout will not seem like a beginner workout. The combo moves are killer. Loved it.
I just do it with my 3kg dumbell so it’s 6 kg. After 13 minutes I feel like damn I’m so weak .. okay. Tomorrow I’ll do it till this video end..
This was a really great workout. A perfect beginner workout that increases your heart rate but is also not impossible. I finished it till the end. I am proud!
Thank you for posting, this was a good basic workout. Just fyi I measured the calorie burn with my FitBit Charge 2, which has a heart rate monitor. It only burned 111 calories, and your website said that it would burn 158-232. For anyone at home without a heart rate monitor, be careful to err on the conservative side when using FB’s calorie burn. I knew I would be on the lower side because I am an average-sized girl, but I didn’t know I would burn fewer calories than the lower end of the range.
I can’t believe this… First workout that I completed! Thank you guys, A LOT, for these videos, you don’t know how much you are helping me ❤
Great workout. How many times a week would you go through this training?
And this is when you realize how much you are out of shape when you pass out on a beginners workout
My heart rate didn’t increase and i didn’t break a sweat during this workout yet i am out of shape, is this a bad sign? I felt the pain during the excercises such as the crunches, I’m a bit worried that I didn’t burn any of those cals or increased my strength training? Is this a bad sign? Help!
gday mate, love the location, those hills in the backgrd look sensation, oh the exercises were good to…
It’s like going to church. Your voices are so soothing, and you’re so encouraging. Thank you for a great workout
This came at a perfect time since I completely slipped off from working out and want to start with the basics can’t wait to get back to it.
I usually do this workout maybe like once every two weeks but I work out three to four times a week. After doing this workout today I actually cried afterwards lol I’m not sure what that supposed to mean
Hello from bavaria/germany in the near of munich.
Can you please tell me, which timer you use in this video?
Thank you for your time.
Good bye.
I’ve been asking to be sent some type of workouts that resonate with me ever since gyms started closing and you finally come into my feed subscribed ✨ from the calming commentary to the way you follow through your videos. I’m here to support
I have arthritis in both knees and for the first time I got my knees down to the floor during the reverse lung after thinking for months that I would never be able to do it. It made my day and week! Thank you so much for your service and efforts!
Do you sell merchandise? Would love a t-shirt that says “This workout is complete”
Is total body strength training without equipment effective?
I’m kinda just lying here in bed after a lengthy sports day

Have not exercised in years, quitting smoking right now and this is a perfect introduction back into the fitness world. Thanks for the great workout!

Watched Fitness Belnder for the 1st time. Excellent video, thank you..
worst part is the pushups and that other thing where u lie on your side and reach for your toes
Josh making it look easy as usual That last one is killerrrrrr
You are not like most on yt. You are not dressed in expensive sports equipment and you are not as full of yourself as you are dressed in expensive sports equipment. And they show nothing. I stumbled upon you by accident and was thrilled. I practice with you every day. Thank you for every video shared. Namaste
Laying on bed and this, I hope I could finish this whole workout with in 1 week.
Thank you…
you said everyone should be able to do but i can’t do some moves is it okay? (note: i will keep doing this for 2 weeks it’s my first day)
Guys i just love you so much, i have been training with you for 9 months and guess what i have lost 33 kg and i reduced my body fat from 49% to 24%, thank you so much you changed my life you are my inspiration
On lockdown for the 3rd week during the coronavirus, I am not new to your workouts, I love them! The only pushup I can do is against the wall! PLEASE, people, I beg you, STAY HOME and save lives.
You looked hella CGI in the video pin . I was confused to find out you were actually human
Did this yesterday and I was so amazed I finished the 40 minutes.
Great workout. I added ankle weights and hand weights were appropriate and jacked it up a notch. Def beyond beginner then. Loved the longer stretching time also.
Nice doable workout but challenging. I’m 61 have knee issues so some of the lateral cardio steps a little challenging so I just modified them but still feel like I got my heartrate elevated. Good stuff
I will start this excerise now! I was just wondering, if I do this say twice or thrice a week, will i get bulky? because i am only aiming for fat loss:) thank you very much!!:D<33
I’m a beginner all this time home w/ the CoVID stuff I need to start working out!!
I like working out alone, but every time they hi fives each other I got a bit sad when I realised I had no one to high five
This is around day 10 of my workout journey, I watched the other 32 minute weight video but today I’ve decided to do both
Thank you Claudia and Coach Cozak

Do you recommend a specific diet in order to lose some weight, coach?
I dont see why to dislike peeps. this guy is doing something good. plus that background?=
Well that was FUN, thanks! Had a great little workout here in Australia. Every time I thought about stopping you pulled me back in with happy reminders of why * I * want this <3
I LOVE all your positive comments! They really help me stay motivated! Thank you!
so completed this workout n my fitbit shows 670 calories burn.. I did in one go..i did many exercise without dumbbell..so if you have one I guess this will burn something around 800 calories..will update my results after 1 month.
edit I stopped doing this n started some other exercise as I was not able to get results..
I m 4 kgs down..n my weight loss process has slowed down..
We just finished this exercise and we feel very proud of ourselves. So far I have lost 3 pounds.
I’m 23, 58kg skinny chub and this kicked my butt, I am puffing for Australia right now hahah
I’ve really enjoyed doing your workouts while I’ve been quarantined in Sydney. The only thing is I find the constant motivational chat annoying! The exercises, options, pace, time etc are excellent, thank you.

Strength side, do you have any Lumbar herniated disc recovery exercises???
Love it! Definitely a challenging workout. Just remember to pace yourself so you can make it to the end.
Thank you Dr Jo. This is very helpful. Do you have a night time routine that can be done in bed to help get to sleep?
I just found this video and your channel and I’m so glad I did! Your positivity throughout the video really helped me stay on task and made me feel better even when I had to pause the video for short water breaks! Thank you!

Hey where are my pudgy friends in the background working with me lol
I’ve just tried strength training today using another video, and during lunges my right legs felt so uncomfortable I stopped. My mistake was trying to do it fast and low without the proper form AND I did fast cardio warm up. Well, learned the hard way that I need to start from beginner videos HAHA
This is one of those rare, comprehensive and compact routinesthanks!
Thank you so much you really changed my life after 60 year old
Guys does anyone knows how many calories does this workout burn?
Hi, I like your video so much especially that it had the warm up and stretching exercises with the main workout as well! I’ve got a question if you could answer me please? So I’ve followed this video for 3 intermittent days now, each time I get sore muscles for the next few days and I stop training until the pain lessens, I don’t feel like doing any progress at this rate with all the time I take to let my muscles rest. What can I do to stop having this pain after the workout? Should I do more warm up or stretching or what? Thank you.
Donttt soeaaaskkkkkk thisssss muchhhhhh…it makesss meee tired…off
i am a first timer and all I can do is stare at the clock and its 35 More mins
EXCELLENT WORKOUT. (Love the fact that there’s not too much loud talking which grates on the nerves after a bit) this guys voice is soothing and calm and both are doing a superb job. Thank you guys!!
1st time working out in a long time, thank you for the video, but most important the encouragement!
I just love you ma’am
This helped me a lot to boost my stamina and strength and surely loose weight.
I love your workouts. I actually look forward to the end of my workday, knowing I will be doing one of your sessions at home!

Hello from india
I love your workouts really awesome appreciate your work you are providing top quality fitness services in free thank you
I’ve benefitted from your workouts
Love your energy. It’s one of those workouts that goes by pretty quickly. I’m not looking up at the clock and you both keep me engaged.
Hi Maddie! I just saw your full body 10 workout for beginners and I really enjoyed it. I have 50 lbs to lose along with toning my mid section, legs, and arms. I’ve subscribed to your channel and will be following along. Thank you.
I’m here from the 15 min beginner no equipment workout. The 15 one at the start shattered me but now two weeks later doing it every other day it’s too easy. This is the next step. Will update tomorrow when I try it out if someone comments
What a great work out, i almost didn’t do it because it said ‘beginner’, but I’ve worked muscles and done stretches I’ve never done before!!
this looks great. I love how different your workouts are. literally everyone can do them because there will always be modifications. amazing. will try this today. I did a standing abs workout of yours for 7 weeks now (added it to my workout routine) and you can feel yourself improving while doing the exercises. best fitness channel ever, nicest people to work out with ever.:) thank you guys so much!
I am 62kg, my friend is a frequent gym junkie also 62kg. She can lift 12kg dumbells with ease in many reps, I just started weight training at 5kg dumbells. Can I keep up with her and be able to handle 12kg eventually? is there a limit of a person can lift within their BMI? Can a 62kg person able to lift 20 kg dumbells?
Thank you Body Project for all the videos. I’ve been doing the interval training hiit sessions 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I haven’t lost weight but turned it into muscle and lost inches. Along with a small change in my eating habits. Cutting out sugars, eating less carbs but making sure I eat high fat products and high protein for recovery.
My journey has started as I was diagnosed with pcos and want to have another child which hasn’t been possible as of yet. But I’m already seeing an improvement in my energy levels, pain relief and much more.
Thank you so much
Did it day 1 and day 2, day 3 break, and now in the middle of day 4 but I had miniscule pain day 3 and 4 (today) when walking/ doing daily activities. The pain is bad the first couple days were I could barely walk or stand up without my leg muscles feeling like they were really tight and ripping. But it goes away. Don’t give up, I’m not and this is my first time trying to work out.
Wow great workout you are awesome! I went at my own pace and still sweating buckets! Everything is burning from head to toe!
In what world is this beginner? This is at least intermediatory… where is the warm up? This killed my knees as I couldn’t bend how she was showing:(
I tried HIIT and was so nauseas after, but doing this one I felt challenged, but able to do it at least 90 percent so this was better! Thanks coaches!
Woah. That was hard. I finished it but I definitely couldn’t do all those push ups!
Thanks for putting out a difficult but achievable workout for us beginners.
Awesome workout guys. I have been doing body project workout for three months four times a week, and I am always cravings for more workout. I love the low impact cardio workout. For weeks, I can only do the workout for not more than 10mins but now I complete the whole workout without feeling want to give up. I think I have started to build some muscles and I’m feeling very light. Good job body project teams. Keep it up. Looking forward to more videos. Yes, I tried all your workout videos.
This is an excellent for a beginner like me! Great job guys!
Great workout guys. The first day I tried this particular workout I couldn’t follow through to the end but today I did and it feel great. Welldone!!! I’m looking forward to more.
I’ve been doing this workout 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks. do I have to change it and follow another workout? or that’s just myth?
it is definitely not for beginners because this is too tiring I almost died and I am sweating so much! but it helped

Couldn’t quite keep up with the cool down because of arthritis I can’t keep my knees strengthened. Great workout ❤️
what is the range of calories burned?
PLus
THis is too damn easy Myself From My Grave
Another amazing HASfit workout! I’m loving the Beginner Foundation program on your website!! Thanks for all you do!
Because I was sick for the last two months I wasn’t able to work out like I used to. Now I’ve lost my muscles and gained fat on my thighs and butt. I feel sad I wish I could start again but it took me two years to get a nice body and now I feel like it’s ruined.
how much weight of dumbbells do you recommend for absolute beginners(both man and woman)?
Fantastic workout!! Thank you can’t wait to start some of your programs xx
Hello Body Project! Thanks for these workouts…really helping my journey! Question for Daniele, were you a boxer sir? I recognize your hands are always up and your punching form sure looks like how I was trained…:) Anyway, thanks for offering this, has helped me much during quarantine!
I’ve been working out with Wade and Angie and this is NOT the next step. Too much of a leap. One day…
I did the other beginner workout and tried this one day. I love it! Definitely my level right now, thanks guys! I feel great! I’ll be sure to download your app!
This is a great workout if you are a little uncertain about your form. Coach gives great tips on lunges, squats and other tricky moves. Adjust your weight to up the challenge!
This helped me out today. I’ve been very sore from knee pain and needed a strength workout that wasn’t going to hurt my knee anymore that it is. With some modifications on the lunges and squats, it worked. Thanks!
Hi my name is Stephanie and I’m not a indoor person. I love hiking and I do it almost every weekend. Now during this lockdown period I need some sort if workout to keep me moving and I tried doing this work out. I would say the best. I enjoy it and it’s my day 5 doing it. To be honest I sweat a lot and I love the way how my body feels after my workout. Thank you body project.
I love this man ✌ keep up ❤ and DONE ❤♀️
I came across the channel. I subcribed cous i think this is really what i need.
And have to dry to convins my son that he must try this too.
Thank god for your channel you all didnot forget about the ones who has bad knees and cant do all that jumping from beginning to end
I went 40 mins then couldbt take it anymore not bad 4 the first attemp
Hi I love your videos❤️ could you please tell me what weights claudia is using in this workout? Thank u very much
Definitely more than a beginner workout and I would caution those who are true beginners to try a different one to avoid injuries. I am returning to a fitness lifestyle after 2 pregnancies. It would be a great beginner workout if it was slower and focuses more on form than intense intervals. Protect your audience:)
Oh geez I am out of shape! Out of work so been lazy and figured should try getting back in shape and lose some weight it was tough but at least I finished it! (Barely) now just gotta keep doing every few days… think I’m gunna need a day or two of rest after this! XD
Nice as a quick warmup, but different warmups are good for different exercises or if you are winging it do everything
Thank you guys! Your channel is my quarantine bae only one week and I can see changes on my legs. I started with cardio starter1 for 2 days; cardio starter2 for 2 days and tonight is my 3rd day on this video. Intense and worthy. Bravoooooooo
Thanks for this video! Not too difficult for me except for push up
I’ve put on at least 30 pounds since I developed arthritis. I was a swimmer before, but the pain can be pretty disabling, and some days it was about all I could manage to walk ten feet across the room… Now that I’ve been diagnosed and started medication, I feel like I’ve gotten my life back, and I don’t want to squander it… And, I do still need to increase my upper body strength for days that I need to use a cane, because I find my arms giving out after walking for a while, and it makes it hard for me to get places… Thanks for making these workouts. I’m having a low to moderate pain day (with intermittent difficulty walking), but with the easier modifications, I was still able to do most of them! I had kind of written off my future, figuring I’d probably be wheelchair-bound by thirty (I’m 20), either due to pain or just not being able to get proper exercise… But I feel like I proved something to myself by finishing this, even if my arms feel like spaghetti haha. Subscribed!
I’m kind of late with discovering this workout, but I really love this! I do this about five times a week in the morning and there’s definitely a change already. Just a little change body wise because I’ve only been doing this for a week, but mentally it made me happier and more active. Don’t hesitate and just do this workout! If you set your mind to it, you can do anything! x
I’m 47 and very much a beginner but have to start somewhere I have been doing this for a week only missing one day and it has gotten a little bit easier and I am almost about to finish the workout without resting. I am trying to get into better shape and lose some weight. What other programs might you recommend for a beginner?
WOW, that was amazing. It went by super fast. ABSOLUTELY loved this one. I liked the mix up of cardio in each session. Makes the whole work out less repetitive
NO EXCUSES ♥︎ a Full Body Workout that can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. Ff you need to pause longer feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break skip them!
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover. You can do this workout 2-3x a week and if you want to do be active on the other days: check out my Sixpack, Core & Booty Workout ♥︎:watch it here https://wishes2.com/cKGL0
Nd yaaa what should be d weight of d dumbles Nd I can dis at home itlself…no need to go to gym
Today was the first time in a long time that I held through a workout; even earlier today I was being so negative and discouraging about myself but by thinking through of why I felt that way and coming to a better understanding led to me let go of the negativity. It led me to finishing a workout I never would’ve thought of accomplishing especially on a “bummy” day like today. Thank you popsugar fitness!
who else clicked on this video bc they’re in quarantine and have nothing else to do
I’m 54 with knee pain. Is it ok if I do these exercises. My weight is 60 kg. What should be the weight of the dumbbell generally?
I have watched other beginners workout and they were showing the moves fine… but somehow I felt lost. Now seeing this video I realized missing someone cheering me and courages me.. The other only had music on it. Thank you for this video. You two leading us very well. Subscribed!
Daniel’s born to do this….am graduating to this one in two days, although I have already lost 10kgs just watching it
Second time doing this and woah I sweat way more oh I had to use three different weights. The last move I can hardly do ha
thank you, team body project!!!continuously and religiously doing all these exercise!!!
Thank you Body Project for helping me get my health back and feel strong again. I had my baby in Feb of 2018 and struggled so much with weight post partum. Months later had an emergency surgery (miscarriage) and was in pain and recovering for months. I decided to start doing videos for exercise and found you guys. I started with your “easier” videos so I could finally take control again of my weight and get to feeling strong and healthy again. Now I’m doing your more advanged videos and actually keeping up! Already lost over 10 pounds and I just cant express how thankful I am. Its really a ministry you guys are doing…blessing so many people with the opportunity to get fit at home. THANK YOU!!!
Damn. It’s been a week since I watched the last upload? Time flies with high quality content man…
Completed this workout several times before I came down with a nasty cold two weeks ago. Thought I’d recovered enough to resume my normal workout routine, but the gasping for air seven minutes in proved otherwise…
Can anyone recommend a gentle, but energizing, workout for recovering from illness?
First workout, 6 weeks postpartum. Kicked my ass in a good way. Thanks
IMOYou seem like the type to be living free and single… if you haven’t already bro! Please dont fall for cupid, this is not the era! You are too peaceful for the drama that comes in a relationship real shit great vid & awsome t shirt (06.20.20) -alex, VA
Have to be VERY careful with anything that has high impact on the body or knees. I do not recommend jumping jacks or any excersize involving the knees until your doctor okays you for that according to your weight. Once you blow out a knee, it’s over so be very careful.
Oldie but a goodie. I’m not a beginner but I like these moves!
Really enjoying your videos man. I was starting to get bored of my regular workout which was demotivating me. Your approach to fitness ties in perfectly with my meditation and my general approach to life, it’s renewed my enthusiasm for fitness and physical well-being, so thank you. Bless.
New to the channel & a beginner with strenght exersices. I would like to watch a video explaining how the breading works during this type of exersices.
Great content!
It’s very good workout for beginners. Congratulations. I will follow your channel for more exercises
Awesome workout! Thanks for that… I thought it was funny when you said ‘if you wanna make this more difficult… Hahaha’…
I’m so out of shape but you guys give me motivation to keep going! Thank you!
Awesome add on to my 2 beginner work outs, Best on the net (SIDE!)
Thank you for the terrific channel I will share with all those who ask what I do for training

LOve your sweetness… reminds me capoeira when i practised a lot when i was young lol…
RE-Connection to my basics, and this natural sweetness…
Thank you Sir
Thanks for this work out. Am in week two and am loving it. Big up from Kenya.
Man, I am so glad I found this channel!!! Thank you so much!!!! Great video!!!❤️♂️
this was great I am recovering from a back injury and this was a great workout especially if your like me and had to take time off of working out. It was easy movements but I was still challenged by the reps. I am diffidently going to be doing this workout everyday!
This was a great workout. Glad I gave it a shot! I’ve gladly become a subscriber to your channel! Thank you for the videos!
OMG! I am sweating buckets!!! That was tough! But I am definitely energized!!
Hi
I have questions
Every day I do run ♀️ 20 min and do some pushups and abs and leg is that good
Or run more in a day and other day do the other thing
My aim loss wight
Love your videos dude, one small request which would really really help out. So I’m currently rehabbing my knees, and some movements (not sure which) in your full body workout follow alongs end up inflaming my knees. Could you please make a beginner’s strength guide to develop only the upper body? That way once I’m done with physiotherapy and get my knees back on track, I can start doing full body movements. Thanks again!
Not as good as the newer videos. I will stick to them as they are more catered to beginners
how do i uderstannd when to change the workout from this to something harder? and which one should i attempt adter this?
Well I guess I’m below beginner bc I was tired in the first 5min
I have question the total of calories the left side is for women and right side is for men right?
Hi Doctor Jo! Do you recommend stretching before and after exercise? Or do you think just after is fine?
Hey all! Thanks so much for joining me over on this channel! I am so incredibly excited to start this journey with you all and to help motivate and inspire you to get moving!! So much more to come on this channel! Make sure you’re subscribed with your post notifications turned ON! Much love xx -Maddie
Can you do a 20 minute beginners full body workout? Your workouts are the best.
Urghhh like half done… callin here for now I’m so outta shape I’ll try to do more tomorrow lol
Excellent workout, thanks for helping me start my fitness journeyf
You speak to much and didn’t say when change the workout… please
This was awesome!!!! Being in quarantine for a while I was getting tired of some of the online workouts. This totally was a body workout!!
Whenever i stretch even normal stretches my body pain next days. That’s why i need good stretches that don’t give muscle pains later
nice exercise for after surgery. I had chest wall resection and reconstruction. this will help me mobilize my body again after sitting on my butt for 8 months. Thanks
Fantastic workout! This didn’t feel like a beginner workout lol
I would love it if all the floor exersizes and standing ex were grouped so there is not so much up and down. Really makes me dizzy
This was tough but helped so much. I had open heart surgery last year and I’m trying to get back in shape and be stronger. Thanks! (:
Q1. For how long should I keep doing this particular set of exercise? When will I know that I have to change? 1 week, 2 weeks???
2. How many times in a week should I do this?
I love the encouragement and the fact you stay with us during the entire workout your voices are very soothing and relaxing.. thank you!!
I almost fainted.. Maybe it’s bc of my low blood pressure but this is already really hard for me I need like 5-10 sec break in every exercise
I’ll be doing this for 1 month
Day 1*Ahhhhhhhhhh my ribs hurt
Day 2*
Day3*
I discovered your channel today. I will do your exercises daily. My goal is to gain flexibility and, if possible, a little strength too.
I’m a beginner and this was a good place to start. You’re gonna be out of breath when you do this. If you wasnt then its not one for you. Thanks Madfit. Ive been doing this for a few days now morning and in the afternoon. I’ve been dieting and I have dropped 1.2% body fat!
This killed me.. But it’s worth seeing the progress of my body:))
Thank you hasfit for this great moves and for amazing motivation!
I am a beginner and this was kinda hard for me. But I did enjoy it and i feel like I got some endorphin release from it. I’m going to try to do this and walk my dog immediately after to get more exercise
This is my first time. 45 yr old 5’6 and reached 175 lbs!!!! How did that happen? Lol I really enjoyed this with variation because I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. Thank you for this.
This workout had me SOOO SORE!! Love it. I’m back again. I love this channel.
When she asked me how I’m doing, I almost cussed her out but I’m thankful for her and I know this will benefit me♥♥
This video is easy to follow even though I’m a couch potato lmao. I started while I was in quarantine and to everyone who finds it hard in the beginning, it gets easier overtime to the point that you’ll find yourself doing the advanced version of some of her workouts. Don’t give up!!
Finally completed this for my first time. It’s tough but great! I will have to work my way up to your cardio speed, but the strength training was a lot of fun. Loved the work on my back, really feeling it!
Just letting everyone who is saying they are below beginner know. #1 you have to start somewhere. I know it is tough and I know you feel like you are going to pass out. I started this 2 or 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t get through it. If you stick with it you can do it. Happy to say I just finished without stopping all 10 minutes. I was very tired when it was done but it is possible just keep at it. You can do it. Remember the journey of 1,000 miles requires that you take the 1st step. I am hopeful in another 2 or 3 weeks I will be able to go up to 15 minutes. You can do it and never let anyone tell you that you can’t I’m 47, so trust me I know it is tough.
I know this is kind of old and you may not be picking up comments, but just FYI I am 65 and not in great shape, but fairly active with a fair amount of walking and I’ve been looking to increase strength and endurance and trying to find a true beginner’s workout for someone my age that feels like work but that I can actually do (mostly)! This workout fits that bill. I hope to do it daily until I feel stronger. Then maybe add something more challenging. You would do well to promote this for “younger” seniors like myself. When you look for workouts for seniors, you get a lot of chair stuff and things that are just way too “light” for someone looking to actually build strength. And most “beginner” workouts are just really untouchable for true beginners of my age. This one is perfect. Thanks for posting this!
Who’s doing this cause there in online school and ur teacher makes u
Thank you for the content. Love the movements. Just had surgery to repair my collar bone. Mtb crash.
So looking forward to putting the work in and becoming stronger than ever.
Mike
Deceptively simple. Very effective and painfully challenging!
Can we take take short breaks while performing it? Doing it continously is just too hard. I’ll be waiting for your reply.
I”m currently living in Colombia and I just want to thank to Body Project for helping me to change my lifestyle specially in this tough times of quarantine..You all are awesome!!
Love this workout. It’s a killer one. Will be doing it every other day for at least two weeks to better my intensity.
You’re the best, man. “Woopa!” (Sounds like that? Just fun) hahaha
What’s the application that you are using in the video, please??
Another great strength session! Since being quarantined and gym closing, I’ve been doing your workouts at home literally everyday. Thanks for the helpful content and motivation.
Thank you so so much. This isexactly what I needed thisevening. I plan on doing this a lot during our stay-at-homing! Thank you again
My body hurts.
And im already skinny as heck
But i’ve been in my bed all quarantine
Imagine just being able to put your legs up in the air like that after everything else you did lmaoo nope you lost me at that one
no joke, I’m lying on the floor while typing this, drenched in sweat. Guess I am a few levels below beginner XD Let’s hope i can get myslf to do this again in the next few days
Definitely the best beginner full body workout i found so far. It is challenging, but it makes me happy to die while doing it:P
Hi, I have been doing your 10 minute video. It’s great for getting me moving during lockdown. I’m not quite as flexible as you are but after 3 days I am starting to feel better. Thank you.
Day 1 of doing this beginner exercise & i couldn’t finish it had to stop at 6:40 but im determined tot complete a whole 30 days of this exercise after this 1 month im planning to go to the public gym and have a personal trainer eventually my goal is to make working out a lifestyle and go enjoy it ❤️
Am a beginner one, my hubby cheat on me..and i decide to do this workout to proof that i’ll be his exciting and adorable one
I’m only two weeks into this one and it’s still tough! Thanks guys!
My level is below beginner. I used to be at a quite good level, going to the gym 5 times a week, doing weight lifting. I then started to be constantly in pain and shortly after got diagnosed with endometriosis, so I had to slowly quit everything as I would often been bedridden. After 2 years and a half I am finally starting to feel better and I would like to get back into sport. It is quite discouraging to see how poor is my current shape, but these short workouts seems like a good beginning for me. I cannot really 100% keep up but it’s just 10 minutes, so it means it’s not a total body shocker. In the moment I’ll manage to keep up with this, I know for sure I’ll be able to slowly switch to longer and harder workout. I’m so looking forward.
I just did this workout for the first time! It’s a killer! I will definitely be back! Gotta get dem gainz!
Cudn’t stop my tears after this workout. Those were the tears of happiness for completing this great but tiring workout with some breaks and not giving up. The coach’s encouraging word keep me going. Thank you so much.
I Wonder how much calories this was if it‘s just a warm up
Years ago, when I made exercise a priority, this would’ve been easy for me but now, it’s a challenge for me to complete this. Whew. Thanks Maddie! I’m thankful to have found this quick beginner full-body workout. I know if I stick with it, I’ll be “mountain climbing” etc with easy… and using this as my warmup too.
How many days i’ve gone throu dis
18 (maybe in a month I will be deleting this comment and switch to a new one like uhh 20 min? So if you can’t find my comment… you know why)
Ps:Donut if you see this please reply to me I haven’t seen you in such a long time
thumbs up from Holland!!thanks for the great exercise brother
we found this channel while staying at home during thsi Covid-19 pandomia. We love to do an exercise each day with ma daughter and son. Greetings from Budapest.
Was a challenge but I’m feeling great for completing it!! Thankyou body project once again!!
I’m an almost 30 year old man, I’ve never in my life followed along to a video like this but honestly, I’m going to grab a chair and a belt now, after skimming through, I’m going to sit and fully give it a go, the entire thing, if it sincerely helps I’ll start doing it often!
How often should I do this workout? So far I’ve been doing ut every day which is working for me. At what point should I change to a different one?
Fantastic workout!
When I get into a deep squat with heels on the ground, the lower part of my shins, on the front of my legs start to hurt quickly. That is the only thing that is preventing me from doing deep squats. What exercises would you recommend to improve the shins situation? Thanks!
Today finally I did it…..
Whole 40 minutesssssssssss yyaaaahhhhh
I like your style and delivery. My only comment is I gave it to a senior to do, and she commented that you don’t stretch each side on each exercise and she was confused. I told her to stop the video to catch up, but it was not conventinet.. ie beginning with the neck stretch.. It’s an old video, but thought I would still give you feedback.. THANKS:)
Thank you so much for doing this video. Haven’t really “worked out” since HS. Need to get my butt in shape planning to run a 10K…I’m not a runner either. This video kicked my butt. I’m not the most coordinated person, either, so it took me a pit to get the correct arm and correct leg. I plan on doing this until it gets easy and then move on. Thank you again!
I am here because of quarantine and help body muscles relax.
I’m just beginning this type of workout after doing mainly cardio for over the last couple of years. This workout made me sweat and it was just the right amount of difficulty for my level of fitness! Thanks for sharing…great video! I esp. appreciate all the commentary throughout that helps me make sure I am doing each exercise correctly!
Keeping my balance without a chair is part of the stretch, im stretching to skateboard
I clicked like just because you are not afraid of kryptonite! Seriously, I really like your videos.
Just reading the comment section while I stop the video trying to catch my breath..
I can honestly say that out of all the workouts on Popsugar, Anna’s are my favourite by far, really enjoy the flow of her exercises.
The best channel ever hands down!! such creative content
The mountain climber is hard to do when you have some tummy, because it’s in the way.
After doing this workout I realised that I wasn’t a beginner.
Because I was able to do this whole workout without stopping.
But for a beginner it is perfect…
It’s the truth that do weight training for 1 hour but it can continuous for many hour? (Sorry for my grammar)
I am such a beginner. This workout already took it out of me. But hey, we have all got to start somewhere, right? This is just my day 1.
This was a great, tough workout. Love the isometric work. You should try rotating some of your older classes through youtube for us newbies.
i dont feel the strech? is that because im doing yoga? im not so flexible but this ones are…dont know maybe im doing wrong:D
If you are looking for a good beginner workout or a lighter workout when you feel sore from heavy training, this routine is perfect. Fitnessblender is the best!
Great workout. It is not too hard, but still challenging. Great way to start your day, without being totally exausted.
am i the only one who loves the back decoration??? so pretty <3
Bruh our P.E teacher keeps sending us workout videos like these during quarantine, and ive noticed a pattern where in every video, the person doing the excercises is a attractive woman, lmao
Sizin sayenizde zayıflıyor murlu oluyorum ula gavurlar teşekkürler
Idk if I’d necessarily say everyone should be able to do this lmfao
Hey Pop Sugar. Just noticing the title of this video is strength training but it seems a lot like the video is actually a more of a cardio class (as the host mentions at the beginning). Hoping you can update the title so people do know what they’re getting into! Thanks:)
Just came across this page was looking for a great work out and thanks to you I got it.
I’m just starting out so I had to take my time but thank you so much will continue to work out from your videos from now on.
I love your trainings, it makes me happy and sporty:) thank you
Thank you so much, this was so challenging for me as a beginner but I loved it and will defiantly be use it more often ❤️
Thanks so much guys, especially Daniel! Please keep it iup! Love from Hong Kong.
Have had trouble sleeping recently. This workout really helped me relax and feel my inner strength. Didn’t even notice the time. Love it! Gonna do it tomorrow. ❤️
Hey… I start today but hardly I can do 10 minutes my heart beats go so high I can’t do anymore… What do I do? Please guide me
I love HASfit! They have motivated me to keep working out for five months now
You are such a great motivator, man.you always push us to the limits, your energy and intensity are awesome, keep these videos coming
Having started from the low intense videos, I found this one particularly difficult for my knees, especially the left one, but stayed until the end and tried the exercises I found hard somewhat differently. Thank you again for another great video!
Another great beginner or just a “maintainer”… I do these to maintain muscle strength & flexibility. Thank you!
awesome!! thanks so much:D love it especially the stretches!!
As a total beginner this is haaard af but I’ll be doing this everyday for the next 2 weeks until I am able to complete it because rn I stop a lot and never got to do the last 2 work outs and the stretches I am too exhausted by then so hopefully by the end of the next 2 weeks I’ll be able to work out the whole video but it’s a great work out thanks:)
I have plantar fascia today I had an injection to help me walk. I saw your videos tonight the stretching for the calf and toes felt good. I am sharing it with my therapist. Your videos are awesome thanks for the stretches.
Again started working out with this after 3.5 months break, feels good, also was a little bit dizzy at the end, haha. Feels great.:D
I lasted 10 minutes haha but I’m fasting and can’t drink water so i’ll try to do this twice a week to begin with
9/5일 운동 일지
-30분짜리에서 이걸로 바꿔서 해보았다.
-첫날이라서 아직 잘 모르겠지만 30분짜리보다 더 힘든 느낌?
-다리 운동이 살짝 부족함
Your channel is great for people who wants to get fit.
Cardio exercises is a must this days.
Keep it up
More power to your Team
How long we need to rest after this workout before taking a bath.
I love your videos but this is not suitable for beginners. It is actually quite discouraging for beginners to try such a difficult workout and fail miserably. Perhaps you should re-categorize this video.
Watching warmup “Well I can see he likes his…
circles.”
In Japan for a couple weeks and needed a workout that wasn’t going to be too noisy or require equipment! Thanks for making this!
This is a fun challenge! I’m below a beginner level and I got through this with some modifications the first time. I was surprised to find that it wasn’t aggitating my sciatica, but it made the whole day more manageable for my back. I’m gonna try to just do a little better each time with less modifications until I can do this fluidly throughout. I wanna die, but I feel great!
Could you follow me around and just narrate my entire day?
i am going to share you to my friends. A lot of people are ashamed at becoming so unfit and scared to start doing something about it. So many botoxed heavily made up instructors out there and that is so intimidating. You two look great and natural which actually encourages normal people to go ahead and give it a go. Please keep sharing.
Is it ok to start with only the first 10 minutes each day and add 10 more each week?
I know it seems easy for many but for someone that has been out of shape for sometime, this looks like a real challenge although I like it. I think it has everything on it. I cannot wait to be able to do it all in one day. Please try to answer to my question. Thanks
You’re awesome man! This small but majestic routine is almost tailor made for me and my current physical situation, specially with my sticky, almost static amnesic hip and glutes. I’ll enjoy doing this and shoot back some feedback your way. I’d be subbing immediately to GUIDED if I could, but wow am I ever broke as hell!!
Stupid workout…no time limits.. making fool to ppl…. horrible…huh
This is a bit of a challenge to me. Just made it through once. What other videos would you recommend at the same level?
A very challenging routine for a beginner =) Thank you Anna! Each of your videos makes me wanna do more and more sport (But obviously i don’t have the time).
