because of this, in 2 months I have now got a 4 pack, I could say 6 but its faint. I did not do this everyday but somehow I still managed to turn my flab to abs. I had to go on a miniture diet and ran on the treadmill. Treadmill twice a week for 30 mins really helps. Eat cereal as it is healthy if your hungry and want a snack.

I have been watching you forever man. You are a very inspirational person. You help motivate me to get my ass out of bed and off the couch to do some of your posted workouts. I am a health fitness teacher for elementary school kids and I have started to teach them about nutrition and staying healthy. I live in Houston, Texas and as you know recently we went through some major troubles here where people lost multitudes of things from their homes to their cars to even loved ones. I work in a school and eight of my co-workers whom are teachers were greatly affected. I know this may be a long shot but considering the amount of positivity you have brought to me throughout your workout videos. I was wondering if you could in anyway make a shout out to my youcaring page that I have set up for these teachers and hopefully people whom support you could somehow support these teachers in their recovery. I know you let people make twitter and instagram handle shout outs when they are at your gym bro during your filming so if there is anyway you could throw some shout outs to the lone star state teachers in need I will forever be thankful!

2019 I was lean,worked out with fitnessblender..I was so happy with my weight 80kg to 64kg.With great healthy diet and doing fitness blender workout only.On oct I moved out to different city and all my fitness lifestyle crushed down.I am back at my home,so back to normal now 82kg.…Tomorrow I am going to start fresh and kick that fat in…In love with fitness blender❤

Loved this workout! It’s a nice change to do the isolations on each side.
Oddly, I felt that I could do the moves more easily when isolated than when I normally do them simultaneously, while lifting the same amount of weights

hi daniel and kelli, planning to do this workout today, day 4 of workout challenge. the heaviest dumbbell i have is 3kg and i tried to get a 5kg (11 pounds) dumbbell as 3 not challenging enough. Perhaps because of the virus, but can’t find dumbbells in the shops in stock.
Alternatives are kitchen items bags of oranges, tinned cans, etc but these would be too lite, i think, or could only hold with two hands, especially when lying down, e.g. bag of oranges.

Brad what should I do,I’m in high school 10th grade. I want to bodybuilding and compete at a big stage, I just can’t stand studying and it’s not helping me at all. I get frustrated and angry doing all this and things at school are not well as well,no one speaks to me because of somethings that happened recently.

I love the Stretch & Flex warm up in the beginning as well as the cool down flexibility moves at the end. Also having adjustable dumbbells are such a great option to having mountains of dumbbells to store or loose weights all over the place. Keep up the good work!!

Yay! I was SO looking forward to this workout this morning, since I watched the announcement last night of the week-long workout schedule It was perfect for me today . I just moved to a new apartment exactly a week ago, and there’s still boxes all over the place. I have a lot to do today on my day off, but I really wanted to workout this morning (I haven’t worked out for about 1 1/2 weeks, due to getting ready for the move, and actually moving!) So the time allotted was just right, I got a good upper body workout in, and I didn’t need a lot of space to do the moves.
