Loved this workout! I don’t have a ball but it’s easy to do the same exercises without the ball. For the hammie curls using the ball I did dead lifts like she mentioned in a previous comment!!

I made it through … i did have to put you on pause a few times girl I was sweating like crazy and about to pass out . Loved to workout!! My hardest part was the side plank move I substituted that move with jump roping. Looking forward to doing this again and getting better and stronger each time. You’re awesome
I don’t know if anyone else is thinking this. But what do you do if one part of your booty is bigger than the other? Just train the smaller one? I don’t do squats anymore because of this and because of some pain in the knee but still. Only doing exercises on the smaller side doesn’t fix anything.
Your workouts really are the best on YouTube! Because you are so good at maintaining positivity and motivation and you also mention nutrition and how to maintain correct form during the exercises, which surprisingly not all fitness instructors do!! Whew! This workout was pretty intense, and I sweat buckets! . I am seeing how much stronger I am getting everyday. I noticed that the snatch move, holding the weight overhead and lunging backward was a little easier for me than it used to be. Also, I could only handle holding 5 lbs overhead on that one before, today I did 8 lbs! Shoulders and core are getting stronger, woo hoo! Thanks Sydney!

Wish I could lose weight in my mid section. But it seems the more HIIT training and body weight training I do, the thicker I’m getting. I know there is pounds to lose in my belly, but I guess it’s just trying to muscle instead. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been though and I love these workouts I found from Sydney.

Holy sh… this was hard after a little break from working out. Plus i think i used way too heavy weights at the beginning so i kind of felt like quitting after 30minutes. But as i had you paused and laying on the floor i thought eh what the heck let’s just freestyle so i clicked play and did my butt pilates style and triceps with some heavier weights.
Crushed it, but stopped short the last minute to get some stretching in before getting ready for work…

Really good workout but I think she assumes everyone is as flexible as she is. For some excercises like inch worm I can’t do it because I can’t touch the floor with my legs straight and I also found the burpee with the hands on the floor really hard because I’m not supple enough to do it
God dam girl 15 mins into the workout I wanted to quit not even kidding but honestly I don’t know how the hell I crushed this workout!!!! We workout for 50 mins and just got the quickest cool down this is not fun at all
it is very difficult to train with you. you do everything so fast

This was great. I am sweating like crazy and didn’t even feel like I was working out. The way you switch up the intervals keeps it fun! Plus I was able to get it done with two kids crawling all over me and demanding snacks. Thank you!

After 4.5 years of cross fit my knees are shot, it looks like I won’t be able to do this either. To many knee exercises that I cannot do. Darn.

Hi Sydney, I am from the Philippines, this video is 2 years old but I just did it today. I finished this workout in 49 mins instead of 40 because I couldn’t keep up with you, you’re too fast lol. I had to pause several times so I could catch my breath. The hardest would be the weight lifting, it was fine in the first two rounds but the succeeding rounds were really tough even though I didn’t change the weight of my dumbbells. Nevertheless, I crushed it, thanks for this video. You’re making my home workout really challenging and exciting.

Just recovering from 6 weeks of a herniated disc so I have to be slower than normal but I’m loving the fact that I can adapt and still burn. But I have to be more careful with food too.

First video of yours, that I’ve done, that was super hard to follow. You knew the order of exercises and Just took off while we were still trying to process what you said. So you’d be on rep 4 before I even started. A list of moves on the back wall or in the video would really help.

This probably sounds silly, but I work out a lot, and many of the workouts incorporate push-ups. I still haven’t moved beyond doing them on my knees. I have increased weights, I’m able to do all your workouts, etc., but it’s still a struggle to do push-ups. Should I just start doing them more often? If so, how often?
That was a challenging workout!!! I must say though, I prefer your no repeat circuits or a longer circuit twice than these 3 sets of 4 exercises. I varied some of the 2nd and 3rd time around with a front raise or a deltoid/side raises, or butt kicks alternating with high knees, etc. I prefer to not know what’s coming next! I have recommended so many coworkers and friends to your channel.

I crushed it in philly! The low plank slide was also most difficult for me to maintain. Feet kept sliding. I was challenged appropriately with my 8lb dumbbells. Thank you!
Another good oneI’m going to add this to weekly list of workouts! Love that you added ball in to this one. For those of you who also struggled w the planks on the ball, what I did was put the 10# weights on either side of the ball and it helped keep it still. Also -sounds goofy but pull in thru belly button and focus on one spot on the floor
