Complete upper-body HIIT workout Warm up with 5 minutes of moderate cardio. Complete 3 rounds of circuit 1, and then rest for 30 seconds to 1.Walk out on your hands to a push up position, allowing the ball to roll closer to your shins/ankles (the farther out you roll, the more your abs will engage).
Do 5 push ups here, then walk your hands back to starting position, keeping your feet up off the ground. Nice combo of upper body strength and cardio! ♀️ The cardio wasn’t too strenuous, but kept my HR up the whole time. I paired this workout with a 30 minute No Repeat Legs and Glutes workout, which gave me a complete 1-hr workout

Good HIIT workout overall. Please make more of an effort to use the proper stance if you plan on incorporating shadow boxing into these workouts. Throwing a good punch involves your whole body, especially your legs, core and back muscles. Arm punches like you’re throwing have minimal aerobic value.
During this workout I thought “oh this is not too bad, not as intens as I expected” 2 days later my back is actually still sore:’) I never get a sore back ever:D

Hyperthyroid + food allergies you dont khow about once do test since what ever I eat my body reacts badly if its healthy or bad+ shriking sinuses that cases breathing issues+ healthy food dosent do anything to my body = bad combo all at once just imagine all this in the human body what worse is Im very sensitive to the heat as this is a side effects hyperthyroid.
I got so sick last year in hospital I had pneumonia and stayed 2 weeks 24hours oxygen. It took me 1 year for my body to get rid of the lungs filled. Ever since that day my body went out of whack.

When I was recovering from pneumonia I gave up sugar caffeine etc all at once it was a hell trip all at once.

OMG Sydney this workout was the bomb!!!! It’s hard to find a workout for both upper body and cardio. I love all of your workouts, so easy to follow with the right pace and a great overall body workout. As a nutritionist I have the eating down but the workouts….not so much So glad I found ya! I didn’t have the best 6 months at the end of 2017 and totally fell off the workout wagon. However, this is my first workout getting back into it and I loooved, this is such a great workout and easy to supplement easier/harder exercises as needed. I LOVE IT I might just do this every day this week! Thanks so much Kelli (and Daniel) never stop making workout videos!

I have now done this workout twice. My first time was Thursday morning and I didn’t really feel sore until Thursday evening. Then I could feel it all day Friday and most of Saturday. Today is Sunday and I did it again. While doing it it seems somewhat easy, but I sure feel it afterwards! Thanks for a great workout for my core and arms!

My first FB workout after hysterectomy, spleen removal, and other organs. 4th week of recovery and 4th week of chemotherapy Did all of the exercises, but standing up. Totally modified this for my physical body right now.

Looks like you forgot to switch legs for the wide row to fly while changing arms. Maybe it doesn’t really matter since it’s an upper body workout.

This one isn’t that hard of a workout. A good “rest day” workout in between the HIIT videos. Definitely made me sweat, though.

I love this type of upper-body workout. It looks so simple but it kicked my butt. If you push yourself enough (but to the point where there’s a lot of pain), you can really feel this. Please do more exercises like this. For me, it’s perfect for getting my body moving without over-training it.

Hi Kelly and Dan! So good to be back with you two after having Covid. Really missed Fitness Blender. Boy I feel it. Would love a few “I’ve been sick as hell” videos to do for maybe a week to help ease back in to exercise. I have been modifying a lot. Just did No Equipment Upper Body Workout with Warm Up and Cool Down for first time. It is part of new package I purchased. Love it! I have 1 problem though and have been meaning to email you about it. Burpies and mountain climbers are almost impossible if you are chubby. Is there anyway you can give me modifications for those 2 exercises. They kind of demoralize me. I can keep up with everything else or at least can modify them enough to be able to get a good workout. But burpies and mountain climbers are just impossible if you are over weight. Thanks a bunch!

I likz this video, i don’t work my upper body in the every day life so each upper body exercises suxh as push-ups and planks are traumatic for my body haha but I’ll keep on pushing until it becomes as natural as walking! Thank you fitness blender for your videos

I’ve been doing ab workouts for ages and have switched what I do several times but I can’t seem to get toned on the abs and hip and its not very hard to keep motivated when there are no results. What would be the top/best workouts to do in order to see results?

hello! i actually just re-started on my forever F15 diet plan. I lost 10 lbs with the clean 9 program and started the F15. I stopped during harvey hurricane days since i was so stressed and nervous, and just re-started the plan again yesterday. The program calls for 3 days of cardio per week, but since I am a home business mom, I dont have a gym membership and rarely go out. So I am really glad I have found your videos because they are so easy to follow & I can do them at home! And trust me…. I am very sore:P Thanks!!
I know this is “no equipment,” but I used two 5lbs dumbbells with this routine, and it’s awesome to work through the routine with the weights too

This was a nice workout, both for me and my kitten, who really enjoyed trying to catch Kelly. I did not really enjoy that part but constantly having to run over and grab him before he threw my laptop off the table made the workout more challenging, so that was good, I guess.

How many times should i do this im an average weight 14 yr old teen but i got fat i want to lose pls tell me
I love this workout along with many others from Fitness Blender. However, I’d like to make one suggestion… to add a stretch or two for the neck. Especially when the workout includes planks or the toe touch ab exercise, my neck is stressed. But on a positive note, I have been using FB for my workouts for a couple of years now, and I love the flexibility of finding which workout I want to master for the day! They are great!! Keep up the awesome work!

How many times per week should I do this HIIT workout combined with a weightlifting routine for optimal fat burning and muscle growth? I’m planning on going to the gym 3-4 times a week.
I’ve never been this comfortable doing a workout. Most of the time I don’t enjoy these types of workouts but it had such a good balance between cardio and upper body strength. Can’t wait to do tomorrow’s workout even though I’ll definitely feel dead!!

I loved this workout. It literally flew by. This 64 year old fitness instructor is going to steal some of your moves to do in my classes next week. Your work is so refreshing.
Why lie? You say we have three circuits, but then you extend the time with the “this is the 30 second last round” and add another two exercises? Just say you have something else you will add at the end. This is silly, nobody will bite you if you give them a warning beforehand.
Btw, regarding the cool-downs, I know I sound like a broken record, but can you please try to extend them somewhat? These short stretches don’t really do anything for someone who relies on them and doesn’t have the time to do yoga, extra stretches, foam rolling, and so on in addition. You generally need to hold those stretches for around 30s for them to be effective. I know, nobody does it, but it would be great if you could plan them so you only have a selected few and do them for longer. Anyway, thank you for the training. It was exactly what I needed after work.

Used 10’s instead of 8’s, 15’s for the first round, but since half of the rounds of 15’s I could double arm it, I went for 20’s instead of 15’s to REALLY push myself. Need to get 30’s cause I feel I could tough it out on chest presses AND for leg stuff later on once the Doc gives me the okay to go all out on legs. Got to admit, I am still shocked at how much stronger I am still getting! Love it Syd! And love ya and Dustin! Thank you both for this community!

Hii jo mam..I have gone with ur previous workout on arms that has weights in it..I felt very light and strong..but my arms got increased in size like as we do in gym..shall I follow this new one or continue with the previous one..if I use weights for arms workouts they are getting little bulkier..now I want to follow this new one and let me see the result..it’s just a small doubt..not any controversy..pls do reply.. thank you in advance..

I just did this and it was great! I didn’t think I could handle a workout today, but I tricked myself to turn the video on thinking, “if I don’t feel like moving, I can at least watch and practice some form at my own pace.” I did the whole thing, with many easier mods, but I did the whole thing! Thank you lady!!

Love this video!! Easy to follow but I still got sweaty! Perfect routine when you don’t have time for gym but still wanna keep working out! Especially I like the boxing move! I used to do this at a class and lost lots of arm fat.
Ok but this is NOT 550 calories!!! Majority of people maybe burn through 200 calories maybe with this kind of workout and you don’t need to eat right after training. And YOU CAN TRAIN EVERY DAY!!! Just not the same thing every day! If you do legs 2 times a week that means your legs will get 5 days rest a week! There will ALWAYS be a bodypart that is enough recovered to adress. If you want to just go easy on a sunday do some stretching that day! Just switch things up!

I have tried out every weightloss tutorial and also this plan to lose weight “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) is the one which is effective for me coupled with their goods to shed fat. Even I am not feeding on much as I used to be, I still do not truly feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash I’ve dropped around 15 lbs ever since employing this product..
Perfect today didn’t work out for two days! And of course Monday my monkey mind has me totally stressed about holidays, finances and of course work, 30 min is perfect thank you.

Thank you so much for this work out. I have a bad knee and ankle and this workout is PERFECT!!!! It was just enought impact that I feel like I worked out. And it lasted long enough so that my ADD did not kick in and I turn it off. Thank You!!!

#Crushedit I will have to buy heavier weights after Xmas. I’m so happy I can now go up in weight. Love your positive attitude. Makes me work harder. Your an amazing trainer. P.s my core still stiff from the abs exercise the other day no pain no gain right! LOL ❤
