I just finished boiling some sweet potatoes to go with my dumpling soup tonight packed with veg:D I LOVE SALMON It’s my favourite fish:):) I also notice a boost in my hair when i eat nuts and mixed veg =mainly green veg, ie green beans:D:D 😉

Dear such a great video. But what I see is mostly all youtubers on YouTube ignore the vitamin D role in hair maintenance while Vitamin D deficiency hair loss is very severe. This hair loss is even more difficult to control than hair loss due to other vitamins deficiency. Make people aware about it as well as stress management too.

Pumpkin seeds,vitamin c is already helping..thanks for this video. However during ovulation time i loose 100 hair for about 2 days. Result is right side of the hair, backside of the hair reduces and becomes very thin.
