So here’s the thing, I’ve been working out for a while now and I have been going especially hard during this break that we have at home. Even throughout all my body weight and weight training I haven’t seen any improvement in my upper body. I would really really appreciate it if you made an upper body workout that only consists of dumbbells because that’s all I’ve got at home. Or could you even make a video talking about the mistakes that people make that is stopping their muscles from growing. Started on Wednesday, 1st July (1 like 1 extra motivation Guys)
My current weight is 74kg (M) and aiming for 55kg (3 Month Target & Motivated). I am also following 30minutes of another HIT and low impact cardio, 30 minutes walk and in diet. I am coming back to update.
Day 1: Completed all sets, quite a intense cardio it’s i only did 40sec and some 60sec, when fit i will completed whole 60sec and jogging in place between sets.
Day 2: Despite sensation in my stomach (pain) and burn in the back while exercise, completed all the sets. 60/40 sec only.
Day 3-5: no problem, completed the sets, 60/40 sec only.
Day 6-11: ✅ no problem, completed the sets with 60 sec.
Day 12: Rest
Day 13: I felt difficult to catch my intensity of day 11 after yesterday break. I am feeling tired, dizzy, weak and felt like giving up. Giving up is not an option, tomorrow i shall come strong. I can also see transformation in my body. Weighting my weight on Day 16.
Day 14: 100% more intensity then yesterday and 50% more than Day 11.
Day 15: ✅
Day 16: Weighted 72KG, it’s quite frustrating after so much hard work (2 hrs) and diet. I am only able to decrease my weight by 2KG. I will add another 1 hours.
Day 17-18: ✅
Day 19: July 19 Day 19: I lost motivation today, i was weighted 72.5 today, with excerise of 2 hours and 1/3 of diet my weight only decrease by 1.5. I am also not updating my journal herby as no one cares…..

There are many other effective YouTube workouts that don’t require flopping around like some kinda buffoon.
Cardio’s an important variable to be sure, but just want folks to understand that cardio like this alone won’t get you muscles like those.
Just so we can have realistic expectations if you’re an absolute beginner,
You’ll need to lift plenty of iron, eat plenty of protein, and get plenty of rest if that’s what you’re aiming for.

Greetings.. As much as I do appreciate your efforts in presenting these very useful workouts for the benefit of all, but I and my partner both sustained some sort of shoulder discomfort by now has been a more than a month! We are both considered fit and keep doing exercises regularly. On your specific one doing – hands on the floor as if doing press up – was a prone to cause shoulder injury.. although, I had a shoulder dislocation in sport back in the days and have weak shoulder muscles, yet this move of diving on the floor is a step which you would have to reconsider your advice for your followers in order to categorise as beginners, medium range and advance. In my opinion, advance is the class you should advise to follow this particular training so they don’t get shoulder injury and complications..

I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from *Next Level Diet*. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

I used to be able to do this cardio easy but since I started focusing more on weights I have to start over! Definitely tough for the first time but I am sure it will get easier! Dont give up everyone!

Great low impact HIIT cardio that got my heart rate up to 140 150 bpm! Yayyyyy for more living room workouts. Will add to my cardio rotation. Got my heart rate up without a lot of jumping!

Great to have 10′ or 20′ cardio ones. This one a bit intense in knees and ankles impact. The ice skater was great (more gentle). Please more 10′ cardio! Thanks for your videos
The first time I did this, I could only get ten minutes in and I had to pause the video for a five minute break. I’ve been exercising all last week, gradually doing a little more of this video each day. Today I did the whole thing without having to pause it!
How many days a week should I do this hiit to see weight loss?
no organization. no set time. just counts to however and finishes to how ever much. wtf. you shouldn’t even upload this. you goof off. take the workout seriously. thats the point of a workout. dont goof around and actually have a set amount of time on the screen for each exercise. jeez

used my apple watch to track calories, for reference, I am 5 feet and around 108 pounds (almost 49 kgs) and I burned

Class wee workout thank you, with a 6km run under my belt today this is all I needed, I know 6km is not much to all but too me it was great 1st run this last while
Tried this routine for first time, and I eventually did 4 rounds with perfect form and i didnt do more cause I have a leg with some muscular problems and dont want to get it worse, I gotta say Im fine doing cardio Im good at it and have fun doing it, bit the way Chris does it and speaks to you makes it super easy, Thanks Chris for motivation

Overall this is a phenomenal workout though. If you get out of breath, stop, take a second to breathe and March in place until you’re ready to start following along again. The longer you last means more calories burned and a stronger sense of accomplishment.

Although I was’t able to do the full video I’m happy to have been able to do 15 min. Guys, a lot of us are not in shape, and we have decided to do something about it. Don’t get discourage if you just do 5 or 10 min. The importance thing is you were able to do some of it, and with time and practice maybe you will be able to do the full workout. But know your limits. If y out show up everyday and do at least 2 minutes of the workout even if it is not going to have the results you are wishing for, it’s going to create an habit. So, be proud of yourselves, and continue growing!
Big Buff 40 year old gym rat guy here. At home because of the coronavirus thing and working out with 40 lb water jugs and some dumbbells and polished off with this 10-minute workout. I’m with you the whole time but definitely kicked my ass and I think I am in pretty good jogging shape. The Plyometrics stuff adds a lot. Thanks for helping me get through this time! You girls sure do giggle a lot though…

It is so perfect for a day when I really don’t want to suffer for too long, even for half an hour! Plus, I’d rather do that video than some others that last for 30min but are not that high intensity. Please, do more of those really quick cardio INTENSIVE workouts! Thanks for your work:)
I loved this! I did two of the 30-minute popsugar cardio videos today on my lunch break. I ended up with a few extra minutes and a little more energy left in the tank so I did this quick one to end the session. Phew! Action-packed, and my heart rate was up around 145 the whole time! Great burn. I’ll be back!

THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT I use… Have found nothing better… So enthusiastic that sometimes I do it with no 30 second brakes!.. But all the times I exercise I just take 20 sec rest.

they say that vipr can be used to musculate the body, but i don”t really see musculation, here.. anyway thank u for this vid..
Took my ViPR certification a few years back love the intensity and increase in metabolic training, excellent full body functional training. Ensure good posture and alignment, feet grounded, focus on strong core, breath throughout your moves. Performed as perfect as you can with the right size cylinder for your strength.
