Thank you for delivering this workout!!!! This is so challenging for me and I cant definitely feeling my core is working hard on the swiss ball!
where do you get the music that you use for your videos? I love it!!!
Not enough strength to lift both legs without holding on— will have to work on this goal.
Hi there. These exercises can apply to neuro myelitis optica spectrum disorder. It was known as Devics disease for decades and was always thought to be a rare but nasty form of MS. Now they know it is a separate condition. The exercises should help I assume with us.
Super, но было тяжело. Вся вспотела, аж пот бежит и это очень хорошо
I’m new to your channel and your routines are functional and next level. You are truly one of the best trainers I have come across in a long time. I have to work on balance and functional movements everyday. I’m a fan and a subscriber.:)
Thank you for these motivational videos because doing exercise alone does not motivate me
Used to be in a wheelchair. Now me walking and still doing exercises. If I don’t my body gets slack.
Thanks for this video. I needed a hard training with stability ball. What size of ball are you using, please?
Hey man, thanks very much! Definitely going into my favorites playlist.
In cossack squats let the other leg on which there is no weight to point towards the sky…
I love your workouts. I’m always looking for a change up to keep things fresh and I love your variations and combos
Better off working on his posture! I have had MS 25 years and can see what he needs to work on! MS society are so far behind. He’s very stiff in his hips strength exercises don’t work very well with MS because it is not the muscles that have the problem! Coordination is the problem starts off with good posture.
I have SPMS with drop foot. At first, it was sooo difficult because I had to adapt to some of the movements (drop foot). I also breathe with my belly instead of my lungs. Why? Because it’s the proper way to breathe and it also extends the lungs.
This video was wonderful! Thank you.
I cannot do any of these exercises properly. Or maybe my body is so weak it takes more for me to get to the point of being able to do them. My body is very weak
You were right, this was tough! Way more than I thought. Thanks!
I love the fact that you show the importance of form in each exercise. These are good techniques to perform to help with balance and gait mobility.
Continue to keep up the great work. God bless you always!
Chuzo man viene ahora a hablar de entrenamiento funcional…
Just tried the whole workout.
Each exercise for 30secs for each leg.
One hell of a workout!!!!
Thank you for exercises that I can successfully do! Just the right amount of time and all helpful areas. It took me years to find this.
Hey Eero, perhaps a video on knee joint mobility would be helpful for a lot of people. Thank you very much if you’re able to make this:)
lol you wanna be my personal trainer cuz knowing me I’ll do it wrong haha
Hi madam… I love ur videos… It’s help me a lot. Recently(4 months) I went acl reconstruction surgery…. Could u tell me what kind of exercises can I do for strengthing my knee joint… I am a sports person.
Love the kang squat! Is there a difference between the cossack squat and a side lunge?
I finally got to do this one and OMG!!! There are stability ball workouts and then there’s your stability ball workout. Not gonna lie. Had to do some of it on my knees. But what a great workout. My hamstrings and abs are on I already know I’ll be coming back to this one so I can step up my game. Thanks, Caroline!!!
Hey! I’m playing soccer and have realized that something I want to improve is my balance. Is there a certain balance workout you could recommend for me? I would love to know what exercises to do, reps and how many times a week! Thank u so much for the videos
Now I’m feeling strong because I got 3kg of lean muscle in 1 month. I only visited website called Next Level Diet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan with amazing tips. Believe me!!! #*Next Level Diet*
how do i know when its time to increase the amount of weight when using free weights
Hi Caroline, I DO IT IN THE MORNING ! My hammies are starting to “talk” about fire on them I like unilateral way so I did twice more then bilateral tricky hamstring isolation exercise. Deep core exercise are so useful spine stretcher. I feel it! You are such a pleasant suprise in life full of fake trainers and You Tubers! All with knowledge and mind!
My stability ball has been inflated & cleared of dust ready for tomorrow afternoon. The morning is reserved for a bicycle ride outdoors. PS The info when the actual workout starts is very useful.
Hey FRIEND.. I’m a personal trainer in New York City and I use your routines with my clients.. thanks.. anyone who is critical about your form doesn’t understand that everyone’s body is different and we all move differently.. what hurts one person may feel comfortable to another..vice versa.. thanks friend…
I have MS and these exercises are…kinda easy? for me at least I lost my balance true but my issue is stamina and yeah ofcourse I get tired more easyly…but i thought these could help me walk more streight…
While I don’t have MS, I have had three strokes resulting in foot drop, loss of balance, and cramping. Cramping is a constant problem especially at night when going to sleep. Any suggestions?
Nunca fiz um exercício com bola, vou tentar executar esse.
Great workout video!! I will use on my self and my athletes!!
That was tough, Caroline! I thought I was OK at press-ups until I tried them all the ball!
Great video…if you visit Fresno I would like to collaborate on a training video…I like your philosophy of embracing diff exercise ideas….
Thank you soooo much for this! That’s what I was looking for. It’s such a relief knowing that there is someone who knows our needs. Thanks again!
loved this-i will be using your youtube a great deal more-thanks
Thanks Obi for this wonderful, basic, Practical informative, beautifully crafted work. Happy New Year!!!
If you could do more videos on nutrition, Step by step eating to loose fat, I know you already have a video on that, but new ones have more info and always help. Thanks again!!!
I don’t have a stability ball yet, but this looks so fun and challenging, I am tempted to try it
Also, the shorts look so bomb on you! Much love.❤️
Thank you so much for the videos! They really motivated me to start exercising again with my Ms
It’s the next day and I’m actually sore! Heart rate didn’t go over 100 during this workout so I wouldn’t consider it HIIT but the exercises were great for strength and stability! Only thing is that I don’t like wearing glasses during my workout and it’s hard to read the tips. Would much prefer form tips instead of music. Thanks for a great workout!
I have hereditary spinocerebellar ataxia.. Iam just 34 and beginning to acquire symptoms
Will ur exercises help
And i suffer from head trembling also
Awesome Video I love adding your moves to my routine. Keep up the great work.

I am in my 5th week of PT, and we are doing exercises, a little longer. I absolutely love it and it is working. I have a question though, the burning and stabbing pains afterwards, is horrible, any advice? I may have another 4 weeks, or not, due to insurance. I will be doing these exercises at home, after PT is over. This pandemic has closed gyms in Michigan.
what is that giant Bosu? I have never seen that creature before.
Now I’m feeling strong because I got 3kg of lean muscle in 1 month. I only visited website called Next Level Diet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan with amazing tips. Believe me!!! #*Next Level Diet*

I just bought a stability ball!! This was perfect timing thank uuu♥️
Dear Redefining Strength, I was wondering if you could give me your permission to use your link and image in my written work for my dissertation? I need to list some exercises. Kind Regards
Ok, yes, you have great balance, Now, I have a challenge for you.. balance with both feet on a physio ball and use the kettlebells
Goodness. Great workout. I’d enjoy it much more if we didn’t repeat the round, but rather opt for other exercises. Looking forward to the next stability workout.
My first full workout with the ball and loving it.. The ball was always there and this time I used it to the maximum.. Thanks to you
Not bad, but can you make a video where you really workout the legs HARD, like jumping split squats with turning 180 Degrees…or something like that, you are the creative guy…
Hey there, I’m a member at msworkouts.com but was browsing the channel for more tips on core strength and balance. The exercises in this video are ideal but I suffer with terrible vertigo and cannot lie flat on my back, I need to support my head at almost a 45 degree angle or I get EXTREMELY nauseated and dizzy. Could you suggest some modifications to the crunch and hip bridge, because I’d really like to get my core toned as well as improve my balance. Great resource ☺️
Thanks for taking care of people with MS! That is such an important work to do!
I am a yoga therapist, in Saint Louis, and I specialize in helping people with MS. I can see the improvements in my students after just a few months! It is amazing when students realize they can improve their health condition just by learning to focus on their body and recover balance, flexibility and strength (and confidence as a natural result!). Thanks again!
I need to watch this for school. Is it possible to say for this not to be used for education purposes so I wont have phys ed
My back is so weak that I can’t walk with a straight back. I have to use a walking aid, like old people use. Could I regain the use of my back by making it stronger through exercise and what exercise do you recommend? Thanks so much xxx
Due to MS, my body can’t do any of this exercise. Do you think do exercise with an indoor bike would help me?
Do you recommend anything for kneed pain? To do or to stay away from?
Awesome channel, Thank you so much for these educational videos. You’re one of my favorite trainer on YouTube
can i do your workouts for my grandmother who had a stroke but she cant stand or walk without my aid sorry for my bad english
Muy buena rutina, pero. Los ejercicios de balance, equilibrio, y proporción se deben realizar sin calzado.
A diagnosis of multiple sclerosis has led Jennifer to require vehicle modifications. The process is very expensive.
Your contribution of even $5 is greatly appreciated.

Did this workout yesterday and WOW! My abs are really feeling it today, that’s what I love, thank you so much Caroline! x
You the best bro. Not one training video you have that’s useless. Keep it up great workouts and genuine encouragement and humble at the same time. That makes a world of difference in connecting with all people. Keep it up.
Great videos about MS! I was able to create a requested yoga class to one of my MS client by watching them. Thank you so much.
Hola, felicidades por tú trabajo, me gustaría saber dónde comprar el body extra large. Tx
By now, I have become your ardent fan. I can see you in my dreams training me. I wish to meet you some day and take your autograph
Are they good for neurological patients who face little problems
Ouch! That was tough but thank you. I struggle to even get balanced for the plank to pike and plant tuck any advice/alternatives would be appreciated.
These were so easy to do, which is the level I needed! This is one of the best workout videos I have ever found because of that and also because you took your time. Thank you! I will be doing these a lot.(:
I love your first group of exercises. I will use them in my Tai Chi class as part of our warmup. Thank you.
Do anybody know about Episoketren System? Does it work? I hear many people improve their soccer skills using it with this popular training program.
omg, this was so much harder than i thought, my abs are on fire! this workout made me realize i have so much to improve… the pike and leg raises are still impossible for me, but i’m not giving up! i’m definitely going to incorporate this workout on my routine. thank you!
Great video. Always find helpful vids here. Thank you for wearing the sexy tights again. Put up an Amazon wish list so I can buy you some more!
It’s amazing what can be done without all that fancy gym equipment now, I have no more excuses…Lol!
Thank you so much for putting the exercises with links in the description! Super super helpful.
Working on balance is necessary after age 50. It becomes even more so when you have hip joint replacement as you lose some nerves that are part of the bodies balance input. Balance really becomes degraded if you have a full neck fusion. You need to work on your balance every day. These exercises are very helpful
Thank you for fresh ideas for my training, I’m enjoying your videos!
Great video!! kb front complex is lit for leg day like fresh crepes
I’ve been diagnosed with MS for 10yrs & its gotten worse within the last 5 yrs and I have found these MS Workouts exercises THE BEST!
Thank you.
What does it mean if my ankle feels like it straining itself when doing the one legged balances.
Single leg squats do you have a program/method that helps to build up to being able to do those?
i can imagine these exercises on balance would help tone your butt too. #squats
I am so happy I’m discovered this channel. My balance is so messed up I couldn’t do any of these exercises but I will keep trying.
I am a track & field coach and these exercises are so easy to understand AND DO! My older private personal training clients have greatly benefitted from all of your exercises. Thank you! Can’t wait to see what you do next. You have a real talent for teaching by example.
Just found this channel, really good information and this guy looks great no homo
Folks dont realize balance is a learned/practiced skill. it comes it goes. Doing your exercises means it will never go.
I think you showed the skater lunge twice did you come up with all these exercises yourself?
I dont know how you come up with so many innovative exercises. Absolutely love your videos. Mind blowing exercises!!
Top notch stuff. Much love from WA, state.
Are you based out of England?
i keep on watching you videos and i followed some of your workouts and now it really gave me not just good results but a great results! thank you Vahva Fitness! keep it up! btw, i kept on downloading your vids to help me and guide me to such thing and also makes me inspire to go to gym:)
Can someone analyse balance and stability workout and show us a comprehensible progression to master it
These are really great. It’s nice that you’ve added music but I’d actually prefer not to have the music and have you give out instructions and alignment tips so that I don’t have to keep looking at the screen while doing the workout.
For someone looking to improve their performance for sports, are these examples of exercises that they could use?
thanks for all the great exercises! I’ll be sure to try them with my clients
Tout vos programmes sont géniaux dommage dans les explications je n arrive pas à traduire!!!!
❤️❤️❤️ I love your creativity and cueing. Thanks for elevating training videos.
esto es genial…
de verdad que estos ejercicios me sirven para lo q hago… gracias hermano y abrazo energetico…
HI Obi,this is my 1st time watching any of your videos, I enjoyed it. Are you stateside? will you be at the upcoming Fit Expo in LA? like to meet you in person.
I don’t have MS, but these exercises are insanely overlooked in normal workout programs. Also I love the enthusiasm!
Thank you very much.. Really inspired by this video but need to ask that i am an ms female patient aged 26 yrs, I only have difficulties with balance which is being an obstacle to live an happy life can u suggest few tips as my ms was diagnosed 5 years back and i was injected as well but its been 5 to 6 yrs nw and m still hving problems in balance plz plz suggest something???
It feels like he is just playing with his body when he trains. And that turkish get up he is doing seems great!!
I’d very much like to train with a guy like this. Same reason I like Chris Jones so much, they’re absolutely killing it. But this is just training on a very sophisticated level in my opinion
There is more benefit training balance when you are barefoot. Your foot can use the toes to grip and you activate the foot sensors better. Train your feet more:-)
It was great. First I thought that is easy but after the first exercises I was fighting. Love it!
Thank you so very much! This truly helped me today. I will be watching your videos daily!! It took so long for me to find exactly what I needed, and this is it!! I can’t thank you enough!
And I’m here… Watching this video while eating biscuits….
My neck pains while doing this. Abs, diaphragm breathing all ok, but neck is where i break down, even after 30 sec.
I`m very satisfied and inspired all of your videos, god bless and keep doing it♂️(Fr. )
Great stuff! I love using bands to teach pistol squats, bands are great for helping people learn and progress with body weight exercises. KBs are also easy to throw in car and take to clients, I am offering that a lot now in Days of the virus.
the exercises you show were really effective. you’ve got great content. thank you, and please keep making such videos ✌
This was an awesome workout big thanks Caroline
I am absolutely thrilled to have found this channel! Your explanations are spot-on and the enthusiasm is absolutely contagious! Not only do I have MS, but I have severe hyper flexibility in my knees and I am fighting every day to still be able to walk. Thank you so much for all the information!
very nice..sir i can’t do exercise because there is so much pain itching burning in my neck.
Great workout. Quite tough I must confess. Please let me know some core stretches to properly cool down.
No MS though found out I do need them they were also pretty tough..
I’m rebuilding strength in my legs after a car accident last year that fractured my pelvis. I’m getting back into skateboarding and these videos are very helpful for regaining my balance and leg strength. Thank you!
just watched this video! really helpfull! keep up the good work!
i don’t subscribe to many channels watched your kettlebell vid then this one… great exercises!
Dear Caroline, what a pleasure to see newest video Love how you as a professional use swiss ball and create advanced training program by superetting various types of excercises for the trunk. Lumbar stabilization all of us need as well as core and hemastring strenght. So I am amazed how you concept it all in few minutes! Tommorow I MUST DO IT ALL

Uhmmm at the third exercise my foot doesn’t stay against my thigh…..
Hello Obi, i follow a 5 days a week full body workout routine. Can i implement this workout as a 6th? And still recover properly?I want to work on my functional abilities but i dont find a way to implement them..
Love your videos btw, keep up the good work bro.
Finally someone who goes straight to the point of the video without an annoying or cingy intro
Where do you fit this in to your training. I am doing a 4 days split. Pull legs push cardio. I do abs and back for 15 minutes every day. And a day off when I feel like it. Last time I did 14 days without a break. I think this is a great workout but where to fit in. I am 60 years old.
Stability ball workouts are one of my favorites! This was so good!
Love your videos. Thanks. So excited an exercise plan for people w MS. Is this a monthly subscription? What is the cost?
Oh Em Gee that guy is such hi slave and master punisher
He is really putting that guy in the blue through some punishing exercises.
Damn
Can you please make it a balance workout, instead of just showing the exercises? That would be great. Thank you. I like to do balance workouts on their own. They’re pretty demanding, but quiet, which is great for certain workout days. They also serve as an excellent meditation since you really have to focus. So balance workouts on their own have extensive value.
new subscriber, great workouts, can’t wait to try them out, all the way from Eswatini,Africa.
Turn the heat up in that gym man, you’re about to cut pepperoni holes in that shirt!
Thank you ao much for your time to make these MS video’s.
It’s fantastic!
They are very helpful!
I’m m definitely going to try the last two! Love your videos and insight
I think you strength your abs more tan any other part of the body right?
Hi, I’m from Costa Rica. greetings to everyone in the world; brother you are a great coach and I would like to continue learning from a functional trainer as good as you are, I hope one day I can attend your training center and meet you. you are excellent coach
This is was a great workout, made me realize just how much work I need to strengthen my core. Do you have any workouts on stability balls for beginner core so I can build up strength like you?
Awesome video!! I’m shopping around for a program and I think I might have just found one. Such a soothing voice to listen to, you make everything sound possible lol
Your video guy needs a gimbal or stabilizer. Great informative video, just got a little dizzy watching it.
Thank you for the chair exercise… I can’t get up off the floor so the other two are not doable right now, but will keep trying… xo
Good instructional workout. This is my first time checking out your videos. You are knowledgeable and you explain the movements well. I liked and subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work and I like you enjoy fitness and helping others get healthy.
Nice workout! Love stabilization! ❤️
Was killer after my dumbbell training.
Great stuff brotha. I will be doing these and passing it on to my people. Thank you.
hey bro, whats up with the click bait… i want to see the shreds!!!!: )
i have never seen this kind of bosu before. is it better than the normal one? if it is, why? thanks
Hello,
I like your videos; I would like to thank you for sharing with us your hard work and time. Do you have a ” paypal” account?
Thanks,
N.
Obi just wondering if you could give your own personnel advise on your daily meal intake and gym routine that would go along with it thanks
Thank you so much I was dx 15 years ago and I am still standing ♥️
Wow this is good! I want to learn how to play football but I have flat feet, one worse than the other, so my balance is pretty bad. I have a feeling this will help me a great deal getting there. Thank you!:)
My Feedback Hmmm… Do an open session one day with your fans! It’ll be Sick. PS I use your routines in the gym n get great compliment lol.
Great video. Easy to follow instructions Got yourself a New Subscriber here.
thank you for showing these exercises! just as curiosity, how do you manage to record these with empty gym? do you own the fitness centre? I noticed in most of your movies.
Love You Joanna Soh….I’m Trying to concentrate but you are a major distraction
How do you get in that position? I keep falling over balancing on one leg after 4 or 5 seconds
Hi, I have starting for myopathy. I have balance issues and not able to lift my leg while climbing steps. Will it good for those things
Love this workout, Caroline! Your abdominals are getting stronger!
have you ever had to stop working out for some time because of injury? if so, how did you cope with it?
Wow, this is great information this is motivation to get back in shape. Very professional
The puppy was the highlight of the video she is like what the heck is the human doing?,
Leg extension 1:50 (for 30 sec)
Hip Bridge 5:20 (6 sets of 7)
Ab crunch 8:55 ( 1:30 min)
I don’t think people watching this realize how difficult that single leg squat really is and the depth you can go while doing it is insane hahaha
Omg, is it just me, or this workout is a KILLER?! I love it though, love a good challenging workout! I will definitely do it again, thanks for this workout and love your channel!
I’m 16 & I weigh around 175 lbs & I am 5’3 I’m trying to weigh 125-130 lbs by May of 2015, 1 year basically, what should I do?
Can’t do ab crunch. I feel it in my neck rather than abs, i.e. my neck gets tired much faster than ab. Do you have any tips? Thanks a lot in advance.
Honest question, when you are doing the suitcase steps, why are you walking like that? Full engagement & range of motion?
I love your workouts because it’s a nice detour from the damage weights can place on your body using incorrect form. Question, where can I purchase that Bosu Board online? Thanks
This is a good routine to do before my body stretch routine, I do balance training and stretching mid day and I do weights, calisthenics and martial arts 5 times per week in the evenings, I do Cycling, kayaking or swimming on my active off days.:)
Hey man, just stumbled onto your channel.
Great Stuff Obi.
Im a.subscrober now.
Great vid. I hold hold the KBell with the heavy end up it improves the difficulty and strengthens my shoulder socket imo. even more focus required and much lighter weights (warning can bust your head)
Hi Caroline. Brilliant workout. Thank you so much for posting. It burns…but you did warn us!! I shall save Tabatha HIIT for tomorrow! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Matthew
This should help me in a great deal as I am a golfer and you need good balance golfing.
I feel great after doing these. My body didn’t hurt doing them and I have a better idea of where my deficiencies are. I’m still not great at pistol squats tho.
I came here for a few quick ideas about balance drills for the Muay Thai kickboxing class I teach, and added “airborne lunges” and “lunge w/knee drive” to tonight’s warmup! thanks for helping me keep things fresh!
Thank you for your videos, I always share them here and there, BUT (there is always a but) you should work more on uneven ground and barefoot, there is so many muscles in the foot that need some condition.
1. Kang squat
2. Cossack squat
3. KB windmill
5. KB rack carry
6. KB rack lunges
7. KB complex
8. Turkish get ups
9. Bird dog rows
10. Rotational plank
I think for me it’s going to be two workouts of five each..
the 2nd & 4th exercise are quite challenging. I was bit shaking from side to side while doing the 2nd but felt really good in my legs, the 4th one I kept falling everytime I got up. Thanks for the video!! I have a question also, can u please tell how I can get enough balance to do a frogstand? I can only hold it for one second & then I fall behind:/
