I’ve been doing my head stand with my palms flat and this way works way better. So much less pressure on my head and so much easier to breathe. I think I’ll be able to do a free handstand soon!!!

You really shouldn’t kick up into a headstand. That’s dangerous for your neck. That’s basic headstand 101….

Does anyone have any tips because I always to forward rolls and dice rolls and I’m used to it so when I try to do a handstand I always end up bending my arms and going into a forward roll instead also I’m to scared to kick against a wall ( if that makes sense? ) any advice plz?

I am a gymnast and headstands are amazingly fun to do. Cassy as my gymnastics teachers would say u have amazing strength and positioning and your positivity is amazing keep doing these kind of things
