I have Lumbar lordosis and hunched back. I remember when I was in my early teens I always had back pains. Now that I’m older I realized that it is because I’ve always had big breast since the age of 12. I’m 22 now and my breasts are huge and that’s the reason why I have back pains and hunched back. My breast are to have so I had to tilt forward so my back wouldn’t hurt.
Please tell me if these actually works and how long will it take to see the difference?
my shoulder blades stick out so even if I try to stand properly my upper back doesn’t look flat:(

i’m pretty sure I have Lumbar Lordosis. I’ve noticed it for a while and I knew something was wrong with my posture, because it just didn’t look and feel normal to me.
I did this today and now I feel painful if I sit with rounded shoulders it really helps
If you have tight hips, you shouldn’t be doing sit ups -in fact, no one should do sit ups.

Finally I found this video again! I’ve been watching different videos on how to fix anterior pelvic tilt & I remember watching this video before and I couldn’t find it. Luckily I remember the keyword, “correct posture”. I have multiple posture problems & I know I only have to watch this one video to learn to correct those posture problems .

OBSERVATIONS:
Left postero-lateral herniation of L4-5 iv disc is causing compression over emerging nerve root on iet
side, and narrowing of the iv foramen on right side.
Postero-central protrusion of L5-S1 iv disc is causing narrowing of the adjacent spinal canal. This iv
disc is reduced in height hypointense on T2W images, indicating disc desiccation.
Lumbar vertebrae are normal in height and reveal normal bone marrow signal intensity on pulse
sequences.
No marrow edema is seen on T2WFS images.
There is no evidence of diskitis.
Conus medullaris is normal in morphology and signal intensity on all pulse sequences. CS
No pre or paravertebral soft tissue abnormality is seen.
On T2WFS images prominent bilateral sacroiliitis is seen.
IMPRESSION: MRI study reveals:
-Left postero-lateral herniation of L4-5 iv disc, causing compression over emerging nerve root on left
side, and narrowing of the iv foramen on right side.
-Postero-central protrusion of L5-S1 iv disc is causing narrowing of the adjacent spinal canal
Prominent bilateral sacroiliitis.

Please, next time you make a walking video have at least one part showing the correct walk in action. Regular speed and Slow mo with commentary would be best.

I slouch so much that good posture hurts my back. When I sit with good posture my back hurts but when I slouch my back stops hurting. LOL

Please can you show where the feet are positioned during a walk. How far apart are they. Should they be in a straight line or hip width apart? I was told to walk in a straight line but now I’m much older I have pain in my knees.
You have solved my year and a half battle with hip impingement pain in my right hip. I’ve tried every strength exercise and hip stretching I could find. Physical therapy failed me. Learning to walk properly solved my issue! I’ve heard many other gait specialists talk about using your glutes to walk but no one ever described quite how to do that until I viewed both of your videos
on walking. Pausing that back heel for just a micro second and letting it propel your other leg forward and as a result engage your glute muscle was the secret for me. Suddenly my pelvis is also moving the way it should and my hip socket isn’t jamming into my pelvis on every forward step. It baffles me to think my issue was actually the other leg not extending backward properly and overall poor gait. ‘Thank you’ barely represents how grateful I am. Now I can enjoy walking again and honestly, enjoy life.

I push an art cart a lot so I am wondering the best way to do that since I am unable to swing my arms and my shoulders go forward. Great tips though when I am walking other times.
