im putting two weights on my stomach to keep me to the ground. it really works for getting your body in the right posture for the exercises and makes it possible to stretch your legs further out. also try pointing your toes out for a straighter leg posture.
also, i stop when it starts hurting. then i set my goal for the next time by trying to do 1 more exercise than the previous one.

Been doing Brendan Meyers ab wornouts all quarantine and have seen major gains. Paired with weight training and cardio (jump ropes, box jumps, running in place) all at home, I’ve been able to build my physique up. Paired with a keto style diet and no process sugar + minimal processed carbs and I’ve worked my way to 10% body fat. I still have a couple 70% chocolate chips every now and then as a treat but that’s it.

I thought leg raises are normal, I get good amount of reps, but it always burns, you can also put your hands to the side of your head.

Great stuff here, mate. I grew up working out. Thank my mum for that. She would wake up at 5AM to workout with Jack Lalanne back in the day. I was 5 then I’m 55 now. In 2013, I popped an umbilical hernia, but never got surgery or the mesh. I just pound my abs to hopefully hold everything tight. In 2016, I cycled to the 14,130 foot summit of Mt Evans. We only have 1 body, so it’s in our best interest to take care of it.

Hello, I liked the training but I liked to change one thing, I could do each exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 to move on to the next. if it were like that it would rest for about 1 minute between each set?
have been doing this workout for a couple of days but the only thing i’m struggling on is not moving my legs on the crunches. should i press my legs on a wall or surface or will i slowly be able to do it by working at it often. otherwise thank you so much
why do my shoulders get tired when doing planks? like my abs are burning, but i quit bc of shoulder burn not abs burn

Brutal!!! I did this as a challenge and I got really tired around the second to last set, but i kept on going and actually added a few more things to make it more challenging!! Awesome workout!
