The only thing I really struggle with is the jump squats and a good way for you to not really be soar the next day is to stretch, I stretch everyday and I’m good.

I did this workout every day for like 2 months about 2 years ago and it worked so well guys!! But I started seeing results after like the first week… two months just made the results improve and then I felt like I got kinda immune to the exercise like it no longer hurt and it was barely even hard anymore. But now I’m back to keep my grind going 2 years later lol

No ofence Pamela, your videos are not useful to most people, because WE can only do this exercises IF WE LOOK LIKE YOU (skinny), but we don’t, thant’s why we train. Maybe you should talk to a girlfriend that wants to lose weight to ADAPT the exercises and mostly the TIMING/ NUMBER OF REPETITIONS.
If we would look like you, we would never do the exercises using your videos, but maybe instead we would compete with you on youtube.
I did this workout every night for around 3 weeks. Results are amazing definitely saw a change!

Monday 7/19/2020 it was hard doing the workouts n I was sore after for 2-3 days after I was done doing the workout my knees would give out I am 5’3 about 90lbs tall n slender I’m 18 so I’m a tiny thing trying to get toned n build muscle working on my whole body or at least trying n wanting to I’m v weak so I’m not sure what to workout out first but imma do my core and butt

Okay, so I’m gonna update y’all on my story:
Day 1: It burns but its okay, did some workouts for my booty before that didn’t really came up with results so I’m hoping this one will work. I’m about to drink some water and yeah that’s it for day 1.
Day 2: I decided to do 2 workouts today, but I didn’t have time for 2, so I only could do 1 I really feel the burn gosh.
Day 3: I’m so proud of myself that I did the squad pulses without coming up. Still isn’t easy haha
Day 4: I skipped a day
Day 5: it’s getting easier and easier maybe it’s time to do 2 workouts or just adding more
Day 6: I skipped a day again, I need to stop skipping lmao
Day 7: just done with workout 7 whole week with some skips but still proud of myselfff

Was a bit easy for me so I used 2kg weights on each ankle and a resistance bank above the knee for the last exercise, BUT I do really like the no squat and no lunge part as my knee has been bugging me!

@madfit would you say timed workouts (like these) were better than counting your reps for each exercise? I find that each exercise I do in a timed video is inconsistent. One exercise I could do up to 15 reps, but another exercise I could do 12 reps. Is this a bad thing or doesn’t it matter so much?

Then I kept on with your videos but decided in 2016 to try out workouts of other YouTubers. But everytime I come back to your videos but I‘m not exaggerating in saying that you are the only one (and I’ve tried out maaany workouts of others) that have the BEST workouts EVER: getting fast results (even after the workout I see and feel a difference!!), keep motivating us during the whole video (it‘s truly a talent keep speaking throughout the workout), giving us advices during, before, after the workout. tip for the people who do this workout more often: don’t always start with the right leg. Start once with right, then with left, then with right…
Even when only doing one side, you tire both sides, so if you start with the right leg, your right buttcheek starts the workout “fresh”, after that, you get to the left side, and your left buttcheek is already “tired”. That leads to uneven distribution of the workout (and possibly to unevenly growing muscles, dunno)
2 months that I do butt workouts at least 3/week, increasing the intensity, and I had little results but It’s sooooo long
I think Pam should put this workout on the workout schedule more than once a week. The booty burn feels so good!

I like this workout, but next time, I think I’ll continue the exercises 15 seconds into the break. Otherwise, this workout is no more than 15 minutes, and more than 5 minutes rest time, which I don’t need. This is good for my knees, compared to other workouts with a lot of squats and lunges, so I find that is a good way to use the time:)

Good info the greatest results that I have had was by using the Magic bottom Blueprint (just google it) definately the most helpful treatment that I have ever seen.
500 squats and lunges. My legs are sore! Hope next Saturday i’ll be able to finish full 1000. Wohhooow!

Im so proud of myself. I made the 1000 squats and lunges in 1 hr. Honestly the last 50 counts are the hardest. My legs are shaking in pain. And its worth it. Joana soh is so fast in completing the challenge. And im trying to come along with her. And if i cant, i stop the video and work on to complete the workout. Im burning. This is my 3rd time to try this challenge and the third is my success. Hehe.
I liked this work out very much but It was really really hard for me. You did all the right leg workouts first and after that, you did the left leg workouts which made my leg cramp haha it might be better if you switch leg sometimes.

Ever since I moved from NY to Upstate Pennsylvania it’s been hard to go to the gym. I don’t know how to drive and I can’t find a job because everything so far. I’ve been in the house getting fat.

Each of your glutes exercise rotine it shows that you hard on your glutes I can imagine you look good in jeans with that toned perhaps firm &soft butt love the video & view of your glutes up close in those tight sweats
Hey, if I do this, is this the only butt workout I will need to do to improve/maintain my butt? And how often should I do it? I’m a guy and I already got hella cake but im trying to do this because I’m working out but I don’t want to lose my booty by losing weight, if anyone could give me advice I would appreciate it.
THIS IS ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE! I TRIED THIS 1 MONTH BEFORE THE SCHOOL STARTS, AND I LITERALLY SAW THE IMPROVEMENT OF MY BUTTOCKS.
Only that, my knees were became really weak to the point that I stopped doing this. Now, all the hard work that I earned for achieving this big butt turned out to nothing.
Ps. If you ever achieve bigger butt, don’t stop exercising or atleast exercise thrice a week to maintain your big butt.

I have a question about how I should be doing some of these excersizes. Particularly on glute bridge types the area around or maybe it is my tailbone hurts a lot the more I “squeeze”. Is this normal? Am I doing the exercises wrong? I have never been diagnosed with a injury to my tailbone but it also hurts if I sit down for an hour or two. Overall, I really liked this workout because my family all have bad knees! Thanks!

I don’t have a very good body, it’s very challenging for me, I still get upset and feel ashamed of my body. I wonder how many exercises should I do daily. I watch 3 videos 10 -15 minutes each, is it good for results? Or should I increase the exercise time. I think you are amazing Rebecca, and appreciate your encouraging videos. Hope to get a healthy and beautiful body one day congratulations.

This workout was great, challenging exercises without pushing my knees. I have a small tear in my meniscus so was very happy to see a challenging workout without the lunging. I thought I would have to wait for 8 weeks for this to repair before I could get a good sweat on. thank you!
Hip thrusts are the goat for building your glutes. I do them 2x a week although my butt is already big af (I’m black) I’m just tryna shape it a little rounder and shed some fat off of it.

many exercises in this aren’t knee friendly. single leg glute bridges, donkey kicks, etc put a lot of pressure on that leg and knee as well!
