Total Body Resistance Band Circuit One Arm Chest Press. Wrap the band around a sturdy object behind you at chest level and then thread one handle through One-Arm Chest Fly. Attach the band to a sturdy object at about shoulder height.Tuttle says it may be necessary to switch to a lighter band when transitioning from lower body to upper body exercises. How to do it: Complete the full circuit straight through with minimal rest.
This 21-minute full-body resistance band circuit workout can be performed anywhere with your body weight and resistance bands. The only other thing you may need is a towel to wipe away all the sweat. Cool down: Make sure to stretch after completing this resistance band workout!
Get your resistance bands.This resistance band workout strengthens your legs, shoulders, back, and arms, with interesting variations that challenge your balance and work your core. Love the workout but two separate ads mid-video (and even mid-exercise!) is pretty ridiculous. Timing is everything in this workout and to have an ad come up with 10 seconds to go in a set is pretty bad

i use old bicycle air tubes for 2 years already and they are awesome. But some of them are made of some stiff rubber which doesn’t allow for good range of movement, so you’ll want to use a more flexible one

I do these 15 minutes sets from you guys, and create my own 15 minute workouts using your suggestions and I am literally on fire with muscle burn.
I also appreciate switching to lower resistance towards the end, no shame in it at all.
Finish those reps and even be able to squeeze out more bylowering the resistance when you can’t push on, so that you can.

Is this a workout that you could use 3-4 times a week (every other day) to build muscle or is it mostly for burning fat?
The “Fitness Model’ is not doing full ROM exercises here. Example: biceps curl. Example: push-ups. In the latter case, it would be better if he removed the band and did full push-ups, chest to floor. No point adding a band if you are only doing partials!
Fitness Model is also chatting about burning a lot of calories… that’s doubtful in 19 minutes of effort with resistance bands.

Hi James, how many calories do u think u can burn roughly with one set?
As an archer I’d like to give you some advice on your archer pulls. Keep your rear elbow (the pulling arm) high (it should never drop below horizontal), and instead of focusing on pushing with your front arm, use your back muscles to pinch your shoulder blades together behind you (your chest should be protruding forward). It’s more proper form and it will hit your back and traps way harder! Other than that, GREAT WORKOUT!

Really like these Grage videos where the super-fit guys are really working hard and straining to finish and they’re pretty much wasted at the end and they still keep going! THAT is an inspiration! Too many times you see the guys doing 100 push-ups and popping up and not even breathing hard. WTH! The exercises are great but I especially love to watch Grage repeatedly having to really suck it up to finish! That’s the lesson here!

How do you know you’ve got equal tension in each arm? I.e. how do you know you’ve got the middle of the band?
I also notice that you seem to use multiple bands which also means buying multiple handles. Am I doing things wrong?
I saw an ad of yours that talked about just keeping all bands on at all times so you don’t have to change them between exercises. However, mine keep getting twisted up! This takes more time it seems to find the bands I want and step on that than to just change the band over. Why are mine always getting twisted?

Lovely! I want to ask you how much time do you give trainning during a normal day? If you have a set of these exercises here in the morning time lets say,do you have another simmilar in the evening?? is it ok for your oppinion to have big time outs during the sets? Like i take sometimes a 2 hours of working out taking it easy with pull ups push ups sit ups abs etc and i m adding resistance bands defffenately. After the lock down began, I began using resistence bands. Mounted four TRX anchors on a terrace wall. I was sceptical the first week, but I find resistence bands better than the weight room. Will probably cancel my gym membership. Lots of advantages; better workout, no driving, can workout barefooted with bed-head and far cheaper. A silver lining in this dark cloud. Thanks!

I have been working out for over 15years now, and I sticked to the 30sec rest timer and 1 min intense workout. Believe me it was one of the toughest workout I have ever done.
Completed my workout in less then 20mins and my heart rate is still so high even after 25mins.

I love them so much because they are simple to use and you can use it anywhere at anytime and you can gain great muscle. I got my at trainhome shop (check on google) they are awesome.

It has been a very long time since I last worked out. Basically I have to start over. When doing this HIIT workout do you do it 3 or 4 days a week. Every other day with a rest day???

I like that you just got right into it, not saying a word… I like that its quiet… I would just like to know what’s coming before you actually start the next move. If that could be shown on the screen about 2-3 seconds before you start, that would be excellent.

Constructively, I’d like to suggest a voiceover says the name of the next exercise at the completion of a 40-second set, and then again when the beeper beeps prior to the start of the next set.
This workout was awesome. Deceptively harder than it looks. I switched off between a long looser band and a tight shorter one. I’ve done band workouts a lot and I didn’t think this was going to be this tough. Loved it.

Like this training a lot.. but I prefer long band and weights!

Bands this is a really good workout however as of yesterday I’m suffering from sciatica down my left leg it’s so painful so I’ve had to massively modify these moves. Once I’m fully recovered hope to complete this how you show it with my band
This workout came out at just the right time! I was looking for something that I can do while on fertility meds that would be challenging, but still safe. This was perfect with. I just substituted some of the ab work with planks to make it work for me.

Honestly, not such a fan of body bands (spent too much time fiddling to get them ‘right’) but it’s good to have variety and there were the mods I could have done. Felt good for back strengthening today. Those hollow body thingos were really tough never done those before. Loved the little sausage features

Bands!!! I have done much with resistance bands and I have several different strengths. I am very tall so I always find some of the moves nearly impossible depending on the band. I tried all the exercises with the bands first and then a few of them I went with the dumbells the second time. Thanks for letting me explore new options.
I did it with dumbells, but I want to buy a resistance band… Just I’m not sure how it works… If I used 5kg dumbells, am I supposed to get a band labeled for 10kg, or does it work differently?

Great workout!! The sets are perfect for me. But they can be modified. I like that there is enough time in between sets to adjust the bands and your body. Some days I just can’t do squats so I replace them with jumping jacks. The timer is large and visible which is much needed for me. His voice is nice too.
Love your 30 minutes cardio classes..They are so intense and well prepare. Waiting for more of those ones:)
