Upper Body Tri-Set Challenge Workout Tri-Set 1 Pushups. On the knees or toes, do 16 pushups. Y Chest Press. Lie on a bench and hold medium-heavy weights with elbows bent.

At 10:43, I LOVE THE EXPLODED VIEW. When I am laying on on floor, I have to get up OFTEN to see what you are doing or the time. The color bar counting down the time would be good on the top for that reason also. I love the names of the exercises with the royal count down between exercises

Upper body strength training is my least favorite kind of workout but I LOVE seeing the real life benefits from doing them. Like when I can carry a heavier box or more grocery bags. I’ll be doing this today.

This is the first channel I’ve come across where someone does a warm up and cool down. People don’t realize how important it is to do that before and after working out. I can’t wait to do this today!
I didn’t have light enough DB for Triceps Kickback so I used my own bodyweight but my arm was still burning and for some I did single handed version as 15kg for each DB in the lateral raise is way too crazy.
I guess I could of made this workout tougher by using more weight as I did last time but I feel good after that and my triceps are extra sore.

I use your FB videos for 2 years at least 3 times a week it is great at home workouts. I love HIIT workouts especially when they are less than 30 min. I love to see how much calories I burned on the side of the screen it is great motivation for me. Thank you so much guys for doing this.

I wish standing exercises could be grouped together and floor exercises grouped together. I’m having to pass on so many workouts because you go down for one move, come up for three moves, go down for two moves, come up to stretch anf then stretch on the floor.
It was refreshing to do something new other than my usual FB Mass/Strong program. A new program “FB Strong 2” would be AWESOME.

Have done this a couple of times! The first few times I experienced some tightness and soreness and by the next few times I felt stronger and was able to keep up with your pace! Would be helpful if you could have a plan if we could follow if we wanna levelup? Love ur abs workouts too and looking for vids to level up

I personally would find it super helpful if you did talk a little bit through each exercise so I know what areas I’m supposed to feel the move in, and be able to correct my form if I’m not doing it correctly. I wouldn’t want to injure myself. Oh, I also love that this one includes the warmup and cool down! x

i loved this. Two questions: 1) what exactly is the V Press supposed to target? The arms? Chest? 2) you do an arnold press really different from all others I’ve seen: it’s WIDE, past the shoulders as opposed to keeping it all inside the shoulders. Why?

I love this horizontal colored time line SO MUCH better than the clock on the newer vids on lower right. It is so much easier to see from standing to laying on the floor for moves. I also love the transition in between exercises with your logo marking the seconds left.

I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I’m done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!
If I don’t go to the gym are these workouts sufficient (alongside other full body workouts) for developing toned arms

Loved this did my own warm up and decided to do some strength before walking. Those arch drops are killer I could have used 2 lbs instead of 5 there but I struggled thru. 10 chest, 8 arms, 5 shoulders is pretty much what I did using 10 for the last round of the first set for bi’s and tri’s. Now to get outside it’s beautiful day:) thanks again Sidney

When I do the reverse fly, I feel tension in my neck and sometimes it hurts. My form is correct and I use 3 lb dumbbells.

Love, love, love this workout! Sometimes it’s nice to do just a straight-up strength workout, no frills, just pumping out the reps This is the way we build strength and definition in our muscles. Woo hoo, I might be sore tomorrow, especially from those side lat pullovers! It doesn’t take much weight to fatigue those muscles at all, in that position!
