Hi Mike. Do you have any exercises to get rid of lower back ache? This may
be due to being confined to the home for about 40 days.
I’m delighted to find this video! Cindy is my favourite exercise guru, and I usually do the 30 minute stretch routine (the one that started out as a live stream! http://www.fitnesswithcindy.com/30-minute-fitness-blend/), but some days, it feels as though I’m rushing to fit everything in, so this 15 minutes is perfect thanks, Cindy!
Great stretches but cannot bring ankle up to knee. Is there an alternative exercise? Thanks.
Thank You Doug Schrift for taking the time and effort to put this all together for us. I think I will benefit from your style of stretching. Again Thank You.
So happy to be able to do these exercises as is my husband who should be going to rehab following an injection into his spine,,

I am 86 years old and pretty much confined to my apartment at a retirement home due to the coronavirus. I am delighted to find your exercises. If I do several they are a substitute for what was my daily walk. They are completely doable, even for someone my age, And your presentation is wonderful not condescending as so many are. I am doing several different ones each day. Than you SO much
