Ingredients 2 10-ounce boxes frozen chopped spinach ¼ chopped onion 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 8-ounce package cottage cheese, low-fat 2% ½ cup feta cheese ½ cup Monterey jack cheese 2 eggs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or other spice mixture to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2.Ingredients. 2 10-ounce boxes frozen chopped spinach. ¼ chopped onion. 1 teaspoon olive oil.
1 8-ounce package cottage cheese, low-fat 2%. ½ cup feta cheese. ½ cup Monterey jack cheese.Ingredients 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small yellow onion, sliced 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste 3.Spinach Cottage Cheese Casserole LauraMcNeer dill, sweet onion, fat free cottage cheese, large egg, frozen spinach and 1 more Three-Cheese Spinach Casserole With a Twist Very Well Fit monterey jack cheese, eggs, chopped onion, lemon juice, frozen chopped spinach.Mix spinach, cottage cheese mixture, and 2 cups of Cheddar cheese in a bowl, then spread into the prepared baking dish.

Quickly steam off some, but not all, of the excess liquid.Add your spinach to a mixing bowl along with some cream cheese, monterey jack, fried bacon, whisked eggs, butter, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Stit the mixture all up. It doesn’t look like much here, but man this bakes up into something tasty.

Yeah! Veggie lasagna! Very excited by this. Even when I used to eat meat I still preferred veggie lasagna.
I’m glad he didn’t skimp on the onions. Absolutely crucial for a mac and cheese. I do like having breadcrumbs on top though, that nice crunchy texture is perfect.
This looks good, but the amount of times you add “A little Bit” of Salt is unsettling lol I will be skipping half of that salt content. Other then that it looks amazing. Thanks for the idea.

A bit of a cooking tip: you know the thing she did with the garlic? Always do that to your onions. Onions have the worst texture. When they are raw they feel like a weird apple, and you shouldn’t be adding apples to your savory food (if you are one of those people who adds apples to mayo or potato salad, you should be in jail). When they are cooked they have this mushy, slimy texture, almost like a snail. But onions also make pretty much any savory dish taste better. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it’s impossible to cook without them, but the difference is undeniable. So always process your onions. Thar way you get all the flavor and none of the texture.
I would have more pasta it looks like too much of the filling but must be good anyway

i’m not crazy about spinach by itself, but i do like it in things like this & this looks fantastic:-)
1) butter on a pan
2) 3 onions sliced, into the pan
3) 3 spoons of flavour into the pan, stir
4) 1 L of milk, slowly in, stir
5) shred the cheese and into the pan, good stri
6) cook/boil pasta (5 mins)
7) drain pasta, into the pan
8) some sause stir and finally
9) into the over for 30 mins 200C/400F
done enjoy

Just made this with fresh spinach from my garden and it was amazing. I’ll definitely be keeping this recipe as one of my favorites. Loved it! Might try adding some other ingredients in the future but it’s really delicious just as it is.
