If you keep below your basic metabolic rate (BMR) you will lose weight. If your BMR stars at 2000c and you’re eating 1,500c you will keep losing weight until your BMR reaches 1,500c in other words if you’re an average hight man eating 1,500 calories you would keep losing weight until you got to 130lbs at which point you would plateau and that is with no exercise.
I think your video is dangerous it kind of suggests to overweight people that it’s more difficult to lose weight than it actually is. If you stick to 1,500 calories a day then realistically you will keep losing weight until you are skinner than you probably want to be.

U are right it works. I have loads to loose. I just avoided carb for the first week. Don’t eat cheese or dairy unless natural yoghurt in smoothy of greens! I have detox drinks too. First two weeks we eat high fiber food with small amount of protein like u explained in small proptions. We felt hungry every 2hours and ate 5 small meals a day. 3rd week 3 meals a day and by 4th week our body adapted to 3 small meals a day with half a plate of vege with fist fall of protein and carbs. We meaning my teenage girls and I lost 4/5 kg in one months. For me I lost 4inches on my waiste. So yeah it helps and eat helps to change the contents of your fridge and cupboards too.
I’m more supprises that we were able to change to small portion of meals. It helps. I now say to myself why couldn’t I do all that before I put on extra 4 stone! For my family we will continue this diet even after we achieved our goals. I was 245lbs and chubby. I dedicated my time to jogging and increasing to running all in 3 months Monday through sataurday ans sometimes Sundays for 2 hours and I lost 90lbs it was very crazy because I lost 30lbs per week but also during my goal to lose that much weight I only had salads with chicken, fish, beans, etc.. No juice, no sugars, I was eating 100% healthy and sometimes I would feel so hungry because on average I was drinking 240 oz of water per day… I dropped down so much weight people thought I was becoming ill. I dropped down to 155lbs and I looked so unhealthy and skinny. I realized hard work and dedication paid off but me being 6ft tall and only weigh 155lbs was not healthy. So it’s very possible to lose up to 90lbs in only 3 months but I think I over did it. My ideal weight is 190lbs so I went from running 2 hours a day to using the treadmill for only 25 mins sprinting at 9mph just 3-4 times per week and I spent 1 hour lifting weights and drinking lost of protein shakes and eating more to gain the weight back but in muscle form which I did. Now I’m 188lbs, fit and no fat at all. I love how I can eat anything and still not get any fat because I do fast sprints and lift heavy weights now and never been in better shape. It took me three months to go back up to 190lbs but without the added fat, just pure muscle. Story of my life.

AND TO SWEAT, U MUST DO HARD GRUELING WORKOUTS THAT WILL KICK YOUR ASS. the key thing is KEEPING YOUR HEART RATE UP DURING YOUR WORKOUTS. building muscles is key too because it strengthens your metabolism and helps when burning fat. try to exercise at least an hour day 3-5x a week. break it up to sweat days where you’ll do some cardio type of exercise like playing basketball for an hour and on other days lift weights. keep it up with the diet and you’ll shed fat and lose weight in due time. diet pills help too but don’t rely on them. use them if you’re at least 25lbs overweight and when you’re almost at your target, stop taking them. i use hydroxycut. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Intermittent Fasting combined with Keto is another option. Huge weight loss and I’ve never felt better. High fat, low carbs (honestly, you don’t even miss it because the fats you get to eat are sooo good lol) and protein which everyone loves. Cheers for this, I have been researching “fatty foods to avoid list” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Meyaanit Fatty Escapeify (do a search on google )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.
First they tell me to eat small meals along with small snacks, total 5 meals a day. Now, yet again, the goal posts have moved; back and forth, side to side, year after year, video after video, article after article. Gotta love instructions on losing belly fat from people whose genetics have never allowed them to have experienced an overweight fat day in their life; eat whatever and as much as they want and never gain a pound. Fat sucks.

here is the problem with your measuring method that I see… it doesn’t account for how high? So a palm sized portion… stacked how high?
The other issue I find, especially with veggies is that I tend to use the steamable bags. Those are going to be a bigger serving than this suggests.

Was very busy these past few days, so I couldn’t complete a whole workout but did two videos on day four and three videos on day five (which was supposed to be my rest day) and didn’t work out at all on day 6(mental health day what are you going to do.♀️) so I’m a little behind but considering I wasn’t at my own house on my own time I think I made the best out of a bad situation but to make up for it I’m going to restart from day four, skip five and go on from there. Other then that I did way more cardio these past few days and was even able to stay on my diet so silver lining! I am noticably smaller too, which is great and I can tell it’s working! Day 1: I did set one and two only because I my body isn’t used to this. It was sort of turing but not that bad (I did take like a 3 min break in between every two exercise though).My shoulders and thighs were kinda sore the next day.
Day 2: I did the whole set today and after it was done I felt dizzy and nauseous. The next day my body was really sore
Day 3: my body is still sore from the previous day but I don’t wanna take a break and ruin it so I did the whole thing. I got relatively less breathless today and was able to do a whole set in a go without stopping every one minute so I guess that’s an improvement.

Day 2: ✓ (the first exercise of last set is really tiring tho)
Day 3: ✓ tiring but did it with about 15-30 seconds break after each set.
Day 4: ✓ done but I did little slow than usual as I got my periods. So I didn’t over exert myself.
Day 5: ✓ completed and I do feel like my stomach shrink a little.
Day 6: ✓ done:)
Day 7: ✓ done happily 😉
So proud of myself I did for a week now one more week to go!

Am I the only who can feel how much fat they have on their stomach in certain exercises and then just gets discouraged to do them anymore

Guys I’m one day away from finishing, it was tough at first but now I’m almost to the point where I don’t need breaks. I’ve lost 4 lbs and I almost don’t have a tummy. I’ve went down a pants size! I’m planning on doing another one of her challenges after this.
I lost over 5kg without exercise in a month during quarantine. Here’s what I do:
-i STILL eat pasta, rice, fast food BUT i reduce the portion. I eat only 1 -1.5 portion a day, divided into 2meals a day
-I almost DONT eat snacks at all. Particularly avoid sweet snacks
-i STILL drink coffee with milk BUT only put max 1 teaspoon of sugar or no sugar at all
-I drink tea 1-2 cups a day after meals
-Fruits and veggies are good for your digestion system
I’m doing like 4 different workouts but I want to eat healthier too. For my skin and body. But I don’t want to bother my brother (whom I live with) by asking him for all these different things. I’m 16 btw

Do you have any substitutions for those dairy intakes. I dont have any yogurt and dont have skimmed milk and probably wont have(im only 13 and dont have money)
