Ouch!! My poor legs. This was a great workout but 48 hours later my inner thighs now hate me.
Prior to this pandemic I was in the gym couple times a week doing weight lifting and Zumba a couple times a week.
I’m not terribly out of shape, but this workout just proved to me how far I’ve fallen.
PS I did your other leg and thigh workout and was just fine. Thank you for the burn. Once I heal I will try again. Lol thank you for posting these.

I do barre and Pilates and I don’t think these are the best inner thigh workouts. They seem like more overall thigh workouts. It may also help to move the timer and name of the exercise so you can see what she is doing better.

Hi I’m 67 years old and I do ballroom dancing and have competed. I’m trying to get more muscles on my inner thighs. I’m pretty fit for my age but at my age I really I have to work out to keep my body fit. So I started your inner thigh workout today and it was very good but certain ones have to work at it. I guess have to go slower cause I’m not in my twenties. But hopefully start getting more muscle in my inner thigh. Want my legs to look real good when I dance. Thank you and I subscribed.

I find it really hard to keep my knees straight (perhaps due to flexibility). Does that affect the intensity of the workout?
Just added this routine to my daily routines and this may sound dumb but the first time (entire video) I couldn’t do the wall sit for the entire minute. i loved this, fun and different working out in the style of a dancer so i didn’t feel bored. only thing was i didn’t realise quite how hard it had hit me until i tried to stand up and i was walking sooo weirdly like i had weighted boots on hahaha

does anyone have advice on how to not let your shoulder sink when holding the upper part of your body up? I feel so much strain in my shoulders and arms and not sure how to focus the tension lower down in my thighs

Loved this one! Loved all of the alignment cues and mentions of where we should be feeling the movements/which muscles to work. Also loved the ballet-inspired moves…very different from what I’m used to! It felt great to use muscles I don’t normally use.

I just finished the 25-Day Slim Thigh Challenge!
Here are my results:
I am 17 years old and female.

Note: I had to add in some extra rest days in between workout days at the end, because my family was going on vacation, and I didn’t have time to workout. I still got every day finished in the end though.
My thighs and abs are more toned, and I am very happy with the results! The first few days were hard, but, trust me, it gets a lot easier as you get stronger day by day. Make sure to listen to your body, and take breaks when you need them. (Also, I recommend doing the cooldown every day you’re able to, especially near the beginning. It will save you a lot of unnecessary pain the following day.)

Day 1: the slim thigh workout was not that hard but the tummy one was very hard. I didn’t do the cool down one because it said optional and I didn’t really have time.
I never comment on the videos of Youtubers I follow, but just letting you know I’ve worked out with your videos for six months now, and you’re my favorite fitness instructor on here. The workouts are always a perfect amount of challenging and your personal manner is supportive and unassuming. Big thumbs up!
this is like the weirdest workout I’ve done in a while. I’ve never solely focused on inner thighs but it burns haha.
I’ve been doing these workouts since March and I found it more effective when I don’t snack as much, don’t starve yourself or skip meals just be consistent

I actually don’t know why, that just in one day I’ve lost 1cm, I was surprised as well. For the waist I think that maybe it’s because in the day I wear a waist trainer for my back, just to stay in a good position and also for my waist
My thighs are annoying. Like my outer thigh is slim and lean but my inner thigh has a small curve. Gonna get rid of it. But I love my body.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m a guy, but in doing this I realized my hip mobility is pretty bad. Specifically with the ROM of the outer hip movement. Based on your background, are there recommendations on how I could improve this? Does it honestly matter all that much?

This is the first inner thigh workout I’ve ever done with really feeling my inner thighs. It‘s amazing, I was searching for that for so long! Until now, I only did it twice but I‘m gonna update you guys about my experience and maybe even about the (hopefully) positive results of it
A lot of these exercises were for the side of the butt/hip (glute medius) and not inner thigh:)

I have been consistently doing this workout about 3-4 times a week for the past 2-3 weeks and I feel stronger and my legs are more toned. My butt has gotten rounder and fuller and my calves have really gotten more shape to them.

For those of who who say “I don’t feel the burn!” For me when I don’t feel it I flex my abs and almost immediately the burn is there in my inner thighs, just concentrate on your abs, it’s weird but it really helps!

Hi! I just wanted to say that this workout is excellent for dancers who want higher extentions/better developé. I’ve been doing it for about a month and a half and my extentions have improved greatly. I think strengthening your muscles is just as important as stretching when aiming for higher extensions. Love this workout!

I have tried this workout so many times, tried making it more intense, even tried doing it 4 times back to back, but I can’t feel it burn at all It just doesn’t feel like it’s doing any toning whatsoever.

At 16:29 when u ask if everybody is doing okay…for some reason i answer outloud. No.:) but im now doing this work out routine 3-4 days a week! This was awesome! I thought my legs were in shape, but this hurt!! I do have a question. When I was doing the leg lifts I was feeling it in my sciatic nerve and not in my thighs. Was I doing something wrong? Or do I just need to keep doing it to get stronger?
can i do this once a day? and would I see any change or do I have to do more?

I’m a dancer too. I do Irish dancing, and found this workout to be very helpful. I’ll be practicing this work more often. I do like the dance work out routines.

I always like your videos but the wording for the exercise that you’re doing is always covering you when you’re doing floor work so I can’t actually see the positions were meant to be in
Quick questiondoes this workout slim down your legs, or does it bulk them up? Trying to find a workout that doesn’t bulk, everything I try just makes my legs bigger, instead of smaller. I want a workout, that if I do consistently, will give me “model legs.”

Its not a good idea to have in large capitals of what you are doing right where you doing the exercises as your legs are blocked out. Can you not put at the top instead, so we can see your body doing the exercises please. I want to watch you so they I get them right

Is there a possibility to not gain muscle and only lose fat for your inner thigh? Cuz I’m a ballet dancer so I already have thigh muscles yet there are some fat that are… “stuck” to my inner thigh
I loved this workout! I used to dance but completely lost my shape/body during the last few years due to health issues and it feels so good to be able to do dance like workouts. Just one thing, the music was a bit distracting from what you were saying, Maybe make it a little bit less loud?

You know i really like this video because as you can tell this women is fit most likely works out everyday, but she’s still out of breathe while working out and it just comes off so much more personable and relatable. The entire video she’s like “Whoa, I feel the burn” and for that i thank you because she’s not coming off as if its an easy workout and makes things so much more realistic.

I do the glute bridge and my cat knows and lays under me so I don’t drop lol and the wall sit she jumps in my lap… I thought Kelsey was tough I have a cat whipping me into shape. The last fortnight in my thighs and butt I have lost 6cms in both thighs & butt (I weigh 65.4kgs and I’m 159cms)
