don’t forget to eat a little healthy:) just really simple things, you don’t gotta go vegan or anything. like instead of eating candy, eat frozen or fresh fruit! or maybe cook your chicken in the pan instead of the fryer:) and most importantDRINK A LOT OF WATER!!:) get a good water bottle that’s easy to use and that you like (i suggest a gatorade squeeze one, no cap twisting and you can see how much you’ve dranken w the little dashes) no ones forcing you, but you’ll see results a tiny bit quicker:) have a good day <3

Tips:
1. If you encounter an unfamiliar movement, look at the mirror to get a better understanding of the form
2. Switch from knee to regular or regular to knee during push ups if it is too easy/hard
3. Listen to more motivational songs if needed because these songs are all pretty relaxing (which makes sense because she is doing it).
4. DON’T look at timer.

I want to say how happy and satisfied I am with these exercises, I did those of other people before but since a few weeks I discovered Pamela and since I do her workouts I feel so much better in my body! I admit that I have not lost a lot of weight but I have the impression of having a new body in which I feel good and proud.
so if you do these exercises and find it hard, don’t do not give up, I promise you that you will have physical as well as psychological results, just take your time and little by little you will even feel disturbed the rest days so much you will get used to moving with Pamela!

I played the video at twice the speed to get abs at twice fast.
We are not looked down anymore on Greece for a while now but damn I loved what this videos did for me and I’ve continued to push through. Carantine or not. For everyone thinking about trying them I hardly I recommended to do so. I’ve lost 8 kilos in 2.5 months because of my diet and following Pam’s workout week plans. But it’s not only about the kilos, I feel stronger better healthier I don’t have cheat days cause honestly I don’t care anymore about junk food and my body is soooo toned. Anyone can do it! Currently at 56.5 kilos, not that using the scale matters. You can be 60 kilos and have 18% fat basically all muscle
I’m here because im the weakest and skinniest of group of friends. I want to get stronger and bigger than my buff friends so i could have a similar body or possibly surpass them. Normally love the workouts, but this one caused too much tension on my delts. Maybe I wasn’t doing them correctly but the overload on the shoulders throughout kept me from feeling it elsewhere.

I haven’t had a lot of variety in workouts, but fitness blender is one that I’ve stuck with. Like, I try to make sure I hit all the muscle groups but it’s never as effective as doing the workout videos. Probs cause I’m inexperienced. Y’all have helped with building my strength it’s great. I’ve been doing this routine for about two weeks now and eating healthy. I had hoped to lose arm fat and sculp my arms and shoulders. I noticed that my strength has improved, but I look bulkier. I have a feeling that I gained muscle, but haven’t lost any arm fat. And I feel a bit discouraged by that. Do you have any tips for me?

It was my first time doing this set of exercises, it was really challenging but I did it almost. The only exercise that I was not able to do it is Extended Plank Ups. I every time was putting all pressure on my right arm. It was too difficult to do it symmetric. Generally, I am so motivated. Thank you so much Fraser, I definitely will do your another set of exercises

For skinnier people do this every other day,eat a lot and drink high protein drinks or use protein powder to build muscle

Just wanted to let you guys know how grateful I am for your workouts and everything you do! I think I found you guys back in 2012 and worked from doing Level 3-4 workouts to Level 4-5 workouts. Last year I got pregnant and had to seriously back off of doing workouts because I kept pushing myself too hard and pulling joints, so had to just stick to walking for several months, and then in January had to have a C-section, and have been totally unable to do much of anything physically, which was rough for me! Just got cleared to work out again last week by my doctor and am SO grateful that you guys have the full array of levels for workouts. I started with Level 2s last week and now I’m back to Level 3s but doing modifications as needed and sticking to super light weights. You guys provide so much more than just great workouts, you provide an education to your viewers-I feel like even though I’m starting back out with much easier workouts you guys have provided a foundation of how to listen to my body, modify exercises as needed, and structure my weeks so that I get the most out of each workout. Love you guys!!!!

First day: I never thought this would be that hard. My arms were shaking so bad and don’t get me started on those dolphins. I feel the burn and I was able to do some of them completely and correctly. #armsareshakingwhiletypingthis. I won’t be doing this everyday. Tomorrow is leg day, the day after is arm day again.
Does this work if I’m kinda skinny? or should I do other types of routines/exercises?

Ull get super ripped but if ur used to metabolic stress the building muscle part is sketchy… i would do something similar with a shorter more precise circuit as a warm up to my actual lifting…. u cant do anything maximally in 20 minutes, in terms of growing new lean tissue anyway…. Scott knows this as does every fitness professional in the industry, yet they all want to sell this concept, i dont get it….

This was perfect. Cause honestly, I get tired of going in the basement to lift weights. And sometimes I need to work a certain body part, but don’t feel like it. For some reason, doing upper body isn’t my favorite, so this was a nice break from the dungeon.

1.. In-out push ups
2.. Renegade row
3.. Laying T extension
4.. overhead tricep extension
5.. alternating shoulder press
6.. alternating curl
7.. lateral raise
8.. bent over row
9.. laying chest fly
10.. upright row
**Repeat everything**
This is just just to make my life easier repeat each exercise for 30seconds with as many reps as possible take 30seconds rest in between each set I’ll still recommend to watch the video so useful cheers bro

Day 1:Im swating so much.I couldnt keep up with the push ups tho ✅
Day2:Done.I really felt the pain from yesterday.I still couldnt do the push ups but i did normal ones.✅
Day3:i felt the pain from yesterday even more.i feel like it isn’t healthy to do it everyday.anyways im getting better at push ups and I injured my finger.ithought it would be a problem but I managed.✅
Day4:I took a brake and i will take a brake every saturday.I think it’ll help my body rest a bit.⭕️

i used 15 pounds. got through it but i couldnt do both the floor one with the chest up. Too heavy. That one and the one where you raise them on your sides.
